Its been around more than 15 days to return the items but I didn't get any update for my payment status. I lost the SMS for return and that courier person did not shared anything after taking the items back. I contacted on email, support center but no help given by them.

It is worst process of company in India, as they don't even bother for the customer items and delivery.

Please help me to get my money back for my returned items.

I have ordered 6 items, form which 4 I got of good quality and exaclty same and the two form which one product that is vermilion lip open ring is damaged, the other one six set joint index finger ring is small in size...cant insert in my fingers..I want to return it back, so can you please tell me the process of returning..

It's my first order and its worst experience.

I placed an order and same time i cancelled it due to incorrect address. After that money got credited in my club factory balance but when i tried to withdraw it, it doesn't allow me to enter decimal digits (As amount is in usd) and hence not able to withdraw full amount. So i decided to use existing balance for my next order and then i select product and at the time of payment i didn't see any option to select existing balance.

Either refund full amount to me or tell me how to use existing balance for my next order.

One of this company called to me, said u won 1st prize of safari car from our company so i[censored] have to proceed just pay rs. 10500, for regristration fee and then we will send money of rs. 12, 60, 00. Company person name is nithin kumar singh and sbi bank manager name is anit varma from jharkhand and last one is i. T department person all these three are fraud persons they taken my money of rs. 1, 94, 100 but again asking rs. 46, 200/- to complete the procedure. All these three persons are very very fraud persons. A three log chutiye hy mr. Nitin kumar singh, anith varma and it department officer.

We received a call stating that we are the winner of tata safari and need to submit a registration amount in the bank of rs24500 because of our recent shopping from club factory. Would request you to please take some action against club factory team for selling their customer data in the market which they are not authorised to do so. Selling there customer data like phone numbers are not the right way this can lead to some serious problems as well. So please take action against club factory.

Its almost 2 hrs and i'm not receiving any message regarding it. The money has already been deducted so please cancel the item asapso i can re - order the item again thank u

It is fake site, they showing something else and delivering something else
i had purchased T-shirt online, what t-shirt i had seen on image and when i got in my had totally distinguished, i am adult and i got 10 years old child sized t-shirt . and its materiel is like sari entire . and when i canceled order no one responding . even costumer care not picking up phone of customer .
site should be stop they are robbers . should take legal action .

Sir Today I received a message and a call from Club Factory, they said i have won Lucky Draw of Rs 1260000 or i can take the Car.
I have paid Registration Fees of Rs. 6500 and 1% TDS of Rs 12600 now they are asking procesaing fees of 25000 from Bank. So please Tell me is it true or its fake. Please i dont need any car or Extra money. Please give me back my 19100

I got 2 refunds and my balance is $45.56 (3311rupees approx) but everytime I try to transfer it from the balance to my bank account it fails. This has been going on for weeks now. So how do I get it to my account. Customer service from the app is not helping either. They keep saying they'll let me know when I can get it but I should be ae to transfer it at any time since they have already refunded it to me. Please let me know what's going on here

I haven't got delivery of my good and when i am checking it in track order nothing is coming.

Please tell me the status of my good as i have already pain the price for it and i want to revive it on time.

I am little concern about them as i have pain 2000 rs. And my money is already gone from my account.

I had placed a return request for my order number so51997140.

Firstly, the agent came to pick up my order twice without prior notice or intimation. So, i missed the pick-up as i was not at home. When asked to wait for 10 mins, they refused.

Secondly, one pickup was arranged for 26th october 2018 and i ensured that i was available for the same. The agent ([protected]) called me up and i asked him for one minute of time to get the package out. I opened the door and there was no one there. I called the agent 3-4 times and he did not answer my call. And marked a failed attempt of pickup.

Now i have placed another pickup request which is not being attempted. And there is no way i can contact club factory as they don't reply to emails and the customer care number never gets connected.

Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest as if this carries on, the pickup will never be made.

I have returned my order. Pickup of my order by 24/10/2018. Till now i have not get my money back. For indian consumer it has been given only 3 days time for refunding. Can you take necessary action and get my money back as soon as possible. Please refund my money to the culb factory account.

I ordered two things from club factory. They give me the estimate delivery date on 12:10:2018, but today is 30:10:2018. I called my shipping customer care they said give me your orders docket number, but i couldn't, as i haven't receive any information of docket number from club factory, as they had my number as well as email also. Kindly snd me my docket number of my orders.

And the important thing is club factory promised to each and every customer that it will refund the transaction money wity in 3 business days but u broke the promise. I just received my order today. And i have received a wrong item! I had order a makeup spatula and mixing plate and instead of it i have received a nail kit! I’m not able to contact the customer care and neither able to apply for return request! Such a fake company! Quality of products is disgusting!! Guys don’t order from them! They are not even replying on the customer care support!
