I placed order on 12 september 2018.

After being confirmed i was notified with a delivery date 26 september 2018 but now it's showing that it will be delayed for 3 days. I need that within 01st october 2018. Kindly notify me the exact delivery date.

Please resolve this issue. Also the customer care helpline number of yours is not working...

It's been four month.. But my money is still not refunded. Chat team always text me that your money will refund within 3 days.. but not refunded yet. When I call to customers service and ask to talk to senior person.. Then no one wants to talk to me..

I have ordered for golf line data link google pixel dat cable through order number SO46980540. But I have received a wall stickers.

When I tried to place return request... They are deducting Rs.89 for pickup charges.

It is their fault that wrong Product dispatched. How can I be punished for their mistakes.

This is with respect to the product that i had purchased on 17.09.2018. However i had raised a complaint as the product that i received was different from the order that i had given and also the pictorial representaion was different. I had raised a pick up order however there was no response from the call centre and also no one came to pick the product back the return id is son[protected]. Please make sure that the product is returned asap

I ordered some product from club factory 2 weeks back. I received my order so47646065 today dated 28 september 2018. There were 5 products i ordered from club factory. One of it is swimsuit which is small. I want to return it. But there is no any return option available on website for guest log in. Even i tried to reach customer care but number is switched off.

Please let me know how to return the product.

Hi, i received an order of amount inr 1566.23 and paid on credit card. I returned the order and message was received that inr 1476.90 would be refunded on my account after receiving the cancelled order. Later order was picked up, but till date amount was not refunded to my bank account. After 7 days of return, received one mail received from club factory that inr 1476.90 was refunded to my account but when i checked my account amount was not refunded to my account where payment was done. Please assist in getting my amount.

I think this fraud call that i have received before an hour ago in morning. My friend is not that smart that's why she added me into a conference call whit that call and i talked he was saying that you have won tata dafari worth 12.4 lakh he was given two options 1. You can redeem your lucky draw or 2. You can take as cash in your account after doing registration of the money worth 6500 and we deposite into your ac in 2 hour and then he said take you time and think and call back. And tell how you can redeem your lucky draw.. And i didn't call as now. I'm sure this was fraud call from club factory lucky draw management. That is not good please stop stealing the money of others people because they earnings from doing whole day work.

I ordered multipurpose hanger which was in 2 part hanging and handle. I didn't receive handle. Without which hanging is useless. I requested club factory to send me remaining part. But they disagreed and instead offered half money of product price which is unfair. I asked club factory to take their product and give me full refund. For that also they disagreed. Finally i landed paying half money of product which cannot be used and have to throw away.

I had ordered for a rhinestone ring as well as for another ring from clubfactory and i got both the rings today. I'm completely satisfied with one set of the rings. The other rhinestone ring was broken into two when i got the product delivered. My family nor have i ever experienced anything like this from clubfactory. I don't wish to return the product and not get the full refund. I wish to get a full refund from them. They can take this broken ring from me or not. It's their wish. Well i didn't like the quality of the ring too. The ring looks so very cheap. I'm very much disappointed with this product of theirs. The other ring was pretty and up to my expectations. I would love to know as to what could be done.
