I purchased a product from club factory on cash on delivery. However the order was not appropriate and i had to return it. It was promised that the refund amount will be credited to my club factory account. On date 17/04/2019 it was credited with 1630rs, however on the same date it was withdrawn in the bank account with name of by some "ravi kumar" which was informed to me by the club factory customer care.

why the money is freezed

This was the second time i used club factory. I placed an order but as it was not upto my expectation i returned it and the money is refunded to my app balance. When i placed an other order i tried to use app balance at that moment the amount was freezed. How do i get my money back? Really it was a worst experience with the club factory. I want my money back. Plz resolve this as fast as possible....

refund is not received after 1 month.

But my refund is not credited to my bank account.

I have tried to call them many times but they say that my refund has been issued and it will be credited within 5-10 working days.
But the money is still not received to my bank.

Please return my money.

I placed an order #so99153278 on 28th march 2019 on club factory. Product was delivered on 4th april 2019 but it was defective hence i placed a complaint regarding this on the very same day. Now 13 days have passed and even return window is closed but they have failed to provide a solution for the same and now they are saying sorry this product can not be returned and i will hve to use a defective torn product.

not able to return order

I have ordered two items on 6th April as guest user and i have received the same on 15th April. Now i want to return the items. I have already logged in the app. But when ever i click on cancel it always ask me to create new account. I am not able to raise return request. Kindly help. I tried to call customer care but no on helped. Its very frustrating. very poor quality product, poor service. Very bad experience....

defective order

I had ordered a jewelry item which is delivered on 16th Apr 2019 with order no. SO[protected]. But found that item defective. The chain is cut, so cannot be used.
Would like to replace the item but could not find any link to return from the order mail.
How to return the item, please provide details for the same.
It would be good to have such date in the order email itself in future....

I am not able to cancel my order

I have ordered some products on club factory on 9th april. My order number is so[protected]. It's showing that the items will be delivered on 27th april. I didn't know that it will take 18 days to deliver. As i will not be in town when the delivery is scheduled, i will not be able to take the product. regarding cancel of order and refund

Hi,
I had ordered a wallet from club factory website as a guest order and my order number was so99878351. Due to some emergency i had to shift the place and asked the delivery man to cancel the order. Since i had ordered as guest in website i dont have any updates regarding cancellation or refund. Kindly consider this problem and make necessary action.

I ordered a camouflage hoodie and it arrived in time but the quality was poor so i tried to return it. As i was talking to the the customer care rep. He assured me that the product will soon be picked up by a guy and the amount will be returned.
He then asked for my card no. And other details and in the spur of the moment (The guy sounded legitimate at the time and was very assuring) i gave him the otp. There a amount of 4999 rupees...

I want my refund money back!

I order a shoe online but due to out of stock i got refunded. But tonight while i placed another order using the refund money and proceeded to use net banking but i cancelled the order. my refund is withdrawn by someone else

One of my order item got cancelled because it went out of stock after order placement. They added the refund amount to my club factory balance. Soon the balance was withdrawn, but i didn't initiate a withdraw. I contacted support team. First they said it is withdrawn to the original payment mode. When i mentioned i didn't receive it on my original payment mode, they said it was withdrawn to a number unknown to me. Surely someone has breached...

I want my ordered product early

I wants to get early delivery of my products. I want my product before 15th april, 2019. After 15th. I am not in town for 1.5 month.
That’s why i want my product delivery earlier.
