This has to inform you that I ordered a t-shirt and a bag order no SO47353918.I received the item today but the received t-shirt is small in size and bad capacity was even else infact leather is not even up to the mark. I bought a bag from club factory for 380/- The quality of the bag was so degraded that it could tear any time and it also had a broken handle.

I returned the item and followed up with club factory customer support via chat as there helpline number is always busy. It's been a month and they still haven't returned the money.

I have followed up so many times but they do not reply or give a false affirmation....
