Hello i just saw the tracking status in your app that the order has been delivered to me around 12.53pm at night the status showing delivered i haven't recieved any call nor any courier from the xpressbees are you people trying to fool your customers.??

I haven't recieved any email regarding the product delivery not the delivery boy called me.
I track my product regularly and today morning...

I returned my package on date 17/11/18 with or. No s[protected] and the amount of 8.47 usd (614 rs) was refunded on 27/11/18 with refund id sor[*] in the club factory balance. So, i tried to transfer the money to my sbi account continuously, but it shows invalid ifsc code. The ifsc code is sbi0000214 of kohima & im so puzzled right now, what should i do? Please help me...

Please cancel my order, If the order reaches to me I will not be able to pay the charges.

I have purchased a jacket from club factory and the size i order was XL although i wear Large size but i order bigger size so that there will be no trouble i chez their size chart also whick also showing that XL will be best so i ordered that and after 20 days i recieved my order and the size was too small even my younger brother was not getting fit into that.they have blocked my money from so long and now its been more than two weeks they...

I have placed orders with Club Factory as follows and none of them have been delivered to me.

They have not informed anything regarding status. In their App, no contact details, email ID or customer care numbers given to take up the matter.

I hv ordered 2 jackets of XL.size and whatevr u hv send me.r small as compair to xl size and not fitting me.at all..so i want to exchange them with XXL size or return my money and take ur products back bcoz its of.no use for.me.to gave money for.products which is useless or.me and why the hell u put or mesurement scale which is wrong in size everytime.i m.facing this problem..u need to.solve thos...

Hi, i had placed 2 orders on club factory - SO58764405 and SO58997084. This was ordered on 25th Oct. After placing the order my good kept reflecting in Cart and never in confirmed order. Neither did i receive any sms around that time. I sent them an email on 30 oct(attached) asking them to cancel the order as i wasn't getting any option on their website. Kept struggling, they don't have a contact no that is answered, neither do they revert...

Pls confirm as i am not getting any feedback on paytm customer service. Given helpline nos. Are too time consuming...

My order number is so51427949 i booked for a refund soon after i got my clothes delivered. It has been two months and still nobody has come to collect it. Also if i call the customer care, it never connects to the customer care. What kind of a pathetic service is this. I am totally disappointed by the service. It is high time club factory takes notice of this and acts on it....

And it's still on the plane and crossed it's delivery date.No further update on the product very disgusting.this is second time I am writing to customer complaint regarding this order.At least this message should be forwarded to them.This isyou second order from club factory that I m facting issue.

I have purchased dress worth of 2000 and initiated return .
response from their end is very weak as to initiate return itself took a week .the person came and took the return parcel and gave an acknowledgement slip but after that i have received no updates and its been a month now since i am trying to follow up for the money .
they do not even have a proper customer care number to contact and get an update ....

The quality of all the 3 pair of shoes are just toooooo pathetic, i raised return request and delivery boy just came once, that time i was in office as i am single female and no one was at home.
Requested customer care and courier company to come tomorrow, they did not come and my return request is automatically cancelled and now 7 days are over.
For the entire 7 days i followed up so much but...

I had to cancel few orders. I wanted to reorder as i wanted to order something else. Club factory stated the money has been refunded but i haven't received any refund yet. I also have my transaction id. I would be grateful if you could refund the money as soon as possible.

I have ordered two products, a watch and lip tint total 892.49 rs.
