I had ordered for 3 items on the club factory website and then entered all the delivery details. After placing my order it showed me the payment section. I chose paytm and entered my paytm number and otp. It deducted the amount from my paytm account and I got a notification on paytm saying the money has been deducted. But on the club factory website it says error. What do i do. My money has gone but there is no order confirmation. Please see that the money is refunded to my paytm account. I’ve been trying to contact customer care service but no one is picking up. Thank you.

    I have place an order in club factory. I have ordered a sports in - ear bass earphone (Order no. So[protected] and paid rs 223.00 by debit card, on 2018/12/07 at 15:23:31... I have not received the product yet... Everyday i tried to track my tracking id [protected]... But on 14th december at 03:42 pm, i received an massage..."your order has been returned due to multiple deliver attempts.." i tried to contact express bees executive and club factory.. But i failed to do such..
    Please, resend the order item or refund my money rs 223.00 at my sbi account number [protected].. Branch atarra account holder name.. Ashutosh raikwar..

      I have ordered mens leisure jacket cost rs 924.91 on 26 nov 2018 and it was delivered on 06 dec 2018 and the product which i got was looks like of size m and i ordered size of xxl.
      The size tag was also intensionally removed or cut so i returned the product and they charged me rs 90 as pick up charges
      What type of service is this first delivering a wrong product and later charging for the same.
      I need my pick up charges refund

          Ordered an item. Everything was going well then i opened the app and saw that my order has been cancelled by club factory itself. Also it is showing that the money has been refunded to me but when I try to use that amount to purchase, it is asking me to enter my payment option. If you have my money than why should again use my money to purchase.

          Now I am requesting you give my refund as soon as possible.

            I have received a unordered product.so i have to return it now.so kindly receive my product and refund my money.The order number of the product goes like this S[protected].I am calling your customer care from a coupel of days but my calls are neithered answered.I have explained all about this to the delivery boy but he did not understand and told me to go the app and return the product.I just went through the application to return it but in my orders it shows as no orders and so i am not able to return it through the application.The club factory application is very disgusting i have been trying for a couple of days to return it but i failed in doing because my phone calls are not answered and i am not able to cancel through the application also.Please solve the problem as quickly as possible.

              Ordered on 28th Nov'18, supposed to be delivered on 17th Dec'18, customer care tells only one thing "will be delivered today", but no result. So how many more days? No tracking info other than 17th Dec deadline and a compensation of 65 rupees in the wallet. No local area contact number of delivery partner expressbees. There should be one for the customers and also they don't send any text about delivery.

                dont get response from club factory its fraud plz dpread sll complaint in social media n viral it thn see wht will done by us indian people .becoz we r one who make profit to them nhope all supportr in social media n seeing all complains club factory thn tell who r indian n wht r their powers plz support me n spread this mesag everywhere for justice for everybody thank u hope we will destroy these fraud company n hlp people to getting refund n hlp me by supporting

                    Very sorry, you have met fraud, we never ask for OTP from customers. Please go to police to report your loss.
                    I had ordered a top and i paid for it Rs. 323.19 and its been to about 8-9 months i had not received yet. Plz solve my problem. I have trusted your app and now i am feeling so bad about that.

                      I am highly disappointed by your service. Since morning i am trying to reach you over phone and line is busy. Worst quality products and different size, have been delivered. No option for returning a guest order in your website.
                      A working person can not afford to spend entire morning just to connect you over phone.

                          I got a sms from Club Factory that i won a lucky draw and they are giving me 2 options, option 1 is Tata Safari and option 2 is INR 12, 60, 000 money prize. So I tell them that i want to avai the money prize, Then they told me to submit INR 6, 499 charge to process my payment, I gave them INR 6, 499 but after some time they again called me and ask me to give INR 49, 000 more because my bank is not accepting this large amount. When I told them to cancel this amount then they refuse me and forcing me to transact INR 49, 000. It's a case of fraud and i want a strict action

                          Dear, very sorry to tell you, you have met fraud, for this issue, please go and report to the policy. Club Factory never ask for personal banking details from customers and we do not have such an activity as lucky draw.
                          I want to refund two t-shirts because the size is small but I wrote wrong information in the refund form by accident I emailed club factory they told me I should apply for pickup on the APP but I do not know how. also you are responding too late for my emails!! I do not want to pass the return date!!!

                            Dear, I checked from the courier website, it shows you have rejected order, I will contact our courier to check what has happened.
                            I have not received my order status on the app is still the same stuck at processing for more then 10 days I'm loosing it with club factory y are there so unorganised no way to connect to customer care please look into the matter to the person in charge who if may concern please I need my order before Christmas

                              A club factory servant took my money from the bank account, and not returning. And right now he is avoiding my calls. I had 5k in my account, and now it's nil. That servant told me that hr needs my card number and then he took away all the balance. And not even the club factory customer care is picking up the call. I'm not even able to file a complaint anywhere.

                                Item is been returned by me which costed me 55 Rs and you guys are also charge shipping??
                                Regularly order a product online but never have been to such a pathetic policy...

                                    I paid 220.89 to purchase a ear phone on Nov 21, 2018 the tracking status was, it will be delivered approximately on dec09, 2018. but still now I didn't receive.Ecom service didn't attempt any delivery reports or they didn't make a call to me while coming for delivery and I got a message that improper address so delivery attempt failed now finally due to many attempts my order is returned back and the ecom is saying me to reorder and pay the amount again we will delivery u and the last order amount will be refunded soon and also I many time asked for my order location but no response and no phone calls from both u and ecom.better return my amount back.

                                      I had ordered a shirt on 01/Dec/2018 and the delivery day was by 27/Dec/2018 then suddenly on 10/Dec/2018 it was cancelled and the amount was refunded then I ordered the same product on 11/Dec/2018 and the product was reached me on 15/Dec/2018 it was really good, then I opened the package and see it the bad experience of my life the package was as if sumone has been used it and the wrong item the I am calling the customer service every second day I'm not getting a right reply or support from the "CLUB FACTORY"

                                        I ordered a set of 4 bags. The biggest bag in it is damaged. I have to return it but when i am clicking on return option of my order its showing that it is applicable within 9 days of delivery. And my order is already delivered still that option is mot working. I have to return this order as it is damaged. But one thing is clear club factory gave me worst shopping expercience i ever had. And you are the worst of all online shopping websites. I am never going to order snything from your website and i will never let people around me also to order something from club factory you are the worst.
                                        The order is damaged snd i am not able tonreturn it. What the hell. Just reply to. My complaint as doon as possible.
