I placed an order of an earring set today but was unaware of the cod charges on club factory! It's so high! So i wanted to cancel the order but never found any cancellation button as it's available on other shopping sites and apps. So i contacted the the support center but of no use. They say it's cancelled but i don't see it going out of my order list! Please help me! Once it is shipped it won't be cancelled! Please! I don't want that item. The order number is so24651084

I had ordered( order no SO[protected] an earphone from the club factory on 21 june 2019, which I had paid by Peytm app But till now, she did not come Today I called the helpline number of this app and he is told me that the order was canceled.We are refunding your payment in your account... Then All the money in my account is deducted. Please refund my payment ...fake call numbers

    I call in indian post, gati, club factory help center but nobody tells actual information about my courier plz help me to receive the courier as soon as possible. After few days i m going to out of town and it's very urgent to receive before that so plz help me sir/mam.

      On 02/05/2018 done a payment through paytm to buy cloth item no: cbs[protected]n order no: so24672996 worth rs.645.41and the account debited. Finally got a mail that the payment is failed. I want that transaction to be done. Please be kind enough to rectify the problem why my payment failed and where my money has gone?

      I want this failed transaction to be done or else please provide refund facility.

        I want to return item no. Ssl[protected]n from my order no. So23307209 as the size doesnt fit me. The club factory app does not show the return option. I have been messaging the service centre but no proper response from them. I want a bigger size of the same item. The club factory does not have pick up facility like amazon of flipkart. The order was deliveted to me yesterday. The club factory app doesnot highlight the return option. Thats really pathetic.

          Hi,

          I have placed an order on 12th may, 2018. At first, the tracking details showed the items were to be delivered on 24th may, but it did not happen. The reason being displayed is "part of your order from factories is delayed".
          Now the delivery date got changed to 30th may, 2018. Today is 1st june and i still haven't received my order. I have tried to communicate with the customer care, but their number doesn't work. Also i have sent messages on facebook messenger, but to reply.
          Will i ever get my order delivered?

              Dear concern,

              I have ordered some items from club factory. Even i have ordered fisrt time and money got deducted but order not placed. Again i make the payment and got the sandle, which was good. I also received my refund after so many follow ups on mail. Again after seeing sandle good, i ordered 3 items when tried for payment from kotak credit card, it has been deducetd from the card but at club factory end it shows transaction failure.

              Please help to get it resolved.

                      I made a purchase of 4 items on 24th march and was charged twice for the amount 2237.11 to which i complaint my bank and they assured that one of the amount will be credited back. After receiving products i found 3 products not suitable so i returned it and on 16th april i received a mail from you about the refund amount of 1509 which will be credited back in 5-10 working days and till date it's not refunded. I am following up with support and recently they are talking about chargeback which is the one of the amount i was charged i do not understand as to how the process is followed.in name of customer satisfaction it is absolutely pathetic. How do i get my refund now

                          Hi, my name is tripti. I orderd on dress worth rs 394.04 and then paid 100 for delivery. When i received the dress it was of very low quality. Then for returning i again paid 150 to courier service because club factory has no other way of returning the product. They asked for my account details n by mistake i gave a wrong ifsc code. They corrected me n i gave them the correct details. They asked for almost 20 days to refund and i gave them that. Now it has been almost one n a half month and they are not refunding. And one more thing they will only refund the amount of dress not the money i wasted on courier and delivery charges. Other companies pay all the amount. Please take the action against them asap.

                            On 14th may 2018 i have ordered mesh see through sheer club wear party blouse whose item no. Is cto[protected]n of rs.216.38. The order no. Was so21864031 and its tracking no. Is[protected]. My order arrived at my place on 25th may 2018 at around 3:00 pm. The salesman asked for the delivery charges also which were not mentioned to me at the time i was placing the order but i gave the delivery charges also and my total bill was of 318. I tried the dress but i was not comfortable in that so i made up my mind to return it. I opened the club factory website but i forgot my password so i clicked on forgot password and the site said they will sent an email on my registered account to reset the password but no email from there side arrived. Then i called up on one of the no. Provided for the customer care and the no. Is [protected] this. One of there representative amit shah picked up my call and i told him to refund my money and take there product, that person then asked for my bank account no. And he told me that the refund will be generated on your account only. That person asked my account no. And asked that give me the otp also. I am new to such things so i provided my otp also to him and that person has debited rs. 1999 and rs. 499 from my account. When i asked about this from him then he said your money will be given back on 26th may 2018 till 2:00 pm..
                            The site is totally fake, they have taken out money from my account by the means of fraud and they have also done breach of trust. Many other customers have also complained about such issues with them.

                            club factory totally fake site. on 26th may 2018 i again called up on [protected] and again one of there representative picked up my call. I asked him that i want to register a complaint about club factory and that person told me that i can file here itself only. First off all i asked him about the person who took out money from account Amit shah then that representative replied me that his duty hours are over and then i asked him about his name and he came to be out as deepak sharma . I again told him all the problem that how that person took out money from my account then that deepak sharma told me sir all the money will be transfered to ur account till 7 pm but nothing happened . I asked that person how come u took out money from my account the he didnt replied and he disconect my phone. I again called him but that no. is going unreachable and its till unreachable.
                            From internet i got another no. of club factory that is [protected] and i called him up . The person who picked up my call was the same who picked up my call earlier becoz i recoganised his voice but that fraud person now told me his name as manish .I asked him about my problem, but he recognaised me also and he disconnected the phone and put my no. in his block list .
                            This is totally fake becoz a company cant disconnect and block their customers no.
                            Everyone plzz be aware of this site CLUB FACTORY it is totally fake, they will take out money from ur account by different means.

                              I am unable to login in club factory though i have a workibmng account and i even have my oreders yet to be delivered and i am not even able to have my password recovered.                                 My shipment awb[protected] is not yet delivered. The personnel had called me last week thursday (17th may'18) for the delivery of the dress. That day i wasn't in office and had asked him to come and deliver it the next day. Till day i haven;t received any calls with regards to the delivery

                                I have been trying to contact on the number ([protected]) provided on the sms for past 4 days. The only message i am getting is - "the number you are trying to contact is riding, please call back later."

                                Please help with the delivery of my dress

                                  Purchased fast track watch combo from this time machin99, i recevied order, item worth is 1280 but i get watches not even worth of 100 rs and have different brand, its too local quality watches,

                                  Before ordering i could see return policy on website but now after product delivery i even didn't find anything to return it.

                                      Hi,
                                      I've placed the order of bag (So[protected] on 9th may 2018. It is showing that the product has been delivered at destination city bareilly on 18th may 2018 through gati courier but i didn't receive any product yet. I have been calling gati courier service since 18th may, they are saying the order is in bareilly godown only and will be delivered with a day or two. So today is 23rd, it's been 5 days.
                                      Is this your services, it's pathetic.
                                      Look into this matter and get the concerned resolved asap.

                                        While shopping at club factory u see all products shinny and with huge discounts . Like a belt was up for 130 RS from 1000. But when I received the product it is not not worth 10 RS. Such cheap quality product. All products fake and no customs or any brand involved. Please refund my money or I will file a crimminal case. I have already returned your product .not even my maid will use such product. How are u on Google app store .
