I ordered a pair of jeans on club factory and i paid in advance. The product was shipped and everything was going ok then i saw delivery updates where i found that without even contacting me it was being updated that address not found consumer not available. I never received a single call from them. After almost 20 days they returned the product back and updated the refund will be provided after it has reached the warehouse but now this whole incident has been around 45 days old and i don't have the product and also they did not return my money. I called customer care but they do not connect to agent and the call gets disconnected after 15 minutes of waiting. First if all its hard enough to reach them and all this is in vain.

I, sonalal kumar have demanded an item of delivery no so60730415, but it is not up to standard when i received it. And now i want to return it and refund. The quality is so low. And eventually i'm disappointed with the product.. I want to refund the amount and giving advise to the product manager that the formation of waist is to be required change.

I ordered two tops from this website club factory
The quality of product is worst not worth to pay for top rupee 900 each.
I want my refund, refund option isn't available on the apps. Im ready to bear the shipping cost but i want my money in my account asap. You guys need to shut down asap... You guys are consistant cheaters... Whatever is shown in app.. Is never delivered.. This have happened only with your sick app... This never happens with any other online app...
I ordered white colour shirt... You are sending me poorest quality and that too.. Off white colour.. And you dare deduct 90 rupees when you are at fault... We all must take collective action against you... I need my full refund

The mobile number attached along with the order went wrong by mistake. The alternate number given is not available right now. I tried to cancel order but its already been shipped. DEar sir,
Myself bakul sangui, I am acustomer of your club factory shopping, few days ago i was bought a dress, The price of the dress was Rs. 480.46, which was $6.60 in usd, but the product can't come due to some kind of reason of the seller.. due to full the payment through online i could not get Rs. 480.46 early.. clab factory authority told me it may take some time..So according the point i get my momey in usd in my club factory account.. but club factory refund $6.57 usd, which indian currency is Rs.477, they could not return $6.60 (rs. 480.46 in indian currency )

So i kindly request u to highlight this problem of refunding issue thats i can get full money(Rs.3 i still get... )

I had made a guest order in club factory on 8 Nov 18, My order no is SO63538629.Now i am not able to track my order.

It's been 2 days now accept payment confirmation phone message I haven’t got any message neither email for shipment. I have made the payment and no idea of where my order is.

As soon as the payment is done the page from where I order got disappeared. When I open new website it was fresh page and I couldn’t find any order.

I just got one message stating payment is confirmed. No details of when and from where it will be shipping.

Pls help me out to track my order.

I order 4 items and I just found after ordering that reviews and photographs of those items were so bad I just don't wanna risk as after shipping you have to pay to return the product which is not so cool deal so I wanted to cancel it but the app isn't cancelling the order then I called he said I'll get notification soon that the products were cancelled but it's been hours since I didn't get any notification. I dropped message and an email.
My order number is SO638705 I only wanna order ear-ring nothing else to see if product is fine or not if I'll be satisfied I'll order in future.

My order number so50431628 arrived but due to bad network i couldn't receive their call. I got a message from cf that they will try to reattempt but my order didn't came still. Today i got a message that my order will be returned due to fail delivery but if i still want it i can call the given customer team no. But i tried calling them multiple times but my call doesn't get forward to d customer care.

I have placed a return order on 16/10/2018 from that day no one has called or not even i got any message or any update regarding my return request and when i m trying to contact customer care no it's showing it's a incorrect no. And when i m checking in clubfactory application it's breflecting after 1-3 working days it will take place... I don't know till now no working days has take place or what.. Kindly look after my return request and process my refund as soon as possible.

I need help.
I ordered a shirt from club factory months back. Since the shirt was out of stock the money was refunded to my club factory balance in usd currency.
I am unable to withdraw this money as it always says to give a valid email address even though i have a valid one. I tried withdrawing it through paytm but it failed and got refunded again.
I tried using the balance for my next order and it is not possible.
Now all i want is to withdraw my money.
Please help!

I have returned my product and money is credited to club factory wallet as 12.58usd but the actual purchase value is not refunded. There is a value in usd and they return the value in usd. There have shown 1usd =72.39inr and my product value is 929.41. So, as per this usd value it should be 12.84inr instead of 12.58usd. As it is a refund i worth my actual price. Please value the money and i want the actual price yet it is in inr or in usd. I want the total money 929.41inr. My order no. So53882097. Solve this issue as early as possible.
