I ordered from club factory and it's a disaster. I returned my product and got refunded but i placed another order using the refund money and proceeded to use net banking but my money was freezed. Now i can't use my refund balance. It's saying pay freeze and my refund is deducted. Worse experience here. I want my refund back. Fix this asap. Informations are provided in the screenshots below.

    I bought one dress whose order no :so[protected], the dress was very small so i requested for return on the same day and after one day they took that dress from me but even waiting for 9 days haven't returned my money back to my club factory account and not even my bank, i bought many things from club factory and trust them but this time this made me sad, and if club factory dont return my money i will never buy anything from cf...       I had ordered around five summer dresses from club factory and it was so disgusting to receive some used clothes stinking of sweat and they were not the ones I ordered.
      I tried calling the customer care number for help but in vain..
      Its very sad to knw Tht an estemmed organization like you are indulging in such scam activities and cheating your customers by sending used items. All my orders were prepaid. Very disgusting and cheap.

        I ordered samsung galaxy j8 mobile cover in club factory through website, but now i didn't like this back case, so i like to return my package. I contact customer service many times to help me to return you, but the correct solution is not given by them. They said you just apply for return, and your package returning message is confirmed after some minutes. But after clicking apply for return the next procedure is not shown on the display. So please i request you to help me to return you. I like to purchase many things in club factory, but regarding this problem i really disappointed. Any way please help me, thank you!

        Dear, we can not help you without any return order. If there is problem with return procedure, please ask the agent to report it to our IT team so we can fix it.
        Cancel my COD charge from club factory
        Please send me a procedure to return my package, i ordered through website, so there was some problem occurs, after clicking apply for return the next step is not processed. Again the apply for return is shows. So little confusion is presence, actually i return my package so please help to return my order. Thank you

          The product i got was completely different from the photo i saw on the site. The brooch i got has defect in not properly made. Tie is very very thick.
          My order id is so[protected]. I placed this order as a guest user but now i am not able to return it from any log in account. While doing from app it is always asking for sign in, from a signed in app. I called the customer care according to them chatting with the customer care on chat option provide in the app will help but unfortunately i did not get any reply.

          Hey clubfactory i have used my phone num to login to clubfactory and i have a balance of Rs.2000. But now someone else is using my phone num. Do something. Please keep email login option coz i cant access my phone num now
          there also it asking me to sign up .which i am doing but not able to.even with a log in acct i m unable to do it.

            In winter i am buy a sweater and shoes by the card payment mode and i pay the money for my order, but club factory didn't send me my product or even not returned my money and not send me a single massage related to my order cancellation or any thing and still they not respond to me. And when i call the company they received my call and ask him for the poor service they told me that because of the over loading of the orders company cancelled your order but they don't send me any massage related to my order, and when i ask for money refunded or hold the call for half minutes and call back to the company the number is switched off. What the hell is going on with your company you cheat me when 1st time i shop from the club factory, your company is a big cheater. And my humble request to you that send my money back or my order if you are true then solve my issue.

              I ordered nedium. But they delivered 2xl. When i call the delivery company said it will. Send me the link hiw to return the item. But she never sent it. So i tru to find a way to talk with them
              But onlt chat. And never gave me a direct number of club factory. Its really bad experience. They told me to. Courier the item. If i want to return it. Why woyld i neef to. Pay for courier when they deliveted wrong size.. Or i. Need to. Go. To. Their warehouse because return pick ip. Is not availvle to my place. But they availabe to deluvered and get the money. They cheating costumer.. The packet wrote correctly. But once you open it. Its all wrong

                I ordered a dress, i dint receive it & when i asked them they said it is delivered.Showed me the fake receipt with fake signature not at all mine.I just want my package at my address OR Refund my money & Strict action against the ### delivery man too. This is gross negligence on their part.They are not even providing the contact no. Of delivery boy so that I could confirm where he delivered it !

                  I did order an item, did not receive a confirmation call, i requested for cancellation for the item sd[protected]. It wasn't processed and i couldn't find this order on the order list on the app. It needs to be cancelled it was late for delivery. I expected the confirmation call and did not received one so i made another request and did get a confirmation call for the other request but i cancelled that request and it was succesful but the first ordered item i did not receive any such call and i want it to be cancelled instead i got a notification stating that the item will be delivered within days it left me confused. And the biggest probkem is that i couldn't even find this item on the app anymore to make a cancellation directly from the app.

                      I had ordered a product on the club factory app on 29/03/2019 and paid the amount on the same date online. But didn't got the order till today i.e. 23/04/2019. Tracking information says that my product is on the Customs checking, and the last update was of 02/04/2019. and after that no other update has been provided neither the product reached me.
                      When I checked with the courier about the shipment, the information that I got was total shocking, it says that the Pickup itself couldnot be completed!
                      Please resolve my case by cancelling the order and refund my money as soon as possible.

                        I ordered boots from club factory on 14 april, 2019 and paid for my product through net banking. I received it on 22 april, 2019 but it is not same as shown in the picture and tried to ask for a refund but due to some technical issues i was unable to do so. I called customer care as well but even they are unable to help. I want a refund because the product i received is different from what i ordered.

                          I had ordered a pendant (order no: SO[protected]on 22.04.19 at 6:29 P.M. and alao paid for the same through my paytm wallet. I wanted to cancel the order after a few hours as I didn't want it anymore. I ordered something else instead. When I clicked on Cancel order it showed Cancelling.                               I placed an order a day before and chose the cod option. I was told that i would get a call to verify my cod within 24 hours but i didn't get a call yet. When i tracked the order on site it says that it has been shipped and manifest has been uploaded. I am just worried that is my order actually placed and would i get the delivery on time. I want the delivery to be within 2 weeks as i have to gift this to someone. It would be better if cf becomes more accurate with the tracking and provides more information...

                                    Hello, i have purchased a product worth rupees 601. Order no (. So[protected] suppose to receive 2 bags, but i have received only 1 without a handle and that bag is almost torn. This is worst service ever i had..! I want a refund and a replacement of the same.
