                such arrogant and rude delivery person should be punished.
                Atleast he should tel the option, what has to be done, without listening if he disconnect what should customer think. payment was already done.

                  I am unable to locate the order ID. But the courier tracking ID is [protected] by xpressbess service company. The courier company sends me out for delivery message every morning, and on two occasions with details of delivery guy. The guys never call to schedule delivery, and when I call I get rude responses. The tracking site shows absolutely incorrect details. I have been available at the mentioned address on all days. I paid for the product using PayTm, have those details to share. But my first order on club factory website has caused a lot of mental agony. Will advise others also NEVER to order from here. It's complete forgery by the retailer and the courier service company.

                      Sir on date 25october some one has stollen OTP of my paytm account and make purchaging from your company at 25October 4:08pm 816.61Rs and on 27 October at 3:19pm 280Rs Indian currency against order id 201810251038436695485 and 201810250948508834594. These amount were deducted from my PAYTM account number +91-[protected].
                      Regarding this i complain to PAYTM company. they were reply on next day to complain for u because payment has reached to your account
                      It was wrong transaction . kindly refund my amount.

                        The order no so52132739 was palced on october 3 2018.in app tracker it is showing delivered to consignee on 14th october but i have not received the item till now. Kindly help me in this regard. There is no intimation recieved on behalf of club factory to respond to my complain. I have called their support centre where they advised to chat through and in chat they are sendind only automated messages which is not helpful.

                            I got a lucky draw winner call from scammer who said they are from club factory. They said i won 12, 50000 or tata safari.
                            I ask them to send me the cheque but they insisted isted that i must shate my account details.
                            I ask them to whatapp me the proof of my lucky draw win.
                            Whats funny is that they shared the following picture of the winners cheque.
                            Its taken on the bed and its a blank cheque.
                            They guy said its been sent from the md of the club factory.

                            Club factory should do an internal audit before one of the onsumers file a case against club factory for leaking info.

                                      I know this is a clear fraud call and message which i have received. My worry is how did club factory allow to share my personal details to these kind of fraud people.
                                      The ordered consignment is still in transit and did not received yet.

                                        Dear club factory,
                                        It's been two weeks since i got notified that my orders were delivered. But i hadn't got anything. I tried calling the delivery number provided however that was futile. I've been trying to get answers from customer help chat but they have not done a thing for two weeks. Please refund. So51599462 is the order number. I tried the customer care number but either they were busy or they asked for card details. Please do the needful asap.
