I placed the order SO65461111, 2 items were wrongly delivered, I ordered for XL size got medium in one case and wrong measurement of other item which is labeled as XL but fit is of Large size, Want to return but gettting no response from club factory,
Customer chat support is not responding to chat,
Customer call support is asking to drop request on chat or application,
Application is not responding at the time of submitting request for return.
Got trapped, and not able to do anything now ..
Club Factory customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

The product was picked up on 14 November 2018 and I still didn't receive the refund .
It's been nearly 15 days since pickup.
According to return policy, refund should be initiated within 3 days.
Please refund it as soon as possible
