I ordered on 16th august with estimated delivery 7th sept. But despite them sharing the shipping details its not tracable nor does my prepaid order reflect in the app. On calling customer care they still cannot tell me when the order will be received and they are not willing to cancel the order. When i threatened to go on social site to complain they welcomed my move and were u affected. I still await the prepaid item.

So i got up this morning receiving a stupid call and boy i was half into the whole process. They said i won a car and now i had too transfer around 7000 to the account below. Thank god i didn't but now they have my account number and adjust number. My question is how did they exactly know my order details and phone number? Club factory needs to answer this thing!

I have ordered a dress material on 16th aug 2018, order no:so40726493. It's estimated delivery date was on 5th september 2018, i tried to reach the customer care but there was no response, as i enquired to the courier service they told that the order was called back from club factory and it has not reached them. Its really irritating, such a bad service from your side is making me think to never order anything from your site. I have paid rs.342 and i want it to be refunded. Please don't force me to take strict actions.

I had placed an order for one piece of luggage bag from club factory as a guest user. My order no is so44541994. And i received a poor quality product nd i already chat 2 -3 times with the chating option as in app but everytime operator ask same your product will pickup in 3-4 days... Nd no response is there... Plzz pickup my product... Nd refund my money back to me...

I received the products within time and quality of some products is too low. Return option is there in the app, but i am unable to claim return. It was said to contact customer care, if we are unable to initiate the return option, but after contacting the customer care service proper response is not received. They replied within 24 hours but the reply was not relevant. I want to return the product and get the refund. My order no is SO46587160 and the same was ordered on 17 September 2018. Hi, today around 3pm I received this call from "safari" as per true caller..I picked up the call and there was an guy speaking in Hindi and his voice was not very clear but he said that I purchased this order fromits strange that he knew that I actually purchased something from
club factory a couple of days ago then he said that, there was some lucky draw going on and I won the first the price so I have two options either I can take' Tata Safari" or the cash price of 12 laks smthg he said my order number is S[protected] and he gave me this account number and details via text message so that I can register by depositing theamount of 3 thousand :NAME_BIKASh KUMAR PRADAN_A\C [protected]

I had made a guest order in club factory. My order no is SO46603321. and i received small size and i already chat with the chating option as in app but every time the operator ask same details many times. I am already given my details to the operator. The operator said " Dear We sent the mail to our courier department. your order will be pick up in next 2-4 working days".

But after 2 days i was just checking review about this product. It was not a product that i wanted. I have treid to cancel it in your website. But there was not any option to cancel this product. I tried to contact courier company but as per them, shipment is yet not received at their location.
Customer care number is not reachable and there is no way i can get any information.
I already have paid online for this order.
Is there anyway i can get any information about it.

When i ask for refund they say they can't and neither give any surety or information about the package. Very disappointing i have already paid 715 rs for it. I want you to take strict action.

I have ordered a top from club factory but wrong product has been delivered to me. I have called up customer care but did not get resolution i have tried calli g customer care 100 times but they have picked my call only once such a pathetic service provider. I just want my correct order. I have tried doing live chat and place a return request but again problem is not resolved

Poor service

I ordered shoes and a t-shirt from club factory. But the shoes quality is worst and t-shirt cloth is nylon means how could they do this. I want to return this product and want my money back worst website they show another thing and the delivered product is of worst qualities and the packing is like you received used products they are just spending money on photoshop to edit the pics to fool the innocent people.in mobile application it is showing 0 (Zero) as paid order. I want refund money, worst company and worst costumer experience i m calling on customer care number automated voice is saying press 1 press blah blah n al at last after wasting my 15 to 20 min. She said good bye what the #. Fake company. Please don't use this website at any cost. Club factory products is a big scam you never received the product which you see and ordered. Anyways do what ever you want but you yes you club factory i want my money back asap.
