I gave two orders as guest order without signing in and now one of them is being cancelled and the money is not yet refunded. On the other hand the other order is already being shipped but i want to change my address as something was wrong in my address. And i am not being able to do it. There is no such option. There isn't even an option of cancelling it. Please help me.

Dear, the refund would be issued to your original payment channel, and it take 5-10 business days. As for the other order, you need to contact customer support center within the APP to change your address.

    Sir i have ordered sleeve button base balk jacket on club factory the product was looking very great and the company says the product is of good material but when product reached me i paid cod rs 940 but unfortunately product material was sub standard for which i applied for return and refund but the website is showing zero progress for return with no pickup and other formalities.

      I ordered heels on 13th of december for a wedding which is on 24th of december, i had no idea that delivery is going to take so long.
      I won't be available to receive the order after 24th of december till a few days after new year or maybe the complete month of january.
      I'd like to cancel the order even though it's been shipped.
      It was a cod so i don't think it should be a problem.

      This is too much, the order is not being cancelled. Would never recommend club factory to anyone because of it's poor service. This has really annoyed me.

        I had ordered 4 items (Era rings) order no. Is so67079780 on 19nov 2018. The shipping address was 950 n san antonio rd 15c los altos ca 94022 us. The dere was named by yogita. The delivery date waels 7december but still i have not received any order. And i am unable to track my order. As tracking updation is till 29nov. Plz resolve the issue as soon as possible. And inform us as earliest.

          I have ordered tracksuit
          but due to size issue i have exchanged
          amd the courier man came and after half hr he called me and said my courier is missplaced
          more than 15-20 days has been passed but no updated about my refund
          no one attend customer care line

          very bad experience
          i want my money back as sson as possible
          or i will file case in consumer form

            Hi

            I have made a purchase from club factory and it was not my first purchase but i don't know why they have disapointed me this time.
            I have given 675 inr for the item but received only 345 inr in refund. I know the have policy of deducting return fee amount but that is also 90 inr. Still i have received a wrong amount which is almost half of what i should have received.
            Please help me with this.

            I have ordered 3 products and from them the handles of bags are spoilt and the bags also look so bad and damaged. I have applied for return but no one is picking them up. What should I do. The customer support is also not responding.

                No 1 : on the t shirt tag its mentioned as xl size however the size of the t shirt is s size.

                No 2 : it appeared totally different in real compared to a photo in the site

                No 3 : quality is individual's choice - i did not like the quality

                  My order no. Is so58795302. Its been almost 50 days and i have not received my order. The officials have not even tried to contact me. No refund has been made. How can i get my order or the refund. I have tried contacting the agent but it says the no is incorrect. Once i was able to contact them after waiting for 20 minutes and all i got was sorry we will be unable to help you. Is this how a company works. Its just disgusting how they look after their customers.

                    I ordered a dress of Rs 625.17 from this club factory app. Adding all the delivery charges it cost me Rs 725. When the order arrived it was absolutely not the way as it was in the picture and even the size didn't match. When I applied for return they cut 200 of the amount which is absolutely not fair. Advertising with such huge actor/actress they are doing fraud with common people. I feel club factory should be charged because it's a loss of 200 rs which is absolutely a lot of money for a middle class family like me. I want the refund appropriately. Please cooperate with the consumers.

                      I bought products worth 1200, and when i got the product, it was broken so i returned it.. Bt they said its courier agency fault and not their, so they will reduce the return amount by cutting 9rs from it... Courier company said it is the companys responsibility to pack properly.. Anyways i agree for the cut of 90rs... And after loong wait, the club factory refund me only 240rs... When i enquired about it, they said they will send this issue to the design side.. And its been one month now... No response from club factory...

                        This is prof dr r k vaithiyanathan principal hkbk degree college nagawara goivindapura bangalore and i bought one t shirt for rs 799 and it is damaged so please refund my money. I just got the product 10 minutes back. The hand side is damaged. The product is not of good quality and can not be used but i do not know how they packed item wirh out checking it. It is wromg and please don't cheat the customers and the money should be immediately to me

                          I ordered 7pc of ring combo...(silver colour) but when I received the order..It was not upmark .. some rings r of golden colour and some are of faded Golden colour ..I wanna draw ur attention towards that with the hope u will solve it with the ealerest

                            I have not received refund amount for 2 of my return items. Which is about 1400 rs. I have called them many times and they say it has been refunded, but I have all the proof that nothing is been reflecting in my account and no refund has been done. It’s frustrating and this is the worst customer service.
                            They say that the refund will be taken care by chat support, are u serious that money matter will be helped by some chat which does not even stay connected ?
                            The application is also corrupted, doesn’t show my order history or anything!

                            These are the 2 orders numbers.
                            And they said it will reflect in 1-3 business days but the balance is zero and I don’t even know how to withdraw the balance. Seriously a fraud business by providing the worst costumer service, even before the order and after the order

                                  I ordered a clothing item through the guest order. My order has been delivered to me approximately at the end of november now and on the tracking record it is still showing that the order has been shipped and it will be delivered to me on 8th of december which was four days ago as its 12th of december today.                                         I have ordered a sandal and its size was too big so I wanted to return it..I applied for the return (return request no.SON[protected]their has been no response from their side it's been 3 weeks and No one has come to pick the parcel and the coustmer service is also not responding to whom shall I contact for the return they are telling that we can send it by ourself so whats the gurantee in that we will get the return.What should i do now.
