Thanks for delivering today my ordered items self-cultivation long sleeved shirts (3) three nos. before November 2nd. against order SO55870723.
I regret to say that
having ordered for 3 different sizes XL, XXL & XXXL respectively,
but found ONLY ONE of required size XL with tag too of XL, while other remaining 2 which shall be bigger in size as XXL & XXXL, , but found both without tag and found smaller in size than XL supplied alongwith them,
while comparing ...it seems Like M & L sizes.
I can accept one of XL size only,
You are requested to either
Arrange for return pickup,
Exchange with required higher sizes
Refund money paid.
You may convey on mobile [protected]
as your customers care no. remains Always busy.
also above order can't be traced in paid/unpaid order.

    I had ordered a Bag set, set of bracelets, notebook, sling bag and a handbag with order no. SO53209136 and AwB no.[protected], I didn't receive the order yet, it's been more that 20 days also, I cannot track the order as well! The delivery date has also passed. It was supposed to be delivered on 25th October and I didn't receive anything. It was a COD order and I hope I receive it soon. Kindly look into the matter.

      I got the product that i ordered on 25th september and returned it on 29th september, it i received a message that it reached the warehouse of club factory for days later. I called the customer care 4 times on 14th oct, 18th oct, 23rd oct and 26th oct and they assured me that my refund process will be initiated. And i still have not received my refund. Order number.         Deat cf team,

        First of all i would like to tell, i had already complained 5-6 times on your customer service chat. They read & finally replied after a long time that they have forwarded my case to senior and will revert you after 2 working days.

        It's been almost 8-9 days, ii have not got revert. When they dont revert, obviously i will go offline but after that they will come online n write mam, what can i do for u... Then we haven't heard anything from u, pls frees us to write back. Again we have to right all the story.
        In spite of giving all photos & order id they are asking me forward us this label that label.

        What is this guys? You dont want to run this business or what?

        My order id is so49797614 & i had ordered 4 tops amounting of inr 1215 but i just got one cheap quality earring which i had not ordered.

        I want my inr 1215 to my mode of payment (Bank account) immeadiately.

          After being confirmed i was notified with a delivery date 26 september 2018 but till now it's showing that it will be delayed for one month,
          So please cancel my order and refund my amount asap...

          I think worst company and worst costumer experience. Fake company from china. Please don't use this website...

                      I am from mahabubnagar I have ordered a suit in your company and I also returned the order because of extra large...and I requested to refund money and it will not processed till now I also called ur customer service to talk about the refund money and his name is Vijay reddy and the number is [protected] I have called this person and he asked the debit card details to refund money I told to him after 1 hour I didn't get the money and else in my account 5000 debited and the debit card lap blocked. Now I called again to the Vijay Kumar to ask this problem he is not telling the answer properly and he has no respect for the customer service. Now I want the cancel order money 1200 and the money debited 5000 from my account after telling him details I want immediately the process or else I will take the action

                              I ordered a jacket... But inspite of giving good fabric club factory has given poor quality polyster product... Very poor and worst quality... Not of my use... Now i want to return the product... Then logged in the app... And applied for return... Then it started showing msg that make a new id... Then i made a new id... Then again it shows the same msg...                                 I got a sms from club factory that i won a lucky draw and they are giving me 2 options, option 1 is tata safari and option 2 is inr 12, 60, 000 money prize. So i tell them that i want to avai the money prize, then they told me to submit inr 6, 499 charge to process my payment, i gave them inr 6, 499 but after some time they again called me and ask me to give inr 49, 000 more because my bank is not accepting this large amount. When i told them to cancel this amount then they refuse me and forcing me to transact inr 49, 000. It's a case of fraud and i want a strict action

                                  I placed an order and requested cancellation later on today via chat service of yours, this order was total amounting of ₹ 4401.05 and i was told that order has been cancelled and the refund has been processed, this should be available in my wallet in no time & i can transfer the balance from there to my account. I kept on waiting for hours and still don't see the balance in my wallet.

                                  Please see the attached screenshot for your reference and do the needful asap.

                                  Furthermore, your customer service is pathetic as one has to wait for hours to receive response over chat service. Now, i can see why you have been rated so bad across the internet.in order to do better business, you'll have to really improve the services.
