I have ordered a shoes of newest genuine leather driving loafers men's business oxford shoes, brown of size 8 on october 27, 2018. It was delivered on nov.2. Since it does not met my expectation i have applied for return on nov.3 and the product was taken for refunding. But the amount of rs.1768.16 is not refunded even today.

I ordered a few items from club factory but One of my orders was out of stock as a result my money got refunded. it was not credited to my bank account but the money was refunded to balance in the app and it was written that I could either withdraw the money or use it for my next purchase.I want to know how can I use the money for my next order so I don't have to withdraw it

I ordered for a dress at 17 September 2018 on time 10:26am...
The debited Money but the order for that item get failed and then I complened for that problem and they assured me that your money will be refunded but "still my money is not refunded" to my account...
They did not refunded my money...
I tried many timemails to approach to the club factory customer service but the said that it will be refunded but it will not refunded still...
I have a copy of payment which was done through my card and I m going to attached with my complaint

I placed an order on club factory. Then I cancelled my order due to some personal issue. I applied for refund and I was refunded but there is no money in my balance. They said that we had refunded in your paytm account. But I am very surprised that why so if I didn't paid from paytm. I paid from my credit card and no refund was transferred in my bank account. Kindly please find the problem from which I am suffering. Find out where the money had gone

I ordered a sweatshirt on 19th November 2018 and today on 29th November it delivered to me..i ordered a medium fit M size but it wasn't properly fitting me so I want to replace it with a large size that would be L size. I don't understand why a medium size is not fitting properly otherwise I always used to wear a medium size only l..so kindly replace it with large L size.

Order SO67800744. I have not received any call, any msg and any mail from xpressbees shipment. But status is showing delivered. How it is possible? All are prepaid products. I just received my order no. So65806957 everything is okay except of the shoes it doesn't fit to my foot. I just want to change the size but i don't know how to return. Can you please change the size of the shoes because i can't wear it it's a waste of money. This is the first time to order from your shop. I order tsirt worth rs 659 and pay money by debit card but due to no availablity of size my order was cancelled and i called in customer care but they can't refund my money. My order number is so66154152. We called them many times but the the employee said that we can't refund due to error in bank but when we pay money their is no problem but when we want refund they declined and argue that their is surver problem so how we trust i got my refund please take action as possible as soon. They also demanded scanned debit card as a banker i know that only account number is required for refund they demanded debit card detail it's wrong please taking action.

I have asked many times regarding cashback amount on club factory customer care but now they are not responding. I have ordered a product at your website but on receiving the product was not same as ordered then I complaint on your customer care then care executive said that refund will be done and executive will be pick up the order..

But after few minutes your executive called me saying that the refund will be initiated but no refund was there. After viewing phone after some time I /found debit transactions worth of 70000 on 18/11/2018.

After few minutes call received from club factory asking for other bank otp I refused to give nor I have given any otp earlier.

My question is that my card details are shared with you only for the first time and no other recent transactions were also done .

My order no is SO64491612, i hv confirmed order 2times on call but i disappoint when they cancelled my order. Its very very unprofessional behaviour. Even i paid free delivery charges also.
Even processes is also m not finding good. I always prefer other online shopping platforms . Vlub factory wasted my 20 dayz.

Still date i have not received the product but their customer care support they informing that it's delivered on 14th november. I have complained that it's not delivered on 17.11.2018 still today it's not resolved and there is no reply also.
