They have extended the date of delivery date. I fear that if they do not deliver the product my money will go wasted. Please deliver it on the given date because its already too late and no extra time must be taken i hope so. Please do take care of this because its very difficult for us to trust these apps then. Please do deliver it on the given late date and do not extend the date.

    Hi,

    I have order a watch with order id as :SO51052820. on Oct 16th its marked as delivered but its not delivered to me. On 18th Oct I filed a complaint.

    Today its 8th Nov within this span of 20 days not even a single reply came form then. I made 100 s of call's every time its busy or they put me in hold for 1 hour. Their chat reply minimum 30 min of my last chat and they will reply me that they waited for a long time and they did not hear anything form me so they will close the window.

    More than my product the customer service hurt me a lot.

    The management should respond to me.

      Yesterday i ordered a watch from club factory and after thorough looking i didnt liked it. Now i have seen another one which i liked the most. The request is that please cancel my order so that i can order the watch of my choice. Its order no. Is SO63170122.         My product was suppose to be delivered on 8th November and it's redispatched Now.
        Actual issue is I had my network problem by the time the product had been shipped and due to that I didn't get to receive any phone calls. And now it's re dispatch. Will I get my ordered product as I've already paid?
        I was waiting for the product eagerly. What am I suppose to do now?

          Actually, i have usd 11.04 that is rs. 806.36 on my club factory balance, i tried to used this balance for my next order, but i'm not able to used this balace for my next order. There is no option for using this balance. What i am suppose to do for this balance. How i can be used this money for my next order. So, kindly give a solution for this problem.

            I'm very much disappoint with clubfactory online shopping app. I placed my order on date:2018/10/13.
            Now it's been more 3weeks i cancelled my order and payment was done through debit card yet money has not refunded back into my account. Instead it seem like it goes to my clubfactory account, which i don't feel like necessary to keep it there.
            So, kindly please refund back money. And if it's possible, do refund process quickly as soon as.

                When the hell do I get my money back huh?Will you take years, how many you want 10?It has reached the warehouse already. The product was of horrible material stitch. I had returned. You have to credit the money to my account, how long will you take? Customer care service numbers online seem to be all fraud. Not even one is reliable. Kindly credit my money into the balance. I need it immediately!!! No more wasting time. You have forgotten about crediting the money back or what? Literally horrible service. I hear people say when they ask the customer care for money, the person says it's already credited. Is this how you are going to cheat?I want the money to be credited in my balance. Only 90 bucks less for package to be collected. That should be debitted. Rest should be given back to me.

                  I ordered a product worth rs157.50 on 04.11.2018 and I cancelled the product the very next day that is on 05.11.2018, but still the money is not refunded back to my account. Please make sure that I get my money back as you said the money would reach my account within 2days but nw it's the 3rd day and still I didn't get it..please do the needful. I am very much delighted with all the products available and I am willing to order more so please don't dissapoint me..

                      I have mistakenly ordered two days back a jacket. I have tried very hard to cancel it but in vain. I want to cancel it now as i have ordered the other jacket of my choice already from club factory. Plz cacel it, the order no. Is so61721965.                         I had ordered hair extension on 18th of october and i've paid for it through debit card. It was supposed to reach me on 5th of november but the app is not showing the anything in paid orders or any orders at all. I have the proof and the money deducted from the account was 393rs at 9-10pm. Please do solve the issue. Deliver the product or return the amount. Unhappy customer.

                          This is to inform you that i placed an order (SO6733844 ) on 30/10/2018. The payment was confirmed but two days later i received a text that the order has been cancelled and the amount Rs 2453.44 shall be refunded. But the amount has not been refunded yet. I dont have a club factory account so i did a guest order and paid through my debit card.

                          After trying over hundred times, i finally got through the customer care number and spoke to a representative. but the lady had no idea how to resolve my issue and advised me to download an app on my phone even thought i told her that i dont use a smart phone and the money will be refunded in the app. I tried downloading it in my friends phone but could see any refunded amount.

                          Kindly refund the amount to the card i made the payment with. I tried calling the customer care number over hundred times but its always busy and never gets connected.

                          i kept trying the customer care number and finally i got connected to an agent. he told me that the money has already been reflected to my account as he can see on the system whereas i just checked my account ten minutes before talking to him and there was no sign of refund. but the guy on the phone was very sure about it. so i went to the atm and checked again and there wasnt any refund. its already been ten days now and no response to my emails or calls. please help

                            This seems to be a fake company which is charging return fee on every product which customer doesn't like or return with valid reasons. I have an order # so[protected] men's business fashion single-breasted suit vest. The product reached on time to me. Once i saw the product, the product was having a quality issue and i didn't like the stitching quality/design.

                            I placed a return request immediately but when i check details, it says return fee of inr 90/-. I spoke to support and they said on all the products they ship, even if the product has the quality issue; the customer has to pay for the return shipping.

                            I requested for grievance team to talk to and the executive said; this is the policy and no one could able to help on every return custom is liable to pay.

                            Please help!!! I have been penalized for none of my faults except i ordered the product via club factory. Unfortunately, i have 4 more product which was ordered. I'm feeling shame on such app and business.

                            Please help me get my full refund else give me choice of exchange.

                            I puchased bag which has no quality.matirial is not good.

But its 5 november today, since now i have not received my refund amount yet nor any information about it.
