Hello, i have following order details.

Dear customer, your clubfactory "pre-paid" shipment awb[protected] is out for delivery by ecom executive ph: [protected] pin: *

I received this message on 8/12/2018. The delivery boy called me and i was out station that day. I asked him to deliver the product the very next day.

After that i never received a call from the delivery boy and number mentioned here is not a call back no. So i could not connect him.

I rgister a complained on cf support. They told me that the order is delivered to you though i have not received it. I lodged fake delivery update complaint, and my complaint i'd is[protected]

Though it has been quite a few day, still i did not received any update from cf. Could you please update me on same as soon as possible.

    Very disappointed with this service after 10 days wait my order cancel because it's out of stock i m not responsible for that i hv order on 14 december 2018 or was confirm order on 24 i got message that my order is cancel very irresponsible answer i got from cc i want that company should take action on this because it's not acceptable how company can cancel order like this very bad service you are giving

      I ordered a cotton trouser order no. So51358839. The trouser delivered to me was not my size so i returned it under refund i'd no 2133141. Even after the elapse of over 3 months, the refund has not been received. Although i received a communication on 22.10.2018 that the refund has been credited to my account. The details of the account wherein the refund has been credited is not given. It seems to have been sent to some wrong account. You are requested to look into the matter and send me the refund.

        I made a purchase of a bag and made the payment as a guest user as i hadnot made any account with club factory yesterday (23 dec 2018).

        I made the payment via paytm wallet but the next screen was error screen.

        Money got deducted from my paytm account but i did not get any email or order reference number.

        Unfortunately i cannot quote the order number

        My payment is done for club factory. I paid via BHIM. When i return to see my order if it got confirmed it wasn't! I either need a refund or want my order confirmed.
        Following is a message that i got from BHIM that confirmed the payment. I hope some action is take as soon as possible:

        The following message is from my bank:

          I did ordered 3 items from this site which costs 3500 but i didn't like the quality so i return they took they said it takes 3 4 days to refund but i got no message no email nothing from the company they just scammed my money and my order number is (So[protected] pls take action against this i need my money or i will take further action against your company club factory

            My order number is so72363335. I have ordered a watch at a sum of rs. 673 on 3rd december 2018. I have received the order on 12th december 2018 but when i opened the packet it was a women's wear sweater. Since the day i am continuously requesting club factory support for the redressal of my problem and have asked for refund. But all are they doing is nothing and only telling me that my case is being referred to their senior but now they are even not replying. My money got wasted. They are fraud

I want to file a cyber case regarding this.. How can u make such a fool.. As we used many applications this was totally wrong... Totally fake i[censored] can't resolve this.. Get ready for the consequences.. It's nearly 3 months.. No respone from u people..

                My order no is so67031133, i ordered a comb from club factory for which i done my payment through paytm of 175 rs. After receiving the product i found that product is of very bad quality so i returned that product to club factory but they didn't refunded my money of rs 175 in my bank a/c rather they only refunded 85rs on club factory factory which i am unable to use it.

                  I ordered a black shoe from club factory. But the size seems to be bigger.
                  My order id is so75070634 and i want to return this product. Please let me know the procedure of returning it and i want to refund money. It would be helpful if this happens asap.

                  I also tried contacting those people and unfortunately could not reach them.
                  Hope to get proper guidance from this site and this issue gets resolved quickly.

                    I want to know where is my order.
                    The mail clearly specofies that the trackkng details will be available.in 2-3 days..
                    More than 4 days gone by and i have no idea where my order is. And no details of it with the courier service. Plzz

                      I placed an order day before yesterday and amt. Also deducted from my bank a/c and its been about 48hrs, but my order is not yet confirmed and status of that order is showing unpaid. I contacted club factory customer support the whole day yesterday but no one was picking my call and i tried to contact through chat but there also, no response from their side. 48 hrs ago also they wer saying... Working on ur issue. Now after 48 hrs also they are telling same thing. I dnt know wts wrong with club factory. Pls club factory either confirm my order or refund my money as early as possible

                          My tracking number[protected]. I have ordered shoes worth rs 988 on 5th dec and expected delievery date was 21st dec and today is 22nd dec and i havent recieved my order yet. Im a student studying in london and i have visited india for few days to meet my family and im going back on 25th dec and i had to take the shoes along with me as later on its of no use for me. My shoes have reached delhi custom on 9th dec. Your service is so dam poor that i cant tell you. Im your old and loyal customer but im so dissatisfied that i cant tell you. Please open the attachment also which im attaching along with the mail.
                          So in the end i request you to refund my 988 rs as later these shoes be just waste of money for me.

                            Today i was ordering a clutch from the club factory app and while i mafe the transaction... It stopped in between and error was shown. I have a message from the bank that the amount has been deducted. But in the orders section of the app it is showing that it is unpaid. Kindly refund my payment and please do resolve my issue urgently as it is very important.

                              I've ordered from club factory with the tracking number [protected] on 23rd of november and while tracking, information shows that the product has been delivered which is incorrect. I've not received any product yet and never got a call from delivery guy i've already talked to the customer care service they say check it from your neighborhood maybe they've got them.. How can a guy give any of my product to anyone else without my knowledge. It's been a month and still not sure about my product or refund.

                                I couldn't track my guest order and my tracking number is SO7465009. And I got a message on 17 that the product will be delivered in next three business days but still now i didnt get it

                                  I ordered an item and due to some issues tried to return it following the steps.
                                  But now it has been more than 20 days and i haven't received any calls for the return yet though last thrusday i received a text about the return schedule but no one showed up and later on i got a text that the 1st attempt for the return was cancelled.

                                    I aishwarya kumar, had done an online deal from club factory which was cancelled and i called at their customer care regarding refund details.

                                    I found a number : +91-[protected]

                                    To which i drafted a complain and they asked for some details and my atm card number. After which they sent me a link through which they cheated me by making a false transaction of amount: rs. 1, 72000.

                                    I would like to have a complaint against this and re-claim my amount.

                                        I have ordered a BTS hoodie for my birthday. Though I received a message that I will receive it early at 20-21 december but, still there is no update or either a method to track the order. Also, whenever I try to connect with the delivery service they ask for docket number so, at least provide that.
