Many website's are available at google on your name with contact no, an incident came with my friend she was asking her refund amount and some club factory or fake person calling her and asking card no and expiry details. No is [protected] please check the same and take some action also remove such website from google.

    I'm sangita patnaik from visakhapatnam. My mob number is - [protected].
    I've ordered a earring set from club factory. My order number is - so[protected] b01b1d36
    I received a broken piece, so i called the customer care executive to replace my product with a new one. I never wanted a refund. But the customer care executive whose number is - [protected] asked my debit card details along with cvv no. And when i refused to give it he used very abusive language and disconnected the call. I've attached the memo and the picture of the broken earring. Please take serious action against this ill mannered person soon and replace my product. Thank you.

      I got very much poor quality of goods.
      And worst goods.
      I bought different and they delivered different product.

      How can i return this goods?

        My order number is so50303188. I had returned the article and the return request was successfully processed on 12th october 2018 but i do not see the refund amount in my account balance. Their customer support is really pathetic and only through their rubbish app. Any way i have tried to follow all the processes that they have been asking me to do for the past one month but still i have not yet received my money. I just need my money back.

          In many cases items are not availble after ordering and payment. When we are waiting for recieving the items ordered, we recieved message of item not available. This is so annoying, if items are not available it should not be shown in the official apps of club factory.
          Eg.
          [club factory] we're sorry but while processing your order so65328813, some items are no longer available. A refund of inr 822.6504 has been issued to your account () balance. You may withdraw your balance in club factory app. Also, to compensate your loss, we've put a rs.30 coupon in your account.

          I am really disappointed as it is not the first time it happent.

            I have placed an offer recently with an order no. So67291963, but now i have changed my mind and somehow i do not like it anymore. I am not sure about the size and color thus want to cancel my order.

            I am unable to cancel it on my own as the mobile application is showing 0 (Zero) as paid order for my account. I request you to please cancel my order as soon as possible in order to avoid any type of discomfort to the company and me too. Since my order hasn't shipped yet, i am eligible to cancel the same as per your rules.

            Kindly confirm my cancellation and arrange my refund at an earliest.

                I had ordered for a Loose’s Thin long - sleeved T-shirt on 17-oct-2018. Till today I have not received the product and have tried reaching customer service number[protected] multiple times and customer care sucks as I could not reach any customer service agent. as per xpressbee tracking no [protected] this awb no does not exist. I need refund of my money of 359.58₹ within two days at any cost. It was a worst experience with club factory.

                  First time made a purchase on order # SO63289412 on 05/11/2018, wanted to return the dress due to wrong color and size on 16/11/2018, contacted customer service where they answered after 10 minutes on hold, after they came on call no solution at all, the only solution given was contact our chat service. And chat system they close the window, before even typing the issue(Check the photo, I was typing they close the conversation, stating happy to help you). I need someone to pick the return order and refund money to my bank account and not to Club factory wallet. And 23days in the whole process, is unacceptable. Please look into this issue at the earliest.

                    Knowingly they send me a defective watch and wen i submit Apply for return on clubfactory app it is not happening, as if they have keep only and option for apply for return but it never submit for return.
                    i even call the customer care number which is there in clubfactory app, but it never gets ring, it only says your call will be transfered to one of the clubfactory representative.
                    it is really annoying to hear the systems tone being set by them and keeps on repeating the same tone and never ever gets directed to any of the representative.
                    please help me to get my refund, club factory are playing games with us they know its a damage piece but still they send me.

                      I joined the cod membership in October. A few days back I order a product. The order was not delivered and cancelled due to some issue and was returned. The app suggested me to place the same order again. When I place the order again, the cod option in the payment section was not available. The app shows I still have 45 days membership. I uninstalled and installed the app again but the problem is still there.

                      Cash on delivery is not why I am a regular buyer. I love shopping with club factory . It's convinent for me on cash on delivery .
                      Not long ago i was able to order by COD but after some days it says the COD is unavailailable...why is it so?

                        I had placed this order on 10-OCT-2018 and its 19-NOV-2018 now. I haven't received my shipment yet and there is no proper response my ClubFactory support team. From last 15 days they are saying 'sorry for inconvenience and we will try to get it delivered'. While tracking the order details on the app it says delivery date as - 28-OCT-2018 that means it has not been updated from more than 20 days and I am not sure if they are doing any followup or check on why it is getting delayed and making an effort to deliver to me. The online payment has already been made while placing the order. But I am yet to receive the products. The total order was for more than 7000 rs.
                        I need the products to be delivered asap or refund

                          But some time off file document download support but suddenly in this connection no any documents download through Adobe reader, WPS+ office not support .

                            This is to inform you that i purchased a wireless head phone from club factory, they delivered the item on time but the item was defective ie it's battery backup was very poor so i followed the return procedure as per their direction and the courier partner picked up the package on 13th november 2018 and they given a slip for that.                               I have already buy high quality men bag. I paid it throught debit card. But when i click a pay now. Its already cut my bank account balance... But it display payment error page.

                              After 5 minutes, i can do like a previous one. It re-cut my balance. 2 times payment is successfully.

                              But tha previous one is not fair... Something wrong is there. Please refund my money for previos one.

                                I ordered for a watch worth 350 rs and i have paid for that via debit card. I ordered for a luxurious men fashion buissness watch but i got something else like a toy instead of the watch my order number is so65279862 i tried to contact via the customer care number provided but no one is attending i am ready to return the wrong product i received do necessary requirements please do help me in the preceeding order i ordered for a necklace worth 190rs similarly my product was returned without my knowledge and i am not refunded till now these app is really cheating

                                  Please cancel my order i have ordered a bedroom carpet. I had no idea that this will take so long to get this, but as i can see my product will reach to me approximately on december 3-4

                                      Purchased 1 pair of shoes from club factory with order so62215390, but size misfit. I want it to replace with bigger size or refund. But don't have any option of choosing any. Would like to have a refund preferably since the process is not clear at all. Would be of great help if refund is processed.
