Hi,
I no longer need the products that i ordered on 1st november, i have tried cancellation through app but its not allowing me to process the cancellation and the customer care number always seems to be busy. Please cancel my order as soon as possible because i am not ready to pay for the order and let me know about the status of cancellation.

I ordered i7 wireless earphones two times in clubfactory app.first time the transaction is failure and money debited from my account.second time transaction is success but the item will not delivered.they refund only one time and second time they will not delivered and not refunded. I send my bank transaction to them but they did not respond.they show the item is cash on delivery.please resolve my issue as soon as possible

      I have ordered an item and cancelled it on the same day.. It was on October 11th 2018., 8:40PM.its order number :SO54386325. I want the money as early as possible. I am a regular customer of club factory. If I didn't get the money I will rather look to other shopping Web sites. Hope you will refund It soon. You have told me that you will refund within 3-10 days.But now it's too long.. Refund as early as possible.

          Order no so55316897... I had booked the same order in last month on 10th oct but still i m not getting the same. Request you to please assist on priority. I am following from last month still i am not getting any reply. I first order is got late due to this reason company has cancel the cod. And same will get without cash.             But i dont get any refund money in my account..
            Its more than 20 days, but they havent refunded yet..
            In the refund channel box its showing that refunded to balance..
            But i cheked my account more than many times...
            I hope u resolve my problem as fast as possible...

I received a sealed parcel from xpressbees against my pre paid order on[protected]Order no. So[protected] for three items (Invoice dt[protected]. When i opened the packet on 28th oct 2018, i am surprised to see an ear phone (A20-03-01; wqw[protected]n), bar code [protected]) instead of orderd fashion unisex business waterproof quartz wadtch (Product code (Wqw[protected] along with other two ordered items. The packet of the wrong item is not yet opened. Hope i'll get a justification from your part for this mistake. Photographs of the products sent are attached herewith. The complain was lodged to [protected]@clubfactory.com on 29 oct 2018.

I habe already made a full payment using my credit card, but when i download club factory app after that i can't locate its details on app, also on courier provider's site there is no details regarding this... Plz help

Rs. 4816.26 is transferred from paytm by order no. #201810270323363900907 and transaction id [protected] dated 27.10.2018 at 08:56:40 am and rest 780.74 is transfer from axis bank through paytm on same day and on same time. But the selected 12 items of club factory did not issue the order number of my ordered products till today. I am very eagerly waiting for the selected items.                                 My order no is SO5937250, it was placed on the 21st of October 2018, and it is fully paid in advance, and I was informed that the products will be delivered in 3 - 4 working days,
                                however I am not getting any updates either by sms, or phone calls or e-mails or whatsapp to track the status of the order shipment.
                                Not do I have details of which courier service is going to cater to my order.
                                Further there is neither any online chat support service, nor any other helpline number where in, I can reach to them and confirm.
                                I need details on the same.
                                Otherwise I demand refund for the entire amount.

The shipping was too late and there is a drastic difference between what is shown and what is delivered. The size is too small and the quality is worst.                                         Its been around more than 15 days to return the items but I didn't get any update for my payment status. I lost the SMS for return and that courier person did not shared anything after taking the items back. I contacted on email, support center but no help given by them.

                                        It is worst process of company in India, as they don't even bother for the customer items and delivery.
