I had placed an order on 21st November, 2018 from the club factory mobile application. Order : SO68084798 It was shown in the tracking details that the product has been deliverd to the location but neither me nor any of the neighbour nor guards received the same. Even the courier boy do not calll me for the same to recieve the product.
And for the same I registered complaint more than a week ago and not get response from either of the sides (Neither from Club factory nor from the courier company).
Kindly resolve this problem by contacting with your logistics partners and your team as soon as possible.
Because as a customer it is too hard for me to tolerate this type of behaviour from the other side.

          Hi i have ordered two products from usa. I got a mail saying that my package received at main unit. It's been a month since i placed my order. There is no update if my order has been shipped yet. It will be great if i get the update. Else please return my money back. Here is my order number — so65915643.               I recently ordered a sweatshirt and a jacket from Club factory.Order number SO69145522, Both the items are of such poor quality. Doesnt deserve the amount i have given.Worst quality of clothes I have ever seen.
              I want to return this package by self sending(without arranging pickup).
              Please provide me the correct information of when and where the refund will be sent.My payment mode was COD, can i get the refund in my bank acc?
              Also, My order total was 1329 + 100(charges for COD)

                My order number is SO69799825. the item what i received is a different, used old cloth which is not even worth for Rs 100..I need my money back & you arrange to collect the dirty cloth..I would never ever recommend club factory to anyone..very soon thi company will vanish...mark my words...Three more items i was supposed to shop which is in my cart & i was waiting for my COD confirmation...Here after I'll never open ur site...

                  I placed an order to club factory and their app shows its easy to return.
                  I have to return a minihand sewing machine as I received in damaged condition i tried to place a return request through the app but it never gets submitted, their phones are always busy, no one responds on chat too. I have tried every possible way to communicate with them but nothing worked out.
                  I want my full money back in the original payment mode It is club factory’s fault.
                  Its worst experience with club factory
                  Just shame on you, you are making fool of customer after delivery of product u don’t respond to them

                      I want mu full money back in the original payment mode. How can a brand new product be damaged. It is club factory’s fault.

                      The product was picked up on 14 November 2018 and I still didn't receive the refund .

                      SO62261950 was done on 4th Nov 2018. 16th Nov out 0f 5, 4 items were shipped as per the tracking info, with imile as the courier agent. After that there is no info neither as a reply to email from Club guys nor imile is responding to the phone[protected]office in Dubai. I have not dealt with such an unprofessional corporate in my life.

                        I have ordered heels from club factory and received it damaged and there is no pearl in one shoe and its also damaged. I want to return the product and the customs care is not providing any solution for the issue instead telling that they will compensate $0.50. I have paid 787rs for that. The order number is so70119275. I want to return the product and i have filed the return but they cancel it. They don't even schedule pick up or provide address for the return. Please solve my issue

                          I wanted to return the smart watch which was ordered from club factory, because it does not meet my expectation pick up request has been submitted before 4 fays still i did not receive any call regarding taking back of my return request, and also in club factory i have received other products which were good and as expected. Do make it fast on return and refund and do consider this as my request and i tried to hotline services but it is not connecting and repeatedly asying the thing. Make sure the customer care line is responding within a minute because everyone is in urge situation so please do the needful and this is handy for me.

                            I have placed the order on 19th november, 18 and got the worst quality i can ever get. Totally waste, i forgot to take snapshots of them. Its been more than 12 hrs didn't get any response on chat and this is how there chat support works, don't even reply.
                            Today i talked to a supervisor who was good for nothing and was telling club factory has their own rules and laws of return. And don't refund in bank. Only can issue refund in club factory account. And asked me to wait for 7-10 days more to get refund. When i asked for complaint email address. He mentioned that we don't have any..

                                Got my order from club factory. I've ordered red-yellow harry potter scarf and got black-yellow coloured scarf. I want to exchange my product if possible. Otherwise i want to return it and get my money back. It was my first order on club factory and literally it was my worst experience. There is no option to return or exchange items. Do you guys want to irritate your buyers? Kindly keep a check!

                                    I placed the order SO65461111, 2 items were wrongly delivered, I ordered for XL size got medium in one case and wrong measurement of other item which is labeled as XL but fit is of Large size, Want to return but gettting no response from club factory,

                                    Customer call support is asking to drop request on chat or application,

                                      I had ordered a pair of earrings from cf. But i got another earring. So i returned it. Now i have got refund but they have cut the shipping charges, even though an item was under free shipping. How can you charge shipping cost... First of all it was club factory mistake. You gave me wrong item and when i returned it.. You again charged the shipping cost... This is completely not fair. You cant cheat your customer like this.
