I am unable to login in club factory though i have a working men account and i even have my orders yet to be delivered and i am not even able to have my password recovered. My number is shown as not registered though i have registered it and have oredered many things but now i am unable to login from my number it states that *this number is not yet registered* please revert back soon as i have to return an order within 9 days.

I received call today morning saying that i won suzuki swift car and i have to pay 7800 i. E 1% of the amount of the car as tax.

I sanyog more ordered a product on club factory on 23/04/2018, and the payment of rs. 718.33 was successfully made through paytm for the said transaction (Transaction ref. No.[protected] but the order was declined from club factory for non receipt of payment.

On approaching club factory for refund they asked me to mail all the corresponding details of the order, but they did not respond to me neither acknowledged my mail.

After getting no response from club factory i approached my bank to look into the matter and on investigating the matter, they provided me with a letter stating that the service was provided to me.

I m still waiting for the refund of the above order.

I placed an order of rs. 829.35 as a guest through website of club factory. The order number provided to me: so42585900. It was expected to arrive till 11th sep but i haven't received anything. I tried the courier company with details tracking :[protected]

But they have no parcel. I tried the customer care of the company but on call they said they can't do anything and on chat support they said they don't have any information, they will elevate the complaint. But no response since then and now when i ask for refund, there is no response from support. What should i do?

I ordered for 3 dress materials on 21 aug. Tracking number[protected]. I have been charged for inr 1214.3. I did not receive any email confirmation for the order. Expected delivery was on 10th september. On 10th september, i received an in app notification stating return accepted. I have not received or returned the product. To check the details of the order delivery, no customer care number or contact address is available. Number given in the club factory app is not working. Chat support sucks takes 1 day to respond to a query and that too refund will be initiated. Its been a month that i have not received the product or refund with no access to customer service.

I had ordered online items from club factory. Upon receiving the items i raised a return request to return some items which were not as per my requirements. After a lot of follow up with club factory the parcel was picked up. I have been following up with delhivery on the status of delivery of the return parcel to club factory, so they may initiate refund of my money amounting to ₹3186/-today i am informed that the parcel is missing in delhivery collection center in gurgaon, bilaspur. I have written to club factory to refund the amount

I got an offer from club factory saying that if 5 people liked my product, then I can avail it as free gift.
And The order was added to my cart after it was liked by 5 people. And When i was trying to get that order, It was given that i have to purchase something in order to avail that gift. Product have to deliver till today[protected] but there is no any information about my order.

Delivery time is also very long I.e., 8-18 days but after waiting for 18 days now my order is not deliver yet .

I've placed my order literally on Rakhi, and haven't received TILL NOW. The arrival, in the first place, said 13th September, it's 18th September today, and I have no clue when my order's going to arrive. I have received no communication through mail or messages, whatsoever. I track my order, and it's been saying the order's been at the customs since 19 days(but on the screen it says 2-3 days. WOW.) And to add on to all this, I've paid. The worst part is there is no cancellation option in the website. I want my order cancelled and my money refunded right away. And please use phone numbers that work for customers to contact you guys.
