I placed an order with cf on 29th october and till date have not received it. Also there is no change in the status of the order since 7th november. To add to this no one picks up the call in customer care department. The so number is so60453813. Can anyone in the whole universe from cf can help me to get my order. The payment has already been made, its just the delivery that these people are frauding at

    This is to inform that I ordered height increasing female shoes 3 days back order no SO[protected]. But I received some other pair of shoes that too size 44 when I ordered size 36 or UK size 2.5. this is so insane to take the money and deliver wrong product. I have lost faith in club factory. I want my order money back and I suggest not to order anything from club factory. Worst staff to deal with. They deliver wrong product and are not perturbed about it also. Stict action should be take in order to get my money.
    I must say I have lost faith in club factory.

      I ordered the above mentioned product directly via website of club product without any email login.
      I mistakenly ordered the wrong size
      But now i'm not able to return the product due to direct online order instead of app.
      I have been calling customer care, but it's no help.

      I returned a product bought from club factory.They refunded my money to club factory balance . But they did not transfered the balance from the app to my bank account after wthdrawing the balance . Its the 15 th day and I did not get my refund .

        I want to candle order number- so71967562 which I already paid online actually I'm ordered 2 same products mistikely so I only want one .therefore I want to cancel one of the products I mistickly orders and pay for it ...             I ordered the suit vide order no. So62816126 and it was returned vide son[protected] due to low quality of clothing. The tracking id for return is[protected].

            The return policy said it wil be refunded within 3 business day as screenshot attached. Where as i have returned items on 18 nov 18, the amount is not refunded till date. Many times i have chat with customer support service through app but the issue is not addressed.

            i inform you bought a product from you whose quality is very poor

            I have called so many time to club factory customer care but no one able to response and after getting the details on just dial once again call to club factory which is noida these people is miss behaving with customer.
            so club factory is fake company who miss behave the customer and sell the fake product.

                I am not at all satisfied by the service of club factory. I have ordered an issue with order number "so66754898"and cancelled it but the money has not yet been refunded.in the app it is saying that it has been saying it is refunded but no money has come to my account. Another issue is i ordered an item with order number "so68179657", and after some days they themself has canceled it but money not yet refunded.
                I would like the authorities to consider my issue as soon as possible.

                      I have ordered velvet lamb jacket short overcoat blue size l on 20.11.2018 @1170.29 but the order has cancelled by the company itself. Nd the club factory has messaged me that the amount rs 1170.29 has been refunded in my account but till today it's been 11 days i haven't get the refunded money in my account. I think the club factory is not a faithful online shopping site. Now only the point is i want my money back. Thank you.

                          I would like to cancel my order no SO68406050 as I had selected the wrong size and I doubt about my money status at the moment. I’ll just have to ignore the courier anyway so I your kind enough to resolved this. Will reoder it again as soon as possible or as soon as this is resolved.                                   I have canceled my order through application and refund was initiated but yet i have not received and it been a month.

                                    I returned slippers on 15th november 2018.. It has been 15 days since then and still i have not received a refund. The customer care number does not work and the customer care chat asks me to wait patiently saying they have not received the parcel in their warehouse. I want my refund immediately.                                       The product was highlighted as they were gonna deliver 12-13 bracelets in that order.
                                      And then the customer care said that it was only for 1 bracelet but they highlighted it as if more were to be delivered once they said they will replace it with 13 bracelet it was wrongly delivered so i should return the order but then they said its my fault.
                                      Afterwards another call came for confirmation of return so i said i want to return it for full compensation return of money excluding pickup charges they said the pick up will be in 2+3 working days but no one came.
                                      At the end i have only one bracelet and that also is damaged and of very cheap stained alloy.
