Good morning Sir,
We placed an order, SO46772264 ; on 12September, 2018 at 9:05 pm and received a mail regarding it's shipment on 15September, 2018 . It has been more than 10 days since we ordered, we are unable to track our order and are receiving no message regarding the same. I either want to know about the order or else about the reason for it's delay and please help us track the order.

I would like to cancel my order since on my club factory app it says cod cancelled so now i cannot collect my order if it is not cod. So please cancel my order as i am no more in need of it. Thank you

If the deliver man comes n says that my cod is cancelled i should pay by other means i seriously cannot pay by other means i can only pay by cash. So please get me cod or please cancel my order

I had ordered some products from club factory in the month of august 2018. The date of estimated delivery was september 08 2018. But i have not yet received my order. Its been more than 10 days from thr date of last day of delivery. I have been trying contacting club factory customer service since so long but they aren't available. I have also tried the chat option in the app but thats useless. I simply want my order asap or my money back.

I have returned my product a 5 days ago but it still is nt picked up from my house nd us nt refunded i wnt refund money asap!!! I tried to vontact vth u with chat option nd they say that u can mail it urself but i wont as a customer i have right to have total service i have made a bad perception about cf service😠😠😠😠😠😠😣😣😣😧😧😧😡😡😡😰😩nd may b if ny complaint is nt seen i vl nt b a regular customer of it nd advice others as well nt to b😟😟😟

I have ordered a total of 7 items and have prepaid the amount.
Order id: so42118272, however the order is still not delivered till date, also i am unable to track it.
The tracking details on the app shows the last status as on september 8th.
This i really very pathetic service from club factory... Who loot the money for no reason...
Kindly confirm when the order will get delivered or refund my amount immediately

I had purchase one midi order no - so44394232 on 3rd sept 2018. I receive delivery on 11th sept 2018. Midi material is not good and i return back to club factory by delhivery courier and courier no is[protected] but that delivery status not updated in return history of club factory app from last 4 days. Also not receive refund money still. I want my refund amount. Do needful further.

I haven't received the refund amount of rs 644.21 against refund id no. Sor[protected] till date. My order has been placed on 01/09/2018 amounting to rs.2936.14. Order no. So44359281. A few days later an item that i had ordered the website notified that it had went out of stock for some reason and the amount pertaining the item was refunded on 09/10/2018 as said by the website. But till date i haven't received the amount in my bank account.

Hello,

I did not cancel the order number so45594458 paid on 7th sept. Paid total: ₹359.62 for daily necessities handheld sewing machine pocket hand sewing machine portable manual sewing machine sewing machine.

Courier was by dispatched on 19th sept. However, no one contacted me from delhivery and the tracking is showing as cancelled from my end. But i did not cancel it.

I tried calling club factory customer care and delhivery customer care also used the app customer care service. Did not get any resolution.

I am highly disappointed and paid the money and just waiting for them to deliver the products. They are frauds and cheaters. Just taking money and not delivering the product to us. This is ridiculous

I love the products of your company and will surely buy in future. But the thing i didn't like is that your costumer care number isn't answering any time and comes always busy and the support centre too didn't replied. I think you should really work on it.

I am very much disappointed with your service. The worth of the product is rs.529 but when i applied for return it shows rs.429 as a return amount and 100 rupees for picking up the item.
