Hi this is in regards to the product ordered on 20th sept'18. Order code-SO48777197.
I have ordered for the very first time from club factory with savings for someone as gift.

I tried to track the same by provided shipping company- Gati, but it's of no use.

I am unable to track, payment has been already done, but such kind of service and response from a company on first purchase is not expected.

I am disappointed, hope to get the revert and response along with the delivery with good quality of product

Don't forward the same carbon copy rply to everyone, just check once before responding on someone's complaint.

Rather than just writing the template, forward the tracking information of my order.

That would be a great help.

    Hi,

    I had ordered on 12th september and till now it is not delivered. No link is available to track the order. Customer care number never ever connects phone busy or always switch off.

    Let me know the status and deliver it soon.

    Tried support feature on app but no one bother to reply. APP and Website completely waste in terms of order tracking.

      I ordered my product on 8 sep(SO[protected]...and i received call from delivery boy to receive that product on 23September...as i was not available that time so i requested for future delivery . After that there is no information and any call from delivery boy on 24 and 25 september .i also got these messages as in picture that i was not available or requested for future delivery but requested after 23 September . Delivery boy is very rude even I don't get my parcel and moreover your delivery boy bargain with me that it's my fault and says it is not possible to deliver product at 5pm ...and flirt with customer and he says again order this product...this is unexpected... Please now cancel this product ...thanku

        I’ve ordered a pair of shoes as a guest order and now I have no way of tracking it. Could you please provide a link to track my order? Its No.SO50132128.
        There is no available link to track the order and whenever I search for it I get redirected to a page of other products. Please provide a clear link on your site and app. I hope that you can resolve this problem as soon as possible.

          My order on Club Factory was cancelled by the merchant due to unavailability of the product, the refund for which has still not been initiated.

          The order was cancelled by the merchant on 18th Sept, and club factory ensures a refund within 3 days, but I don't see any work being done here.

          The cancellation mail asks customers to chat with their support team for queries on their mobile app. I tried, but no one replies from the other side. Refer screenshots attached.

            I had never experienced this type of fake and worse products from any website except club factory i had order a shoe from club factory and received wrong product with wrong size and there is no link provided for refund so refund my amount as soon as possible this type of website should not be used by anyone there is no prove to be said as trustworthy

                I want to cancel my order.
                The order number is SO50110383.
                Order Cancel option is not available neither in the App or website please try to fix it. I place this order on 24/06/2018 in the club factory app by mistake but when i want to cancel it there is no option in it. I tried to contact with the customer support but they are not responding. I feel conned, it likes when you place a order you must have to keep it or either pay the return amount.

                  I am trying to return the product and the chat representative doesn't respond at all. If I call, they say I need to raise return request only through chat. I know that someone is reading my messages, but doesn't reply back even after an hour. They just don't care to respond back. I informed them that I don't even mind paying for the return shipping but yet no response at all. I am unaware of their return procedure or else I would have done it myself

                    I had ordered clothes and received wrong product (As well as damaged). When tried to contact chat support on this, am unable to get replies on time and couldn't receive proper solution. I have tried sending pictures of product and invoice number.

                      Now i'm getting continuously phishing call stating that i've been winner for mahindra xuv amount inr 12.80lacs which i can claimed through making payment transfer of inr 5500 to your account also my bank account is also being asked for.

                      Since it could be case of cyber hacking or data leakage... Please get in touch with me immediately to avoid serious consequences.

                        Hi my order so44558342 is not being delivered to me and when i called the xpresbees courier service they are telling it's about to return to origin. No status update in club factory app regarding shipment and they din even try to call me for delivery of product which i placed orders on[protected]. Almost a month such a pathetic deliver service as well as app service. Please refund my money or send the product as soon as possible

                                    Despite messages to the club factory regarding non delivery of my watch, there has not been a call from the courier service. The message comes as address correct bot mobile no. not available. Besides this, I have given another no [protected] to call me. But this does not happen. Neither a call is given nor the item deliverd.
                                    In the earlier case too, some 4 or 5 items were delivered but two items were not sent by club factory but the message said unable to deliver.
                                    So sad that a reputed club factory stoops to a low level.
                                    Even today, despite assurance by the club factory rep., I have not received my product and the same message is stated that unable to contact.
                                    What I do not undertsand is that how other Agencies like Amazon, etc. do deliver at the same address but this courier service is unable to do so.
                                    I think Club Factory will lose precious customers if this sought of service and attitude remains.
                                    Please do the needful so thst I receive my item.

                                    My order no. S[protected] and tracking no. [protected] has not been delivered and neither phone calls to my cell locked. There are no calls made to my cell even though earlier, my items have been delivered. Is this a harrassment?
