Hello, i have following order details.
Dear customer, your clubfactory "pre-paid" shipment awb[protected] is out for delivery by ecom executive ph: [protected] pin: *
I received this message on 8/12/2018. The delivery boy called me and i was out station that day. I asked him to deliver the product the very next day.
After that i never received a call from the delivery boy and number mentioned here is not a call back no. So i could not connect him.
I rgister a complained on cf support. They told me that the order is delivered to you though i have not received it. I lodged fake delivery update complaint, and my complaint i'd is[protected]
Though it has been quite a few day, still i did not received any update from cf. Could you please update me on same as soon as possible.
