I have ordered 4 pieces bracelet. But its not as i've expected. Want to replace my product. The color of the product is not as shown in the picture. The quality of the product is not that much strong. So just want to replace my product
As soon as possible. Hope will get the positive response. Also in my club factory account its not showing my order, it shows empty. There is no good return policy. Want to replace my product as soon as possible.

    I ordered a material in club factory without opening an account in club factory, but i cancelled it, now i got a message saying my money will be refunded on paytm guest user, however i did not open a paytm account beforehand, but later on i open an account of paytmbusing the same mobile no. Which i used to order the material... How do i get the refunded money. Please help

      I can't able to return my order which has the " order no. SO[protected] ", which I received on 11th April, ordered one week back .
      I ordered a blue purse but it was not worthy enough as compared to the price it cost for . It quality seems very cheap.
      As it was mentioned that we could return the order within 9 days but I didn't find a way to return it and tried a lot but it was having some issues . Please look out a solution to this problem.
      Being my first product to be ordered in clubfactory it was really disappointing. Kindly please resolve this.

        I have placed orders for a shirt costing rs548/-vide order no s[protected] after few days the order was cancelled and the amount kept with the company.in order to get the amount back again i have placed another order for rs628/- paying the balance amount. After few days this order is also cancelled. But the amount is not refunded. Kept with the account. If the accepted the orders and subsequently cancelled the orders. I request you to please help me in getting my money back.

            A fraud company only looting customers worldwide. Been chasing the company for 4 months for my refund of 4000rs. They have taken my products back 2 months ago. So now i don't even have the items and nor are they refunding the payment. The executives have no courtesy of calling back or updating the customer despite me calling them more than a few hundred times. Is this the kind of service one deserves under the disguise of top celebrity endorsements when actually their products are worst quality one can expect?
            *never every buy. They are frauds who will never return your money.*
            A world class service is not just about sales but about after-sales service and club factory sucks big time because once you've bought their degrading products, they will never bother to update you or refund your money. So you can tell you money goodbye.

              I had ordered a top from club factory. And as it wasn't of my desired sized i returned it... I returned but they have still not refunded the money.
              They have given a tracking no. Of my product[protected] but when i tracked it, it wasn't delivered.
              Plzzz tell me how can i get my money refunded???
              Actually i had returned it on 3 of april.
              They came and took the product from me and when i checked the tracking no. Of the product it showed that once it is delivered the money will be refunded...
              But today when i checked again it wasn't delivered...
              Plzz do something about it as soon as possible...

                I am not able to use my balance. I haven't used it even though it has become 0.0 USD and the amount is refered as freeze balance. Today is the last date for using my balance so do something as soon as possible.

                  I purchased item through CF app and made payment selecting Paytm app. The item was returned to them but the refund is not received. On raising the query they say that it has been refunded to paytm. I made the payment through credit card, money should have been refunded to my credit card.
                  I do not have any account with paytm, then to which paytm account they refunded. There is no contact details given of paytm, so one can inquire with them. i raised number of queries to CF but they give standard reply after wasting half an hour that amount is withdrawn and paid to paytm. i told them to if you claim you have paid to paytm then write to paytm as to i have not received. There is no reply from them.

                    I am writing in regards to the extremely poor customer service i had received the material against order no. So98307346 from m/s club factory. The material was too small as per the size which i booked and the item was also old and without proper tag.

                    I politely returned the material to m/s club factory on the next day from the receipt but m/s club factory was not returned my full amount and they deduct the pick-up charges for that. I have already share the pictures and all happening with them.

                    I request that you take disciplinary action against m/s club factory for making the huge amount to do these kind of cheating activities with innocent customers.

                      I had ordered a t shirt and a skirt set (item no. CSS[protected]N). on 8/4/2019 i received the order but it contained only the t shirt and no skirt. they did not deliver the skirt. the order number is SO[protected]. i tried to chat with them they asked a few details and photos and did not reply the chat was very slow. i want clubfactory to send me the remaining product, the skirt. it will be appreciated if they do it as soon as possible.

                            It's llok like it's not an original headphones and really didn't like the look. The original look shown on page while ordering was different and in actual its look like local brand. Really didn't like the product and even the box packing was not proper. Its in good condition and you can give me a refund as i don't think its usable for me. I needed the one which could be having good quality. But its not as so far what i was thinking and expecting about. Please raise the complaint and don't give such products to the customers as it may lose your customers with such service and quality of the product

                                  I have ordered from club factory OrderNo SO#95851099 and I received the product. Product is not same as I ordered and It is also damaged product.                                   I got my parcel back with declaring that insufficient address. You have providing the incorrect address. Even customer support doesnot say anything. It has been 15 days still I do not get any reply from club factory.

                                      I have placed order for 2 dresses vide order number so 43785876 and so43810323 with club factory india for rs.432 and 638. They have delivered the items. But i have returned the items thru professional courier receipt number pro7676651 dt.3/10/2018. I have been following up with their customer support for last 6 months. Every time i get a reply that they will look into it. But till date i have not got my refund.

                                        As part of online shopping i contacted club factory for purchase of certain items. And as such we have received certain items from the online shop namely club factory. But when contacted them for certain items to be returned/exchanged, (Order number so[protected] they said they will pay back the amount and asked us our debit card number for making the payment back. Having the idea of receiving the money back, we gave the details. But instead of paying back the money they have withdrawn money from our account. At the first instance they have withdrawn rs 9999/- then immediately we had blocked our card suspecting fraud.
                                        Immediately they called up and asked us that the withdrawn money is done by mistake and that they are returning the money along with the payment and hence they asked another card number to do the transaction, then we believed and did as they said. They attempted two transactions rs. 9999 and rs. 9990. But within ten minits we could realize that they are professional fraudsters and are doing this type of crime through club factory.com, gurgaon with much professional skills. We have blocked the second debit card also and reported about the incident to our bankers and in writing gave a letter to them. All these people have spoken in hindi only and can not utter a single word in english.

                                        They said different names but in true caller it appeared as raajkumar, susheel kumar, rajesh kumar, rahul kumar, sharma club factory online shopping. (All are fictitious numbers and names)
                                        They said they are calling from gurgaon, but the truecaller identifies that they are in bihar bibhuthinagar and maharastra.
                                        All these fraudsters claimed that they are from the customer care from “ club factory’
                                        The way they approached us is so professional that they have not even given time to think about anything and behaved as if time elapses they cannot transfer the money.
                                        When we asked them to repay the money to our bank either through neft or rtgs, they said all their transactions will be done through card only and not in any other mode.
                                        One mr. Susheel kumar who called up from [protected] (He is active in whatsup also) when asked, why he did fraud to an extent of rs 30000. He replied that he has rs. 30000 in his account but if we give him another debit card details he will transfer the amount. We did not accept for it and said we will approach the police. He said, ok you can either complain to police or any one, no one can do anything in india and pluck a single hair, and asked us to contact customer care of club factory. Then he switched off his telephone.
                                        The fraudsters from club factory., (Are may be hired persons from club factory) are born only to cheat indian people from clubfactory online shopping., club factory is aiming especially women as they hesitate to approach the police against frauds.
                                        We submit the above information for your future action on such fraudsters so that more innocent people particularly women who have passion over online shopping will not fall as prey in their hands. If your technical team help in identifying those culprits., it will help you and so also we will have hope of recovering the lost money.
                                        It is a known fact that club factory is not genuine and hundred percent fraud, it is a waste of time to think more about it but at the same time our fellow beings are warned not to fall on the trap of club factory.
                                        The judiciary in india is very weak and not updated as per now a day standards and hence it is an advantage for the fraudsters to raise to the top in doing more and more frauds.
