I ordered "men comfortable hundred up loose fashion" from club factory. But the material was worst and so i want to return the product. I am unable to find any way in the website to return.
My order id is so62377170 and i want to return this product. Please let me the procedure how to return.
I want my money to be refunded. I have purchased the product with guest account.
Hope to get proper guidance from this site.

My return of a pair of shoes hasn't reached the club factory merchant by their own delivery partners "delivery". Its been 20 days and the return packet is still showing "in-transit".
There is no satisfactory response from club factory merchant regarding when will i get my refund back. They just say that when the packet will reach to us, only then, they will initiate the refund.
It is their responsibility to ensure that the return packet reaches them safely in time. I, as a customer cannot ensure that. Their delivery [partners came to pick the packet, so they should check with their partners internally and get it sorted out. Instead, they say that they cannot do anything about it.

This is a completely bogus company preying customers with their fancy products. Their services are really anti-customer.

On 17/11/18, i receive my order total items is 17but 1item is not came, i get only 16item one item is missing.
Please refund my money for that one missing item, because i contact your customer care, again your customer support is very poor even not responding & not resolve my problem with right solution that's why i want my money back only for that product (Product number - cwc[protected]n), this product is missing. Please refund my money because i already paid for this also but i don't get that product so its your fault when packing or whatever, but why i felt in loss, i want my money back

My order of a sweater was delivered and then due to small size i returned it, the person from club factory came and took it back from me and it was 5/11/18 and now it is 18/11/18 and the money is not refunded and when i am opening the app it is showing that my return pickup has been shedulded that means that my order is not been picked from my home but in real my order hai been taken away from my home. Purchased 2 pair of shoes from club factory from guest account, but size misfit. Wanna want it replaced with bigger size or refund. But don't have any option of choosing any. Would like to have a refund preferably since the process is not clear at all. Would be of great help if refund is processed. It is 2 pair of shoes lying used due to size issue. Now looks like online shopping on club factory should be a no-no.

I have ordered earrings from club factory under order number so58779312, but i have received the wrong product as showing in attached picture. They did not give any response under phone and customer support chat. Northern they are accepting my return request. Tried to connect with them on phone but telecaller disconnected my phone after hearing my complaint. I have taking follow up since two days, still no word of response till now.

I don't get my products till now. Even courier company is not responding, i don't get a single message from club factory from the time of order placed to the delivery of order.
It shows it delivered to me but its not the case, i don't get anything
I am very worry about it, because i already paid online and that items is costly & important for me. Its already more than 20 days, i am still waiting for the product (My order)
Please sort out my problem, its a request to both courier company as well as club factory, because i trust in you but you broke my trust even your customer support is very poor and not responded on time & don't give any right solution.

I made a guest order on club facoty. I received my package on 17 november 2018 which consisted of 2 pair of shoes. The size i ordered was 5 and it is not fitting perfectly hence i would like to exchange the same product by size 6 or not then will like to return it i tried to contact their customer care service but there was no response.
