I have made an order at 06/09/2018 & 05/09/2018. But my order has been refunded without no reason. I did not cancel any order. My money is refund back into my club factory balance and another out of stock refunded. So my money is USD 13.45. I try to order with my club factory balance but i cannot used. It doesn't display my balance while try to paying. I was withdraw to my paytm account but my money is refund back to my club factory balance because of kyc problem. So i try to withdraw to my bank account but cannot withdraw. I try many² times but it can't. And then try to used my balance for order many times but i cannot used too. Cannot display while try to paying. I complaint many times at support centre through chatting.till today they were not resolved my problem. They said we will resolved soon but their is no result. Please help me. I want my money back. Dear Sir, Services releted Today I talk to your customer care Mr Deepak regarding help for our order booking details.i put our order no and email id, but Deepak not found our oreder.he say ye Vodafone, Airtel ka customer care nhi hai .I requesting for seniors talking but Deepak ask me nhi Kara sakte .what is this nhi Kara sakte, Vodafone, Airtel ka customer care nhi hai.. Pls cancel my order so I m not refer to any person purchase foctory club, I m not purchase any product in my life in this type working of employees.
