I have ordered an earphone.its not working properly like the volume is automatically rising and automatically reducing.sometimes the earphone can't even detected.i have used it in every mobile of my friends it's working in the same way in their phones to.i have complained to the club factory also and they say that they will charge for the return pickup.

    Club factory — no refund of the items returned by me.

    I have been requesting for months together to club factory to refund the amount of order returned by me but no action is taken yet.
    Club factory site is hopless site. I recommend not to purchase from this site.

    Sir,
    This is to inform that i had placed an order on 13.07.2018 for the following items:
    1. Thick lock makeup eyebrow pencil qty 1 * rs 117 = 117.04
    2. Sexy fashion sandal (Black) qty 1 * rs 726.17= 726.17
    3. Wild pearl hook earings qty 2 * 67.76 = 135.52
    4. Thick bottom open toe sandal (White) qty 1 * 857.58 =857.58
    5. Women's casual wedge sandals (Beige) qty 2* 769.98 =1539.96
    I had returned the iteam no. 4& 5 due to size problem. The return order was collected vide ecom airways bill number[protected].
    The total amount to be refunded for item 4 & 5 is rs.2397.54. But till date i have not received the refund amount. I have returned total 3 pairs of sandals one thick bottom open toe sandal for rs 857.58 and women's casual wedge sandals 2 pairs for rs 1539.96. Total items returned are 3. The refund amount should be 2397.54. It is high time and please check and inform the status.

      I was not informed about the delivery charges before the order confirmation. I was mentioned clearly about this thing that its all about free delivery. But as soon as my order got confirmed i got a call from club factory stating that the dress will cost me 900 something but its printed cost was 700 something.
      They should have informed about this earlier. I won't take this dress any longer.

          [resolved] club factory — i want to return my product

          I ordered white plan top from club factory. But the size is and not even seems like what i ordered.
          My order id is so49905702 and i want to return this product. Please let me the procedure how to return.in mobile application it is showing 0 (Zero) as paid order.
          Please let me the producer and i want refund money, worst company and worst costumer experience. Fake company from china. Please don't use this website.

            I got my refund into club factory wallet then i withdraw it into my paytm number
            But i m waiting from 25 sep 2018 to till now if i m compaling into care no. Then they are telling that we cant give u information about that and if i m telling to chat team then they are telling we have refunded ur balnce into uyour account then i m asking for detial or proove then they are not replying me ..

              My order ID was SO26313006. I have returned my order and after that refund reflecting in USD in my club factory account balance. After contacting customer support advised to withdraw and transfer it to bank.
              I withdrew all refund amount which was reflecting in USD however its been more than a month and yet refund is not credited to my account.
              Kindly assist.

                              It's my first order and its worst experience.

                              I placed an order and on next day i cancelled it. After few days money got credited in my club factory balance but when i tried to withdraw it, it doesn't allow me to enter decimal digits (As amount is in usd) and hence not able to withdraw full amount. So i decided to use existing balance for my next order and then i select product and at the time of payment i didn't see any option to select existing balance.

                              Either refund full amount to me or tell me how to use existing balance for my next order.

                                I was trying to call for 45 days and there is no response. Fraud company. I have paid for my product and am writing so many mails but there is no reply from the company's side. I called in one number [protected] which i got from site as customer no. Of club factory but he is fraud as well. He was asking me the 16 digit debit card number and claiming that he is from club factory.
                                Fraud company and fake people.

                                    This has happened with me for the fifth time now for the same order- [protected]. i receive a message that the package will be delivered and then hours later i receive the message that it could not be delivered because i refused to accept. i did not even receive the call from the delivery agent. i informed both xpressbees and club factory agent of this earlier, they ensured that it won't happen again but still the same happened. Delivery agent does not call and i am told that i refused the order. please help here. this is really poor service. Also since i have provided office address, the moment i received the message from club factory, i especially went to the place where these agents sit and specifically asked for my order. But they said they do not have an order in my name and then without any call i am told that i refused the order. Kindly help.
                                    Also on club factory customer chat, I am so tired of you guys shifting the club factory agents so quickly that i have to repeat everything from the beginning. i do not want to cancel any of my orders i have said this repeatedly. please change the current delivery agent responsible for unitech infospace orders. he never calls and i receive the message for falied delivery with the reason that i refused. how can i refuse the order when i do not receive any calls in the first place.
                                    i am totally frustrated now the order has already delayed alot the due delivery date was in sept.i have contacted both clubfactory and xpressbees numerous times but still i get calls that i want to cancel the order. i do not want to cancel any of my orders. i want them all delivered.
                                    shipment ids: [protected], [protected],[protected], [protected]these 4 orders are way delayed, redispatched again and again saying that i refuse to pick. One has tge status returned now which was again never my mistakw. I want all these 4 shipments. i have NEVER refused any order. i DO NOT receive a call from the delivery agent.countless number of times i have informed you guys and the xpressbees folks. i am literally tired of explaining myself repeatedly and experiencing the same thing again and again.i do not know what else to do.please change the delivery agent responsible for these 4 shipments - I request you, please.what use is the customer care when they can't even cater to a customer who is deeply troubled for such a long time now.i even dropped an email to [protected]@clubfactory.com but these guys have also not responded. please tell me what else do i have to do to get all my orders. please mail the courier partner.i never received the call from the delivery agent in the first place. i have not even once refused to collect the order. please please just please mail the courier person. i don't know whose mistake is there but for me to refuse the order atleast i should receive a call.please mail the courier guys. Please help out here, please I request.
