I purchased a product from club factory on cash on delivery. However the order was not appropriate and i had to return it. It was promised that the refund amount will be credited to my club factory account. On date 17/04/2019 it was credited with 1630rs, however on the same date it was withdrawn in the bank account with name of by some "ravi kumar" which was informed to me by the club factory customer care.
I have not withdrawn the amount and money kept in my club factory wallet was withdrawn by some unknown person. Please understand that the claubfactory account is not safe at all.

Dear, our agents have no access to transfer customers' money, you are strongly recommended to change your password.
My phone number is also changed in their profile, no one is responding..again n again they say give us 3 days..till now 3 days are not over.

Ridiculous site...
Same thing happened with me on 02 Feb 2019 and then 28 April 2019. Customer care is blaming me that my account is compromised because of me, as if I am keeping the account. I am clear that the money has not gone any where. It is CF people only who are doing this fraud. Merely lodging police complaint is not going to help. Some body please suggest if we have some other authority where this type of online frauds of foreign companies are addressed.

      This was the second time i used club factory. I placed an order but as it was not upto my expectation i returned it and the money is refunded to my app balance. When i placed an other order i tried to use app balance at that moment the amount was freezed. How do i get my money back? Really it was a worst experience with the club factory. I want my money back. Plz resolve this as fast as possible.

      Dear, you have probably use balance as well as third party payment channel together to place the order. The balance is frozen temporarily, after third party payment is finished the order will be generated.

        I have ordered a t-shirt with order id - so[protected].
        But i cancelled my order.
        But my refund is not credited to my bank account.

        I have tried to call them many times but they say that my refund has been issued and it will be credited within 5-10 working days.
        But the money is still not received to my bank.

        Please return my money.

        I suggest you everyone that don't get trapped to these fraud websites. They will deduct your money and never return if you cancel an order.

        Hi, we checked from the system, it was issued successfully from our end to your bank, ref no. is 95ce82dc-5fcd-4893-a5d0-b1e9481e12ff. You have to check with your bank. Sometimes the bank failed to receive refund.

          I placed an order #so99153278 on 28th march 2019 on club factory. Product was delivered on 4th april 2019 but it was defective hence i placed a complaint regarding this on the very same day. Now 13 days have passed and even return window is closed but they have failed to provide a solution for the same and now they are saying sorry this product can not be returned and i will hve to use a defective torn product.
          First they sent a defective product and now not able to provide any solution. Extremely pathetic service. Anyone reading this never buy anything from club factory. Thier customer care executives are useless and liars who would proudly say that defective products are not their fault and you have to use defective products.

            I have ordered two items on 6th April as guest user and i have received the same on 15th April. Now i want to return the items. I have already logged in the app. But when ever i click on cancel it always ask me to create new account. I am not able to raise return request. Kindly help. I tried to call customer care but no on helped. Its very frustrating. very poor quality product, poor service. Very bad experience.

              I'm not able to track my order anywhere, i placed my order as a guest. Even the customer care is not responding.

              I'd ordered a 11pc boho knuckle ring set ... But I've nly received 8 nd among that 1 ring is broken! I want to return the product and want the refund in cash ASAP! WORST SERVICE EVER😠😠😠 The rings looked perfect in the picture but when I received the product they suck i seriously hate your products wil neva order anything frolm club factory agn!

                I had ordered a jewelry item which is delivered on 16th Apr 2019 with order no. SO[protected]. But found that item defective. The chain is cut, so cannot be used.
                Would like to replace the item but could not find any link to return from the order mail.
                How to return the item, please provide details for the same.
                It would be good to have such date in the order email itself in future.

                    I have ordered some products on club factory on 9th april. My order number is so[protected]. It's showing that the items will be delivered on 27th april. I didn't know that it will take 18 days to deliver. As i will not be in town when the delivery is scheduled, i will not be able to take the product.                     Dear, it is shipped, we can not cancel for you. When your order is out for delivery you can discuss with the delivery boy. Also 27 Apr is an estimated delivery date.

                      Received delivery yesterday. I had ordered a wireless earphone but the charger box is not working. I tried going to the return option in the app using guest order but the not able to proceed ahead using app due to some technical error.
                      called support for help they said contact chat support,
                      chat support was not able to guide correctly and went offline in 5 mins.
                      tired of this return process.

Due to some emergency i had to shift the place and asked the delivery man to cancel the order. Since i had ordered as guest in website i dont have any updates regarding cancellation or refund.                             I ordered a camouflage hoodie and it arrived in time but the quality was poor so i tried to return it. As i was talking to the the customer care rep. He assured me that the product will soon be picked up by a guy and the amount will be returned.
                            He then asked for my card no. And other details and in the spur of the moment (The guy sounded legitimate at the time and was very assuring) i gave him the otp. There a amount of 4999 rupees deducted from my account.
                            He didnt stop there. He then again assured me the whole amount will be credited soon and he went on to do another transaction and i got another otp.
                            I refused to give it to him. He disconnected.
                            Btw the hoodie cost 899/- rupees.

                              I ordered my product from club factory on 17 march 2019. Order number is 107674. I payed money through debit card. And the estimated date for delivery is given as 12 april 2019 but it not yet reached. How can i contact them to know about the delivery. I get it or not if not then i need refund. But tonight while i placed another order using the refund money and proceeded to use net banking but i cancelled the order. Now i can't use my refund balance. Then i applied for return and reverse pickup was not available then i mailed by myself but your warehouse refused the return.                                       One of my order item got cancelled because it went out of stock after order placement. They added the refund amount to my club factory balance. Soon the balance was withdrawn, but i didn't initiate a withdraw. I contacted support team. First they said it is withdrawn to the original payment mode. When i mentioned i didn't receive it on my original payment mode, they said it was withdrawn to a number unknown to me. Surely someone has breached into my account. My password is strong enough and cannot be guessed unless a data breach or internal scam. I want my money back.

                                      I have logged in to my account from 2 devices. I change my password from one device, but still can access my account from the second device without need to type in the new password. I am a website developer, so I know what is happening. The website is setting a cookie, and the cookie is not validated each time. So even after changing password, the cookie is still valid. If I can continue using the website from the 2nd device, I am sure the hacker can still use my account. There is serious glitch in your security settings. Instead of trying to cover it, please try to resolve it.
                                      Very poor answer. So you are unable to track data breaches on your end and provide necessary security. I am changing my password and will never buy anything at all from club factory. Worst online shopping I have ever seen where product is cancelled after taking the money and practically no refund.
                                      I ordered a product from Club Factory (CF). I paid through my card.
                                      They sent a wrong product. I returned it and claimed refund.
                                      They refunded the amount in my CF account.
                                      It was withdrawn into someone else's paytm phone number, which is : [protected]
                                      Now, CF is telling me they cant do anything. Firstly, I did not pay via Paytm. I paid via my card.
                                      2nd, this is not even my number
                                      Someone else's number is registered in my account and now CF is not helping.
                                      They only reach through chat on their app...they dont respond on that chat and close the window on their own.
                                      Their number [protected] is not picked up before 15 minutes everytime I call. When they pick up, they disconnect without listening to my problem.
                                      They have been providing me refernce IDs without any resolution.
                                      Thus a big-time scammer. STAY AWAY from them !

                                        I wants to get early delivery of my products. I want my product before 15th april, 2019. After 15th. I am not in town for 1.5 month.
                                        That’s why i want my product delivery earlier.
