I ordered a straightener but it is not up to the mark there are some scratches also...moreover it is not fixed in any of my house switch I want to return it...I am unable to get it ...The hairs are too not getting straight they seems to be same as they were before .I have ordered for the first time and I'm not at all happy by club factory .

Order id SO58664742 is showing at Customs Clearance from long time and i can't contact customer care also. Not sure who they are shipping. if we are keeping COD the products are getting deliver with-in the delivery date. If we are paying through online then delivery is delaying.
it was showing the courier services will be xpressbees, So i contacted the xpressbees customer care they told like they didn't get any couriertill now and for them they want some 11 digit tracking number which is not showing in the club factory order details.

As I returned my order but I not even get my money back, so I collect CUSTOMER CARE number from Google and I contact with them, then he told me to give my debit card number and I gave him and I got a otp, he told me that u got a message and tell me the otp, I thought it's the procedure so I gave him the otp, then I check my Ballance and I saw rupees 3000 deducted from my account, what the ### is this yaa
