First time made a purchase on order # SO63289412 on 05/11/2018, wanted to return the dress due to wrong color and size on 16/11/2018, contacted customer service where they answered after 10 minutes on hold, after they came on call no solution at all, the only solution given was contact our chat service. And chat system they close the window, before even typing the issue(Check the photo, I was typing they close the conversation, stating happy to help you). I need someone to pick the return order and refund money to my bank account and not to Club factory wallet. And 23days in the whole process, is unacceptable. Please look into this issue at the earliest.
