Expected delivery was 6th november and it was maximum till 10th november to be delivered.
I have placed order on 21th of october, its more than a month. But still my order has not been delivered. I tried to contact with courier and club factory customer care people but there response is not proper. Please help.
They are not giving any updates also regarding the delay which they had made.

I bought a dress for a friend from club factory who really loved purchasing from club factory before... bearing order ID- SO55775925

THIS IS WHICH I ORDERED ON 15 OCT 2018 AND ON 3 NOVEMBER 2018 I HAVE RETURNED THE PRODUCT AND IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 20 DAYS AND THE COMPANY DIDN'T REFUNDED MY MONEY. Please provide me as soon as possible and when I am complaining them they cut my calls without any reason this the worst site I have ever faced...

Order id SO58664742 is showing at Customs Clearance from long time and i can't contact customer care also. Not sure who they are shipping. if we are keeping COD the products are getting deliver with-in the delivery date. If we are paying through online then delivery is delaying.
it was showing the courier services will be xpressbees, So i contacted the xpressbees customer care they told like they didn't get any couriertill now and for them they want some 11 digit tracking number which is not showing in the club factory order details.

My product having order number SO[protected] is in the custom clearance for more than a week the estimated delivery date was 10 july but I have not received my product until now and I tried calling club factory center but there is no response from them please resolve my problem as soon as possible and deliver my product as soon as possible

My AWB no is[protected] Delhivery I have tracking details but the problem is I returned on 10th November it should be returned it but now its been 11 days.so what the hell club factory how its taking 11 days to move from Chandigarh to Delhi or Gurgaon. As I returned my order but I not even get my money back, so I collect CUSTOMER CARE number from Google and I contact with them, then he told me to give my debit card number and I gave him and I got a otp, he told me that u got a message and tell me the otp, I thought it's the procedure so I gave him the otp, then I check my Ballance and I saw rupees 3000 deducted from my account, what the ### is this yaa

It is the worst app for shopping purpose 2 week ago i order one hoody in L size but i get in S size and with the worst quality of product which totally different from the uploaded image on site i recieved this product but on app there is not show the recieved of product due to which i m unable to return this .it is very bad experience with this site and i never use this site again if my amount is not refund to me .

I place the order on 10th oct and it was confirmed and delivered on 27th oct, it was delivered on 25th the delivery boy had called me but i didn't take the call because at that time i am in school after that i still didn't get my order, i also payed the amount .
