Please i want to know what's the delay of my orders from club factory the first order came late an i was hoping this one will arrive on time as stated by club factory which was 7 december i have try to track it an its has been showing me that it's ship already so i don't know if the delay is coming from the delivery company here is my order number so69263857...

A few days ago i received a call from club factory branch located in pune, that i have won a lucky draw and i have won a cash prize of worth 12 lakh rupees and that i had to only pay 7000 as gst. I had to provide my account no. And aadhar card no. I transferred the 7000 rupees.
But they demanded an amount of 12500 as my account was savings account.
After that no money was credited to my account and i had lost a huge sum of money...

I had purchased a sweater from club factory online
The picture showed awesome quality and appropriate size but when the courier received then the same was of cheap quality and size v v small
I tried to return it, but the app is so pathetic i can’t place a return order for past 4 days
Such a pathetic company of thieves
