    I ordered two shirts but the received were different from what it was shown online.
    I asked for returning immediately as the website showed 9 days replacement/return. I gave details but still, nobody showed up and I am not able to contact them via phone.
    Not able to connect the customer support as it shows to be always busy.
    Also not able to chat with them even though they claim to be 24hrs help service

        Bought the mens parka coat jacket fur hoodedwarm thicken khaki xl,
        When the item arrived i noticed the collar on the inside was dirty?, also the zip is difficult to attach at the bottom and it sticks when trying to pull it down, i have send messages to you via your support, and the answer i get is, that it may be dirty due to being transported and just accept this.
        What a disgraceful state of affairs, i paid £24.74 for this item and expect it to be brand new and fit for purpose, not a response like the one i received from club factory, please refund my money or send a replacement coat, not rude statement that more or less are saying you don't give a dam

          I have ordered 2 products from club factory one is a jacket which is small in size and one slip-on which is larger in size. And the size i gave for them is the size i am wearing of other brands like nike, puma, levi's etc.
          Since that i am trying to contact customer care but there is only automated response and that bugs me that you can't even have the decency to reply yourself after an aftermath of a service. I am in usa and how can i return this product and get my money back.

              I have placed an with club factory. Order no. 42392002 : 2.4g wireless car mouse.
              I have not received the bluetooth adaptor with it. What will the use of the wireless mouse without bluetooth adaptor. Without the bluetooth adaptor, the mouse is nothing but a toy.
              I have heard good reviews about club factory but the order delivered was not as per expectations.

                We had bought a chinese men loose t shirt for rs 597.47. Our product was returned to club factory warehouse due to kerala floods and we were informed that we would be refunded withing two weeks as the payment had been by card. It has been 4 months and still haven't been refunded. Order number:so38403087. The tracking number is[protected]. We have decided to file an official case if matter does not get resolved and we are not refunded our money at the earliest. The customer care refuses to pick up our calls even at correct times and leaves us on hold.

                  The order delivered today 03/11/2018 but once i saw the receipt the order was totally 898.33 egp but the delivery boy asked me to pay more 700 egp as customs, so i had to return the order although i need it urgently.
                  I couldn't imagine till now how did that happen with customers without informing them that they should pay customs.
                  Please return my money back.

                      I paid for the product but it was never delivered. The tracking order said it was already delivered. After weeks of trying to contact them, someone finally picked up and oh my goodness.
                      I'm a woman
                      The guy could not speak properly, he kept screaming at me, kept asking for my name, he made me repeat tge problem 10 times, tgen hung up again. He threw lewed and obscene comments at me, asked for my nudes, askd for my debit card pictures, when i refused he verbally abused me. This is his number

                        I ordered a ready-made cotton casual trouser from club factory. The product when received was not standard size, actually it was too small.
                        I requested for return of the product which was duly picked up from my residence. Along with it i also submitted a request for refund. On 22.10.2018vi received a communication from the company informing that the refund of rs. 592.48 has been sent to my account. It's 03.11.2018 today but so far no refund has been received. Efforts to contact the customer care department could not materialise as the telephone nos given[protected] and 2) [protected] are both wrong. I apprehend that i have been cheated as the company has not give any clue how to contact them.

                          I tried to get likes in advance for the free product i have chosen but after getting all the likes before the time ends it's not in my cart. But, it's showing add to cart. What's the reason for that??. This is second time i am getting like this. Already i tried it once for 50likes product but i lost that one and this too also.                               I am frustrated by this site first they do not cancel my order when i ask them to and deliver an utter piece of trash which they call a"bag" the quality is devastating and it looks nothing like the picture. Secondly their customer services are sooo bad i can't even talk about it. This is the worst site ever and it made me hate online shopping. Thank you.

                                The shirt received with cut size label, not-as looking in the image on the website, it is looking cheap quality and it is not fit me want to return it,

                                I have got my refund back today, for now, I'm satisfied with the process. But, must tell you please improve your return and refund processing time. If not please keep updating customer on regular basis on mail or call. This small things give more confidence with an online shopping website and add credibility to the venture.
