I order 2product from club factory n also made payment online through guest log in.. I recieved order number in my phone, but now when i try to check (Findmyorder) it shows (Enter valid order number)..? It is not accepting the order number which i enter... Order number is ss60029084.. Please help i am worried.. I want to be confirmed that its on process. Ty

I have ordered a jacket on 11th of October
N i received it on October 23rd
The problem is that I ordered a size XL for me but the seller had sent me a small size S
Though the Outer-cover /packet displays the size XL but in reality the size was S because I'm unable to wear it as compared to other jackets of size XL
The part inside the jacket where the size No. Is mentioned/given was pre-cut so as to fool the costomer.
The seller desperately sold that product for their profit
Now, when i applied for a return on 26th of October, then the app is showing that your return request is applied but not approved.since 2 dayz have been passed but they haven't approved till now..Today the costomer care services told me to wait and within 24 hours it will be approved which means i have to wait for the next 24 hours too...i waited yet nothing happened..so i again changed the return request now and is waiting but nothing happening.

I had given order for shoes size 7 but it is not 7 as per indian standard. I wanted to return. This is bad experience for shopping as the size ordered by me has not been sent by the company. So please refund as soon as possible.

Now they are asking for another tax.

I have ordered the light for my car in which there are two bulbs and one is not working i had applied for return already but there is no update and customer number is not working. This is my first time shopping from this site and it's worst experience that there is no way to contact to the customer care. Flipkart provide better customer support than club factory. Give me my money back and take back your scrap rubbish product

I had ordered two bags big size for rs 1003 and i rec'd two tiny small baby pouches, wat to say, at home i got feud over this and horrible experience from club factory, who is allowing this site to work in india of china material and things god knows, i want to tell our prime minister respected modi kindly look into this company and remove their licence as they are very much looking indian people may be this is their plan to lose money of indian people and fraud with them

I have booked women handbag worth rs. 564. But the actual product received was damaged and customer care dept. Is not responding even once. Club factory is just like a fraud. Dont purchase from club factory. I have made payment from paytm... Want my money immediately. I have uploaded image of booking confirmation of product and damaged product also.

So, here i'm am being frustrated by this app club factory... I made an order of 6items worth rupees 1600 and that was actually my mistake... So then after a mnth it got delivered and still some of the products were damaged and it didn't matched the pictures shown to me... Then i actually submitted a pickup request it was sent back but then i didn't got my money and it got credited in my balance in club factory and as well as i am not able to use it to order something else...
Lastly, i want my money back otherwise it will take me no time to file a case against them and moreover i'll uninstall it as well and i recommend everyone do not install club factory its useless...

Hlo sir i have ordered a pant from this online shopping site. But becoz of quality issue i have returned this product on october 8. But till now my money is not credited to my account. A message is sent from this site on october 18 that your refund amount is intiated, but till now money is not credited to my account. And after mailing to this site there is no response from there customer service. Club factory — lucky draw fraud
I got a sms from club factory that i won a lucky draw and they are giving me 2 options, option 1 is mahindra xuv car and option 2 is inr 12, 25 000 money prize. So i tell them that i want to avai the money prize, then they told me to submit inr 3, 500 charge to process my payment, i gave them inr 3, 500
But after some time they again called me and ask me to give inr 18, 375 more because my bank is not accepting this large amount. When i told them to cancel this amount then they refuse me and forcing me to transact inr 18, 375. It's a case of fraud and i want a strict action.

Please cancel the order and return the money as i don’t feel like the product is of standard quality.
