Hello so i just ordered few maternity dresses in this online shopping and im so stupid for ordering first before reading some reviews, so since i read all the reviews and there is no good feedback not even one. I want to cancel all my order and i try to contact them in all ways but god damit they are not # responding. This online shopping is giving me stress and # headache.

I was ordere chain and made successful payment for that amount is debited from account it show me successful payment after 2 hour they show payment failed, please help me to track payment and my order else cancel my order refund my amount.

      I am a huge online shopper and started using club factory when i saw the details in my facebook account and finally uninstalled the app because of it cheating me with all the products.
      Order so24423567
      I have ordered 36 pairs earrings in a box but got single pair of earring that too broken completely. I am calling customer service people and no response from them and 1 of the executives says that i need to pay rs.91 to get my refund. What the hell they talk and service.

      I want my refund immediately to the same account i have paid from.

      Totally hate it fraud and fake app.

      Till date i have not reveived the items .
      On your tracking facility in mobile app, 3 times it shows not delivered due to office closed.
      Have raised complaint with [protected]@xpressbees.com, but stutiation remains same.
      I haven recieved my product and yet in my account it is written delivered on may 24th.i never got any notification or sms or call frm any delivery person.my order no.is[protected].its devastating .
      Yes my experience is also same fake bakwaas app ever I saw on net

          I returned few products which came in worst quality. Now it's been 50 days and i have not received refund for that inspite of me asking them regularly about the money. There is no response, called customer care and they said to inquire in chat service. And they only reply with "we are looking into your issue" statement. They are not refunding my money even after confirming to have received the package. 50 days and nothing yet. This fraud company should be banned already. My refund money was over rs 1000, requesting to take some action

            But I did not receive my product... There is no delivery of those headsets.. I have only received a rubber case...

                I placed an order of large stripes thin two-piece suit chiffon coat twisted linen trousers with order no-SO22771746 .The trouser was missing in that, i was informed by the customer representative of club factory over the call that the shipping charge will be bare by club factory as the product delivered is not complete just i need to send the courier bill also with the courier .Now they are refusing to provide the shipping charge .I need my shipping charge back.

                We can make refund for your return shipping fee, but it can only be issued to your app balance. And the amount is INR 100, right?

                Yes, it's 100 but if it will be provided in the app then again there will be some rule that the balance will be used if the order amount is of sone limited amount and then again I have to pay shipping charge, its better if it will be provided in Paytm or mobikwik wallet .

So22881702 and so22939432 with club factory india with tracking ids[protected] and[protected] respectively have been misrouted by delhivery courier service since 4 days and is being delayed in delivery even though the orders have already reached the destination city. Please fix the inconvenience caused as soon as possible because the delivery has already been delayed 4 days.

                        One of my friend suggested me to use this shopping site and i too got attracted with the products showing online but trust me as i've purchased a product (Women's handbag) from club factory for the first time and will never again purchase anything from them as because they just show fairy pictures, the product once it reaches to you doesn't match at all with what they show while placing your order.
                        L am highly disappointed with the whole thing and now when i've asked for the refund i am afraid that i too won't get back my money because i see whole lot of complaints online related to this..
                        Stop selling products when you can't live up to the expectations of the customers... Plz...

                            Worst customer service experience i have ever seen, if you are trying to contact them on their customer number, plz forget about it, you have to call them and wait atlest 20 to 30 mins then if a person picks up the call they will tell you sorry we haven't got any response from your side, i have returned my order, returned ID.. SON[protected], order has picked up but after that i haven't heard from them, no tracking, no refund & no money, i have called them in there noida center a guy named RITESH picked up the call and started pitching their robotic ###, having no class, after waiting in their calling queue for 30 mins they don't have a ### curtsey of an apology.. Irritated level 900 corers.
                            Dear CLUB FACTORY you are a startup, so don't try to be like Amazon or Apple. Hire some good people or train your existing one, if not contact me i will train them for you for free so that your customers won't face such ### again.
                            Oh i forgot their chat services are mind blowing if you are thinking about a chat don't do that coz you will be the 50th customer.. Seriously isn't it ### irritating..
                            And their customer support are also next level.. Plz train them guide them and hire some people, i mean people not donkeys and monkeys..
                            Refund my money else i my tonns of options left.

                            I got my delivery today. The quality of the product was very bad and the colour was different also. So i wnat to return it. I gave a return request and within a few minutes it's showing that the return package has been shipped!
                            The item is with me and it's showing shipped.

                              I had placed an order (So[protected] on 2nd june 2018 and requested for cancel for the same on 3rd june 2018 but still no action is taken from your side. Moreover the status is being updated to next step and so on. I was continuously following up with support center to take action but its not done yet. Kindly do the needful asap. Once its get cancelled, kindly proceed with the refund.

                                  I have ordered a powerbank on cash on delivery option but i find the charge too high.. I want to cancel my order very soon before it is shipped my order number is so24602238. I contacted the customer care and they said it will be cancelled but it is not yet cancelled. Please make it fast and cancel the order. Because once it is shipped i cannot cancel the order. And since it is cash on delivery i cannot get my full amount on return.

They told me that i will get my amount between 3-4 and not refunded my money till date. I also complaint about that they said money is already refunded but i didn't received my money.
