            A few days ago i received a call from club factory branch located in pune, that i have won a lucky draw and i have won a cash prize of worth 12 lakh rupees and that i had to only pay 7000 as gst. I had to provide my account no. And aadhar card no. I transferred the 7000 rupees.
            But they demanded an amount of 12500 as my account was savings account.
            After that no money was credited to my account and i had lost a huge sum of money too. This sort of fraud has happened. I complained once before too but no action had been taken.

              The picture showed awesome quality and appropriate size but when the courier received then the same was of cheap quality and size v v small
              I tried to return it, but the app is so pathetic i can’t place a return order for past 4 days

              No company in the world works without a proper return policy
              These people a cheaters and be fooling customers

                            I have recently purchased an order with cod, due to some issue i want to return that product. While applying for the return request i have seen that the amount i'm getting in refund is less than what have paid. I know they charge 90 inr as a return fee, excluding the return fee also the refund amount is incorrect. I have purchased that product for 675 inr and i'm getting 345 inr of refund. Almost half of what i have paid. Please help me with this asap.

                              I received my order on 7th december, 2018. But two of the items didn't fit on the size. So, i tried to apply for the return request on the club factory application. I checked on the items i wanted to return along with the reason and when i hit on apply return tab, i got stuck there. I have been trying to apply for return since the day the package was delivered but to no avail and each time, i am stuck on the same page. Please help.                                   I’d placed 2 orders last month. When i track these orders it was shown out for delivery but not delivered since there was some mistake in my address. The very next days i called them confirmed my address and rescheduled it for the next day. And form then it has been 5 days for now the ecom express haven’t contacted me nor i have received any message regarding my delivery. I don’t understand how do this club factory ship the products with such unprofessionals who don’t even know the exact location or number of their branch. I called them more than 10 times asking them the courier executive number or address they aren’t priding it. And when you call this club factory they are not even responding to mails or calls it has been such a bad experience from club factory. And i’d never again shop form these guys. I’d already paid for my order i either need the products or my refund.

                                    Order no - so73788769. I ordered a mobile case for iphone 7. They sent a case for iphone 7 plus and the design is also not the same as the one i ordered. I tried to put a request for returning. It is not getting submitted on app. I called their customer care line, they asked me to submit the complaint on their customer support chat. I tried to submit it on the chat. No proper replies on the chat, the answers are un-helpful and they take hours to reply and repeat same questions again and again. Very bad experience. I want the item returned with full refund.

                                      My brother had ordered for jacket order no so67860588 but had returned the order has was about to get refund but instead of getting the refund his ac has been fully debited and to solve the query no one is picking call at customer care and we called at one of the no that person is telling us to download the app and give other a/c details and get refund immediately in my brother's a/c, i am not getting that it's club factory mistake that they debited my brother a/c so they should credit it back than why they asking for other ac details
