I sanyog more ordered a product on club factory on 23/04/2018, and the payment of rs. 718.33 was successfully made through paytm for the said transaction (Transaction ref. No.[protected] but the order was declined from club factory for non receipt of payment.

On approaching club factory for refund they asked me to mail all the corresponding details of the order, but they did not respond to me neither acknowledged my mail....

I placed an order of rs. 829.35 as a guest through website of club factory. The order number provided to me: so42585900. It was expected to arrive till 11th sep but i haven't received anything. I tried the courier company with details tracking :[protected]

But they have no parcel. I tried the customer care of the company but on call they said they can't do anything and on chat support they said they don't...
