I ordered a Long belt smartphone sling bag on 27th march, 2019 and the said product was delivered to me on 3rd April, 2019. I opened the parcel on 4th April, 2019 and found the sling bag to be made up of extremely poor quality of raw material..we can call it defective material ..I contacted club factory, talked to their CF agent but they were not at all ready to accept their mistake. I sent them the pics and then being satisfied with the defective product, they agreed to take it back but i was asked to pay refund charges of Rs 90.
I argued with them about no fault of mine. I denied to pay any product return charges. They just said that you will have to bear it and company won't do it or bear the return charges.
They accepted their fault but are not ready to pay thr return charges

    I'd placed a pre paid order on 31st January. It's already april but the item has still not been delivered. The order no. is SO87848117 and the tracking of the order shows that it has been sent off to some other post office with different pin code. i complaint to the customer care but they are not allowing me to cancel the order and are telling me to wait and are of no help at all. i want my money refunded or the order delivered as soon as possible.

      This has certainly been my worst online shopping experience ever !!
      Order details are SO96482734! The products were of the cheapest quality one would find..its been a week i have asked for return but nobody has turned up yet to pick up the return! N they say i have rescheduled the pick up which is just a LIE!!! Fact is club factory is selling fake products n their logistics team is even more useless! I have been calling everyday to solve this issue but the customer support is just of no use as they do nothing but say sorry! I want my refund at the earliest!!!

        I had placed the order on 23 march 2019.. My order nunber is so97665430... When i try to track my order from my mobile app it's not showing... It's not showing in the order list... It almost 14 days now still not received my order... Please tell when will l get my order stuff... I have already paid the amount... Or refund my money... Waiting for your positive response..

            Hi, I am Sarma, I have purchased a Coat of worth 1200+ rupees from Club Factory. As, the quality was poor, i have returned and waited for them to refund my amount, it showed in my Club factory account as 11.53$, but when i tried to withdraw, they have sent to another paytm account number and not refunding my money. When, i called to that Paytm number its switched off. Its a clear cut fake processing done by Club Factory. I request you to help me in this case, as when I approached Club factory customer care, they have dragged it to 4 months and finally asked me to raise a police complaint and not taking responsibility. Please help me in resolving this.

                Dear, I suggest your read the return policy again, it says the refund will be issued within 3 working days after the parcel is delivered to our warehouse.
                I ordered a rose golf watch and got a mens watch instead and that too with a broken glass.

                    I have recently ordered a Black top but it's been changed to red after Ordering It!! When I tried to contact Customer service Regarding This, In Reply I got only sorry but no help!! So I had to cancel the order unfortunately And when I tried to order the same product, I am unable to do t!! ND still there Is no response from Customer service!!                     Dear, our stuff can not change the color of the item you have ordered, you probably clicked the wrong item. Besides, we can not cancel a shipped item. But you can apply for return when you receive it. Hope this helps you.
                    I bought a pair of shoes for 121 SR.
                    I was told It was out of stock. I will receive my refund within 5-10days. Its been 45 days and I haven't received my refund yet. I've been checking my credit card statement since then but no refund. I contacted their customer care services but they never replied.

                      I have ordered certain products in clubfactory but not yet received them but they have updated in their system as delivered on march 14 i was on leave and went my hometown that week. I have enquired about these items with our society watchman as well he told no one came.. To deliver the items. When i asked about this in clubfactory they have provided a fake digital signature of mine and saying in only received n signed there.
                      I do here by writing this to take a action against them in a strict way for doing
                      Fraudulent activities like this. And... I want my money back.

                            I returned my order so85240586 and received a refund confirmation mail from club factory saying that the refund of inr 648.2496 will be reflected in my app account on 1-7 days but it has been a month the refund has not yet been processed. The customer care does not pick up the calls. They are not even replying to mails. This is highly unprofessional behaviour.

                              They send me a wrong product but no proper address or phone number is given so that we can contact them. Most of the products are coming from outside india and they are just collecting money from indian customers and all indian bank accounts details also they are getting from outside india. This is the main channel of bank accounts fraud. Please stop their online business and overseas delivery business.
                              They should not be allowed at all to business in india.

                                  I have ordered something from my clubfactory app in august 2018. The order was not delivered by the delivery time specified . But after some more days the order status was shown as order returned. It got automatically returned and i have not recieved any refund yet. Whenever i tried calling your customer care, nobody attended the calls.
                                  Please do the needfull as early as possible .I have attached the screenshots showing the order details.

                                  when i called the customer care people, they registered a complain and gave me a reference number ET3874083M. After that there is no other proceedings.

                                    I have ordered an item on march 3rd and haven't received it even after 4 weeks.
                                    It is "at custom clearance" from march 10th. The approximate date of delivery was 20. I am not able to cancel my order. Please refund me or send the product on time. They sent me 60 rs for not delivering it on time. I don't need that.

                                        In the app it says that the ordered has been dispatched on 16 march 2019.. but its 18th March 2019 today and i haven't received my order till date. Tried reaching out for help, but its no where to be found. Neither am i able to track my order. Given customer care no. Doesn't respond either. Very horrible service!
