I had ordered 2 tops today and i paid money through debit card and money is deducted from my account i. E from (Bank or baroda) but i didn't receive any order number.. Please help me to send order number or otherwise refund my money.. Please.. I dnt have any picture.. For dis complaint...

I ordered a product from club factory, i have the tracking information till yesterday but today i am unable to track it.
When i spoke to customer service agent he was rude and he was asking my debit card number. Why does he need my debit card number?
And moreover he was telling me that my order was canceled.
Can you please tell me if my order is canceled and if it is cancelled then i want my money back.

I ordered a baby dress on club factory, and paid online through my debit card. But because o[censored]navailability it did not provided me. So the order was cancelled
But my problem is i could notget my refund of money. So think about my problem other i will move to consumer forum and some other place. Further i want to say that i have tried multiple time to contact club factory customer care but only one time i could get to talk with customer executive. Club factiry customer care number dies not work in its time period.. Thats why i could not get my money refunded.

I have ordered my products on 2018/09/02 and some of my products are too large therefore i returned it back. My order no is so 44850787 and my payment method is cash on delivery. Since i paid it on cash, the club factory said that it will be refunded on your account but i didn't give my account and the customer care does not answer my calls. Till today i haven't receive my money back... Please help me

I had forgotten to check my refund. But recently after a long time i logged on to club factory and made a purchase.in the orders section i saw an old order which they said they refunded after they couldn’t deliver one product due to unavailabilty. I checked my paytm account and couldn’t find my refund at all on the date and even nearby dates i checke. Order number: so10077233. Refund amount: rs. 263.97. Transaction id: [protected]. I have ordered from club factory on september 24, 2018 but i am no longer interested in buying the product. So i want to cancel my order. My order number is so50062195. I am unable to track it plus I am calling the customer care no through the app and no response is there .i also cannot find the order id . I've downloaded the app..and shopped from it also...but after few days...it stops working... nothing can be shown no products nothing. Even i thought it was a problem with play store..then i downloaded the app from othes site..it started working but as before stopped after few days. It's sucks because I've been wishlisting alot of items nd now i got a day to buy...amd it's not working.

It's been 8 days since I have placed an order on the club factory website and still there is no sign of dispatching it I have been calling the customer care for past few days but it's not reachable, even my order is not showing on their app! What shall I do now please help this is my first purchase from Club Factory, I pre paid through debit card otherwise I have to file a complaint against this site of fraudulancy.

Sir, this is Ravichandran. I ordered a wireless Sony headset on 11/09/2018 and I received it on 24/09/2018. I received it too late. When I received it the headset is not in good working condition. When I on the Bluetooth connecting button it is not getting on. It is on only when it is charged and after few minutes the headset is getting off. There is also some sound in the button region. So I want to return it.

I have ordered a pair of sandles from this Club Factory. All chinese product of worst quality.
Now I want to return this but I can not see my order in the app under "paid" orders. So I did a chat with support staff - horrible experience, they are just saying all new stuff every day, first they asked 100 questions about the return then they said they will initiate a return, then they said I have selected an option that I will mail myself (which I never did), then they will return money instead they will add that in wallet etc etc. I am waiting to get the product picked up from 10-12 days.
I even called customer care number - Annoying thing is customer care says that As I have had a chat with support they can not look at the matter. What was that??

Please initiate pickup for the return and refund my money so that I can never ever shop from this website

My order on club factory was cancelled by the merchant due to unavailability of the product, the refund of $12.84 which is equivalent to rs. 925.24 has still not been initiated.

The order was cancelled by the merchant on 18th sept, and club factory ensures a refund within 3 days, but i don't see any work being done here.

The cancellation mail asks customers to chat with their support team for queries on their mobile app. I tried, but no one replies from the other side. Refer screenshots attached.

There is no information regarding my order no. So49757703. Kindly confirm or let me know in detail about its despatch and probable arrival date, the information system of the website is not very convincing, atleast infomation should be sent to the mobile number from which order is placed regarding the order like any other marketing sites, please let me know, thanks

I know this is a fraud call but the main issue is that person know your mobile no and all details regarding address and what you have order. This means someone from your company is also involve in this who is providing all details to that person.
Please find the attached screenshot where you can get the details of the person who are sending the message and making a call.
I suggest you to look into matter and resolve the issue as early as possible.

I got this call from +[protected]. The guy said he was from club factory. He said that i have won tata safari worth ₹12, 60, 000 and either i can take this car or the entire amount will be credited to my account. He mentioned all the details of my current order to sound believable.

I was too doubtful. I asked to give him a call back after sometime.in a meanwhile, i checked google and found such calls are frequent with other online portals sites. And those guys use the same car's name (Not very smart). Also, there is no mention of any lucky draw on club factory.

He also sent me a sms from "mdclubfc" which read as follows:

"(Congratulations) you are tv show clubfactory you win 1st.. Price is tata safari car rs.12, 60000 registration service charge on deposit only call [protected]"

I believe this is one of their delivery boys trying to dupe the consumers as the get all these details.

Immediately blocked him. But i was not expecting this from club factory. There should be some stringent measures in place to avoid this. Club factory has earned quite a good name but such calls can put anyone in doubt. I would request the authorities to take notice of this and get the conman to task.

I have viewing all the products of club factory which you were given in that app... It's just very cute and reasonable prices to almost all the products...
