I ordered an expensive jacket it was pathetic unlike what was described it was to small considering it was xl and i have not recieved a refund or any information regarding the product and its whereabouts customer service was unhelpful please make a note and look into the matter whoever it may concern i need the amount refunded as i have an event coming up and i'm in serious debt please credit my balance as soon as possible

      Please cancel my order number so73911612 as i will be out of station during delivery date. I want my order before 24th of december. Otherwise please cancel my order as we will be travelling out station after that date. Please give high priority and look for in to this as soon as possible.in future please mention your delivery date when order is placed. It's very difficult for us.

        My order number is S[protected].I have already made an online payment too.In the meantime I lost my mobile so I was unable to attend your calls.Now I have retrived my mobile and when I try to track my order I keep receiving a message that my order has been returned.Please do make an alternate arrangement for me to receive my order as I have already paid for it as soon as possible.

          I am doing online shopping but quality of that product not good so i was returns that product and apply for money refund. After one month also money not refunded my account but at the one day club factory customer care call coming and asking about money refund i was telling money not refunded and after asking mine authorised mobile number which is linked to bank account and after 10 minutes without sending any otp my account 18999 ruees debit. Plz solve my problem sir i kindly request. Thank you.

              My tracking number is so70422101. I am trying to contact club factory but no one is responding. I installed the app after placing the order but with the same account. I can't track my order. I paid through the card so i'm worried whether it will reach or not. Even the app is not showing any order placed by me even though i have logged in with same id.
              It consisted of two summer and two winter tops. I recieved two emails that my order have been placed and shipped. Please respond asap.

                My order no is so57444180. I have returned my order since more than one month[protected]. The pickup has been done successfully but no refund amount received yet...                     Please do cancel the product as it was purchased bymistakely .order number is S[protected]. Please do refund the amount paid. I didn't get any option to view the product i've purchased as well the option to track my orders .                       I want to cancel order no.SO71016578, SO72874149 but said that the order is shipped but still i want to cancel it bcos right now i am unable to collect them bcos there are some financial issues and right now my pocket does'nt allow me for such expenses i want them but cam't pay for them right now so its a big request pls cancel them for now and i surely buy them as soon as i able to buy them...pls make it possible as soon as possible...

                        My order is so73532183 after payment. I checked in order it shows empty... But they d deducted my money and i received a mail from club factory that confirmed... Still it shows order empty in applications. Please let me know what happened to my production. Or it’s takes time to be in order. But the confirmation mail they said that i can track my order any time

                            Please help me. I ordered a trouser on 7th Nov & received on 16th Nov & since the quality was not as expected, I returned the item on 17th nov and was received by the return centre on 27th Nov. The refund amount was refunded on 28th Nov in my club factory balance so I withdrew it to my patym wallet & till this day I haven't received my money in. My refund ID is SOR[protected] & order no. Is SO63870685. Please help me as soon as possible, my refunded amount was 8.47 USD (₹599)

                              I ordered a dress from cf which I got early before the arriving date but I had to return it because it was not up to my expectation. I requested for a return and picked up. The product was picked up more than five days ago but till now no refund has been initiated to my account. I called up customer care many times but no response from them at all. They always keep me on hold. These are my order details.

                                I had ordered above mentioned things on 07th Oct 2018. Though the parcel did not reach me, it was mentioned as delivered to me on 18th October 2018. Now today is 06th December, I have been continuously complaining club factory and the courier partner (i.e. Xpress Bees) to refund my money, but there are only promises to resolve the issue within 24-72 hours right from beginning, but no resolution yet.

                                I want the refund of my amount.

                                  My order id is so54870320, i have received my product on 24th oct 2018 as the product was of poor quality i have request to return my product.

                                  My order was returned on 27th oct and received a returned tracking id, after waiting for a month i called the customer care and they have told me to wait for one week more as they have not received my product. As per that i waited again for one week, made a call back but somehow i had missed my return tracking id, and they are giving me lame excuses that they cant do anything without that, iam so confused what to do as the product was worth rs 11065, please do something to help me out as its way beyond 45 days like you have promised.

                                  I have ordered some items order no SO60074830 .. wherein pullover sweater I got different colour it’s very light ... slippers I got very hard material totally opposite as per discription.. denim shirt also different than pic ...after placing order i changed the colour of denim shirt ... once I received Oder I tried returning denim shirt but it’s not allowing me to return .. further I returned slippers on 16 th november 2018 still I have not received any refund .. I don’t have tracking id as I was not home while returning the product .. chat n cal centre people’ are not helping for refund neither for denim shirt any one has come for pickup ... he’ll tired now .. u all must b having the courier details right ? Can’t u track with that ? Why u need information from cm abt receipt ? R u fooling or club factory is doing fraud ... I found similar complaints ... almost from a month m doing follow up still no resolution please help

                                    I ordered a tshirt of 230 from clubfactory. I returned that because that was used, wore by someone, and of wrong size. And also there's no tag (Which is stitched on neck side). The tag was cut by scissor by club factory to hide the size from me to make me fool. Now they are not giving my full refund of 230.. Please help me to get my full refund..🙇‍♂️

                                      Since 2 weeks iam waiting for my refund but club factory not intiate it yet. Contacting customer service but they are lying every time. Not received my refund yet. Mobile number [protected]. Worst service ever. They every time said wait now 2 weeks are over what should i want my money back. Poor service given by club factory.                                         I had placed an order on 21st November, 2018 from the club factory mobile application. Order : SO68084798 It was shown in the tracking details that the product has been deliverd to the location but neither me nor any of the neighbour nor guards received the same. Even the courier boy do not calll me for the same to recieve the product.
                                        And for the same I registered complaint more than a week ago and not get response from either of the sides (Neither from Club factory nor from the courier company).
                                        Kindly resolve this problem by contacting with your logistics partners and your team as soon as possible.
                                        Because as a customer it is too hard for me to tolerate this type of behaviour from the other side.
