Hello,
I received my order on 7th december, 2018. But two of the items didn't fit on the size. So, i tried to apply for the return request on the club factory application. I checked on the items i wanted to return along with the reason and when i hit on apply return tab, i got stuck there. I have been trying to apply for return since the day the package was delivered but to no avail and each time, i am stuck on the same page. Please help. I need to return the items within the next 7 days as per the 9 days return policy of the company. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection.
