Dear Sir,
I am Gokulraj from erode tamilnadu.I done a order on 15-11-18. I thought that the whole image is my product. But after that only I know that it's a mosquito net.so I want to cancel that order but the option is not available in club factory app. So I request you to cancel my order and refund the amount sir.My order number is SO6590064.

I had ordered products with order no-SO58007891, which I received on 2nd November 2018...but I received fake product and I returned the product back for which I didn’t got any refund for my product and In my account it is showing that it has been delivered to the company but amount is not refunded...my return no is SON[protected]
And the Tracking No-[protected]

I need to know my order refund update as soon as possible.

THESE ARE THREE WHICH I HAVE ORDERED AND 20TH OCTOBER 2018 I HAVE RETURNED THE PRODUCT AND IT HAS BEEN 25 DAYS AND THE COMPANY DIDN'T REFUNDED MY MONEY. Please provide me as soon as possible and when I am complaining them they cut my calls without any reason this the worst site I have ever faced

I had ordered things from club factory, and the courier which was supposed to deliver the order to me was via expressbee, but its been past the scheduled date they havent yet delivered my things. And later i get texts like i refused to take my order and things. I did no such thing and im still waiting for my orders to be delivered. Please do something about it.

As I have ordered it as guest order so no returning option is showing there.It has been 1 day passed by and only 8 days are left to return it. This is to inform u that i orderd product from club factory my order no is SO61570299 every thing was good but not happy with the courier boy behaviour and atitude, i stay in 2nd floor and all the goods which i order always get on my door step but this courier boy asked me to come out of my compoud gate he not even entered my compound and also said that if i not come outside of compoud he will undeliver my product.

I have placed an few products on club factory app and paid it online but 1 product was out of stock so they refunded the amount on the app but I am not able to use that balance neither can I withdraw the money I have tried to contact many times to club factory customer care but got no

But the thing is it's getting cancelled automatically i tried rebooking the order but still am a message saying as you have refused to take the delivery the order has been returned, where i didn't get any call from the delivery person..

I accidentally log out fromclub factory, i ordered for 7 items.. I already paid 4000 rupees for my orders... I didn't received a call.. I only received message, i didn't received mail too... I can't log in into that account anymore because i reset my phone due to some problem... And i can't track my orders cause i reset my phone and lost the order id too... What will i do to receive my orders?? I already paid for it!!!... Last year the same thing happen to me and i didn't received my order which was a bag and i pre paid for that... I'm worry if the same thing happen again... How can i track my order or how can i received my pre paid orders

Placed order for women fashion high waist blue long denim overall suspender skirt dress on 06/11/2018 (order no: SO[protected], but received a dark blue maxi dress on 14/11/2018. I want it get exchanged with women fashion high waist blue long denim overall suspender skirt dress; Size : XL. I tried multiple times to exchange the product multiple times through the club factory app but not helpful.

I ordered a pair of shoes which were sent via xpress bees who donot deliver to my location inspite of having other legitimate courier services who deliver to my location. My order remained undelivered and took a month to return to original and and its been like two months and no refund has been issued to me. I feel cheated from this site. I would not recommend CLUB FACTORY to anyone. Its the worst app for online shopping.

I ordered an product and it was not appropriate, and thus i want to return the product and i am not able to return it as in the website the product is in transit and thus the option of returning the product is not generated

I tried to contact them many times but there is no response from the customer care, and no one is answering

My daughter ordered for a shrug on 13/10/2018 with the help of my debit card amounting to rs. 551.39. The transaction has been unsuccessful but my account has been deducted by that amount. Reference no. Is[protected]. Though more than one month has already been passed i have not yet got my money back. Every time we contacted the customer care, we were consoled to get our money back within a few days. But no positive action has yet been taken. Please do the needful at your earliest, so that, my problem is resolved immediately.
