    I ordered a shoe in clubfactory as a guest which I recieved today, the size is too small, I would like to exchange it with a bigger size. .       I would request you to please cancel my order as I will not be able to receive the order due to relocation. I have been trying to call on the customer care number since a day there is no response at all. The customer service is unresponsive. Also, the portal does not have any option to cancel order.           This has to inform you that I ordered a t-shirt and a bag order no SO47353918.I received the item today but the received t-shirt is small in size and bad capacity was even else infact leather is not even up to the mark.             Please cancel order SO49995889 as I ordered twice same product. I love your products I ordered a few they are very good and using them. I. Love the bag collection you have and with the same intrest I ordered one sling bag.. But it was added twice in the bag. And I have done payment twice so can you please please cancel that order.                   I bought a bag from club factory for 380/- The quality of the bag was so degraded that it could tear any time and it also had a broken handle.

                  I returned the item and followed up with club factory customer support via chat as there helpline number is always busy. It's been a month and they still haven't returned the money.

                  I have followed up so many times but they do not reply or give a false affirmation.

                      My order number is SO49051704. I want to cancel my order. I recently ordered a bag in your website. I love the product. But the problem at the estimated date of delivery. I won't be here. I will be out of state for vacation and not aware when will i return. I thought i may residence within a week. But i think it is not possible.                         I can't seem to login to my account using my gmail. Even though the email ID and the passwords are correct it is being said invalid by the website. I tried clicking forget password but then again the website says my account can't be found. I even tried signing in again but everything shows invalid though all the information provided was accurately correct

                              I ordered ornaments from club factory (Order s[protected]. Order is confirmed and says its shipped. Just before the delivery date, it says order is returned. I got a 65 rs compensation coupon also. I already paid for the order. The amount is not credited back in ma account. Tracking number is[protected].                                 I sanyog more ordered a product on club factory on 23/04/2018, and the payment of rs. 718.33 was successfully made through paytm for the said transaction (Transaction ref. No.[protected] but the order was declined from club factory for non receipt of payment.

                                On approaching club factory for refund they asked me to mail all the corresponding details of the order, but they did not respond to me neither acknowledged my mail.

                                After getting no response from club factory i approached my bank to look into the matter and on investigating the matter, they provided me with a letter stating that the service was provided to me.

                                I m still waiting for the refund of the above order.

                                I had returned the product costing 360.rs. Till NOT RECIVED THE REFUND AMOUNT of the product... very poor service of club factory. I am completely dissatisfied with the service. and not yet received any reply from the club factory.15 days over for return of the product still not received the refund amount.

                                      On 14 sept i ordered a backpack from dis site but received 4 bags instead.. I hve requested many times for exchange on the website but no answer from club factory. Product number[protected].. There is no way in which i can return dis product.. I was not present at the time of delivery otherwise i would not acct my order. I called on customer care number but everytime they put me on hang.. The product cost me 530rs. And if i send it on the company address it will cost me 300 more.. Very disgusted!!!

                                        I have placed an order from clubfactory on august 24. The order was expected to be delivered by august 31. However, it's already a month and my products haven't been delivered. They are earning on the products i've already paid for. More importantly they do not have any real customer service. The robotic customer service is a joke as nobody replies to your messages. Also, the sole customer service number is always engaged and busy. I demand for compensation and interest from the period my products were scheduled to be delivered and not just some compensatory coupon which forces u to buy more to avail the coupon. After such a terrible service they dare not ask me to purchase any from such a fraud company. I want serious action against them.
