    I ordered some product which was below par quality and same returned. I recieved my paid money in balance but now when i am trying to place order i am unable to use balance money. Worst is their customer support is of no use as u can't connect to them. Pls help.

      I am akshita today i have purchase two products 1. Ear rings 2. Sling bag but while doing payment it was an error double times i have pressed, requesting for the return of double payment 211.65rps.
      This is first time it happened i don't know what was the problem network error /offer is fake.

        I received partial delivery of my above order i'd. I paid amount of inr 2835.49 for 2 items as below
        1. Sofa and cushion cover
        2. Dining table cloth

        I received only dining table cloth. Sofa cover is missing

        I want refund for my sofa cover costing inr 1173.64

        I am highly dissatisfied with club factory call centre response as they always cite technical issues whenever i call them. Also their web app chat support is inefficient.
        Unable to reach them by any means.

I didn't receive My Product or refund and Called up several times But no Use and after 2months I Called Up Customer Care number, they Are asking For My Debit Card details card Number, Expiry and CVV Code and also they Are tried to Charge My Card again and worst experience with Club factory

          Rather i know this is not a call from club factory so i didn't pay the money.

          But he knows all the details of my order my mobile no with my address which not okay..

          Respected club factory... Kindly check at your point who is licking this information to this fake people.

            The product received against my order number order number: so52586723 is too small and also of very bad quality. I have ordered it through guest order. Wanted to return the same but not getting any option.

            The product shown in image is of very good quality. However, the one which i have received is of very poor quality. There is no option coming at clubfactory to return it.

            We ordered the clothing drying & washing against order no so56940428 on 18.10.2018 and received against invoice no 196HRC0005003 date 19.10.2018 but the ordered item received is not in complete shape hence request you to send the balance item

                Hi my order was not delivered and i called customer care to check the status he told that it was cancelled and money will be refunded. He asked me about card number cvv and otp but i did not share as he initiated transaction of inr 8000. And he used unparlamentary language. I want immediate action on this.
                I did not noticed any ecommerce site customer care as worst as club factory. My order got cancelled and i want to know the reason. I was charged for the product and did not delivered. Please address this asap

                  I have placed an order for the first time on club factory but now i can't track my order no so54796235. On club factory. Payment has already been made but not received my order. How can i track my order as it is not shown on app. If possible please send me the link on my phone as my email id is not working.

                  Delay in replying or support may also hamper the image of the company.

                      I had returned few stuffs due to their quality issues and the refund was done almost after two to three weeks .. Now I got my money it’s in the wallet I tried using that wallet money in my orders I’m not able to use it.. so later thought of transferring the money into bank account.. even though I’ve provided all the required information still it asks me to provide bank info where and how do I provide the bank info cuz when I chose the option of bank transfer it only asked me for account holder name, account number, e-mail id, ifsc code and mobile number even though I’ve filled all the required information still it asks me to provide bank info where the hell do I provide . This is fraud it is just looting we people. I need my money back please help me somehow get my money back

Why are you not replying and why is the delay in replying... I want the debited amount to be refunded along with compensation for tension and stress given by club factory. Let me know the concerned person whom i have to contact to get back the debited amount from my account. Respond to this matter immediately.                           Yesterday one unknown person booked an order frm club factory and the payment was made from my paytm account. all was done fraudulently without my permission. i am not sure what all it was ordered. had contacted paytm but they asked me to contact you. your customer care fon does not work at all.. its always busy, i tried the whole day and yesterday immediately after the transaction also. now i wnat this transaction to be cancelled.
                          Transaction number is 201810221102320795577. paytm wallet txn id [protected]. kindly stop the order and do the needful.

                                I have ordered 3 pc men suit from club factory on 5/10/18 and i have received on 11/10/18. However suit was too fitted for me so i tried to return that suit but when i checked the option of return that was showing nothing and disable. I was trying so many time even i have contacted hrough chat support on that day and nest day also they were saying option will enable after 2 3 days so i checked after that but result was same. Then i called customer care they told me that there is problem going with their cb app. Once it is solved u will get the option. However till today itself problem not solved return option is not coming. I am very disturb due to this and worried about my return and refund. So please help me to ged rid of this situation. I have contacted club factory so many time and now there chat option is also not coming and getting error that pls contact through ervice lane. Nothing is happening and my return time is only 9 days from shipped.

                                    I’m complaining about the horrible service from this # company. Order number so53277567. I ordered an owl curtain and after 20 days they send me something else. 2 items were not available hence they had to refund the money. Refund request was done on 10th oct, already 13 days still not refunded. As per the website refund takes 5-10 days.

                                        I have purchased printed gown printing strapes dress light green color from club factory on 3rd october and received the same on 15th october but the quality of gown is not matching as shown in the picture on site, i have asked for return pick up and refund of amount.
