I want to cancel my order bearing no. So45243015 as i am moving out of station. I have something urgent coming up and i'll be very thankful for the trouble caused. In fb, I have viewed one ear ring set which is 157 RS. I just used net banking paid but I have received a msg like payment failed. Still it got deducted from my bank. I want my payment back or sent the product to my address.

    I ordered clothes in club factory but all products cheap quality so i requested return and i m waited more then 1 month for return but no one come for pickup. so finally i am only sent to the club factory through DTDC courier my own money @300/- they received the order also . this all happen more then 1 month but still they didn't process my refund amount.
    please see my return id - SON[protected]

    i tried to contact club factory, but they dont have proper contact numbers all numbers not working.

    they provided chating facilities to customers, but every time they are telling ' we will send our senior executive ' after again they will ask whats your problem ?

      My number is so46893394 and the order has confirmed and paid already. I havent got any notification or updates of where my order is? I cant even track?
      It shows empty in ‘order’ section in ‘paid’.. I dont get any notification please return back money and cancel this order
      This site should be blocked and should be complained to higher authorities for fooling people by first taking payment and not delivering the order!!!

          Club factory offered if we get 30likes to the link, i will get free watch and we should order one paid product also along with it. So i got 30likes and ordered 2 items one is paid and other is this free product. But i got only paid product. No free product. If i am trying to return also return fee 90/-. Cheating customers. Help me to resolve this. I need free product or take this product at free of cost and refund my money

            I order a metal watch in club factory, i received it 2 weeks later and found it to be broken. The glass dail is totally broken and i applied for return for which they said rs.100 will be deducted for shipping, however the delivery was free for the watch.
            I complained for return and it's 3 days i still have not heard from their people.
            Worst service.

                I have placed an order on 13 sep 2018 for 2 items. I ordered it as a guest user and got a confirmation mail as well on the same day. But, i am not able to track it as it is showing no paid ordered in my order list. I have already done the payment and still worry about the delivery.

                    I had placed the order on 16th Sept 2018.. My order no is SO47532452.. When i try to track my order from the mobile app, it's not showing anything and says my orders not found. I am having the app which has no option to track the above order. So can I presume money is gone? Either please let me know when will i receive my order.. Or refund my money..                         I order a pencil box and a bag from club factory app i paid for it and still the app was showing unpaid whereas money was debited from my account.
                        I warn the company to send me the refund or else you just wait and watch.
                        I have already reported against the police abt this matter and they are working on the investigation.
                        Soon the culprits will be caught.

                          My COD order which I ordered on 13th September is Cancelled.. When I tried to track the order.. It appears as if it is shipped.. But at the top it is written COD-Cancelled.. I do not cancel my order.. I also received a confirmation call and confirmed it.. But it appears to be cancelled.. I don't do anything about this, i don't have the reason to cancel it so could you please tell me the reason for it?

                                  I have ordered some jewellery on 1st September . On club factory and payment was done through paytm. Although order was not placed but money deducted two times. And I got confirmation of deduction from bank twice.

                                      My name is Aarti nivedita, I have ordered a Two zipper bag (black colour ) from club factory on date 29 Aug 2018. At that time order is not place but rupees 554.75 deduct from my account. i don't get any bag but money is deduct from my account i have screenshot of that deduction as a proof that i have submitted to the club factory operator but no working response is coming from there . Kindly refund my balance as soon as possible.

                                        I had ordered two tops through club factory app and the size sent was improper so i had returned the products through your courier service during first week of aug and the person did not give me any return slip and till date i have not received the refund.
                                        I do not have any tracking details due to the bug in your app everything has got deleted.
                                        There is no help provided by club factory customer support and they can easily track my details with registered mobile number and address however they are not extending help. I will be the last person to shop from club factory but definitely i want my money to be refunded and the amount is for 1760/-.
