My order no so45741915 was placed and was to be delivered by 25 of this month.. But i am unable to track it down and when i use the app it show no order as of now.. Where as i have recieved 3 mails while placing the order and everything.

Can someone tell me when the hell ia my order.. And why is it that i cant track my order.. Even when i have the order no...

Club factory is simply harassing people and this is a disgusting behaviour shown by the company which is not expected..!

I ordered on 16th august with estimated delivery 7th sept. But despite them sharing the shipping details its not tracable nor does my prepaid order reflect in the app. On calling customer care they still cannot tell me when the order will be received and they are not willing to cancel the order. When i threatened to go on social site to complain they welcomed my move and were u affected. I still await the prepaid item.

So i got up this morning receiving a stupid call and boy i was half into the whole process. They said i won a car and now i had too transfer around 7000 to the account below. Thank god i didn't but now they have my account number and adjust number. My question is how did they exactly know my order details and phone number? Club factory needs to answer this thing!

I have ordered a dress material on 16th aug 2018, order no:so40726493. It's estimated delivery date was on 5th september 2018, i tried to reach the customer care but there was no response, as i enquired to the courier service they told that the order was called back from club factory and it has not reached them. Its really irritating, such a bad service from your side is making me think to never order anything from your site. I have paid rs.342 and i want it to be refunded. Please don't force me to take strict actions.

I received the products within time and quality of some products is too low. Return option is there in the app, but i am unable to claim return. It was said to contact customer care, if we are unable to initiate the return option, but after contacting the customer care service proper response is not received. They replied within 24 hours but the reply was not relevant. I want to return the product and get the refund. My order no is SO46587160 and the same was ordered on 17 September 2018. Hi, today around 3pm I received this call from "safari" as per true caller..I picked up the call and there was an guy speaking in Hindi and his voice was not very clear but he said that I purchased this order fromits strange that he knew that I actually purchased something from
club factory a couple of days ago then he said that, there was some lucky draw going on and I won the first the price so I have two options either I can take' Tata Safari" or the cash price of 12 laks smthg he said my order number is S[protected] and he gave me this account number and details via text message so that I can register by depositing theamount of 3 thousand :NAME_BIKASh KUMAR PRADAN_A\C [protected]

Please do something about these people are looting innocent people with their vicious trap.

I am already given my details to the operator. The operator said " Dear We sent the mail to our courier department. your order will be pick up in next 2-4 working days".

I ordered stuff from this website and the payment completed successfully. I received an email confirmation from Clubfactory. However, the order is not shown in the Account - Orders page. There is no way to track the order or get any further setails about it. The customer service numbers are always busy. This whole setup feels like a scam.

My order number is so42550916 i have ordered it on 24th august and i haven't received it yet. I have called customer service but they everday are telling me it will come to me in 2 to 3 days. When i ask for refund they say they can't and neither give any surety or information about the package. Very disappointing i have already paid 715 rs for it. I want you to take strict action.
