I ordered for a pant and received some other size. I called the bloody customer care for exchange and they tell me i have to pay the courier charge to return back my product. After which they'll take 25 days to refund deducting 2% money. Why the # should i pay and loose my money again. I want my bloody refund. This is the worst website ever. If i don't get my refund, i'm gonna file a complaint

    I have ordered 4items and its been half month already.. I ordered it for occasion thing. I seriously need my order as fast as possible... I got mail just a mins of ordering, that my order is confirmed and got sms that my order is being processed by factories too and a day later i try to track but cant track... Please let me know when'll i get my order? It so important to me and i need it soon.. Please kindly reply me asap!!

    Not received my order till now its been 13 days as of now.

      The clothes i ordered were in unbelievably horrible quality, threads still hanging from multiple spots of the garment, and the material is ridiculously bad. Other than that, most if the items are not what i ordered, and they sent me two and three of the same "wrong" blouses. One of the item, coin purse, is bigger than shown on site, and another purse is damaged with large cut through it, almost severed all the way through.

      Tried contacting them on the site, and also using social media, silence.

      I think they are a scam company as i cannot even pull up my history on their site.

        Club factory is actually stealing people s money charging the money through card and netbanking and other bank walllet.But not delivering any productand showing in my order as unpaid and the money already got deducted at the sametime from my credit card.when i have called the number given in their website which [protected].A guy received my call who is totally illetterate cant speak english at all asking me for my card no and expiry.
        I have done the shopping online and paid it through my credit card and its been a long time i havent received any product yet.
        My name is Shahbaaz and my order id for Club Factory is SO21228933.Plz take some legal action against the owner and this online fraud site.I will also take a legal action frommy end.We need to shut down this such a fraud site.
        Everyone please dont do any shopping and be aware of this fraud website

            I ordered few products from club factory. my order no. is SO18823140 . Total cost was 936.81rs.

            Few things to note: Product quality is pathetic. some items had dent. in one paint was off. scratched. and the rest quality is really bad.

            I initiated for return. they have asked to courier and said will pay the shipping if the fault is theirs. Ofcourse dent and scratches are not their fault so expecting shipping refund is consumers foolishness.

            Forget about this. their website shows they have initiated refund of all the seven items but the msg that i received says only partial refund has been initiated. their so called customer helpline doesnt have access to anything and only diverts to seek help through chat.
            the chat people have only been taught to write "Hi Dear" .
            even on chat they dont reply instantly but as per their convenience.
            after half day somebody said that they did not find one item in the return pack- 1st of all I packed everything, 2nd if the item was not there how come the website status shows refunded against each and every item.
            I have a screenshot of each item. also I have a details of the enclosed item in the packing.

            club factory is a thief, thats why they do not have proper helpline. one more thing they do not even have a complaint emailid.

                I've been trying to seek help from clubfactory since 12.05.2018. 3 orders had unsuccessful payments and they asked me to try with another card. My order then got confirmed, but now clubfactory has been approving my past payments and i have 4 similar orders. No help from the support center inspite of sending screenshots of my account deductions. The customer care is very unfriendly. Almost rs. 1000 has been deducted.

                    I had ordered products however 2 products size doesn't matched so i returned via courier (Bear my own charges) and waited for almost 20 days but haven't received refund.
                    I had checked with my bank however they said that refund is not reflecting in the account.
                    Club factory people are saying refund got failed and some are saying they had refunded, later on they asked my paytm account details but till date i haven't received the refund after complaining many times.

                      Hi!
                      I am very disappointed with club factory.

                      I had ordered few items worth rs 398.92. Order number: so20899161. I paid through my debit card and the amount was debited instantly. I had received a confirmation of payment from club factory, as well.

                      Just after sometime, i received a mail from paytm that my order has failed and the amount debited will be credited within 3-21 days.

                      I have no idea what has happened to my order and money.

                        I ordered a sashion long sleeved shirt, navy colour, large sized for my brother for his birthday on 2 may 2018. My product was to be delivered on 20 may. I didn't even recieve any message of cancellation and now suddenly it is showing in my order list that it has been cancelled and money has been refunded in my account. But i haven't received any money. I also ordered one more shirt (Long sleeve leisure shirt) for my boyfriend on 3 may 2018 which was to delieverd by 21 may but that was also cancelled by the company and the same thing happened. It is showing in my order that money has been refunded but money has not beeb refunded. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible. This was my first experience with the site and its horrible. Please refund my money.

                          I placed an order numbered :- SO30119695
                          Costing 4788 INR, but the items were too small that's why i have to return the parcel .They refunded the amount in my clubfactory app account on Aug 3, 2018 i withdrew it and transferred the amount to my bank acciunt on the same day . But i didn't get even a single rupee in my bank account upto now i.e Aug 21, 2018.Although they said that the money will be transferred with in 3-5 working days .But theirs 15 or more days are gone.
                          There is no one to resolve our problems .
                          Due to shortage of product they cancelled my order but i haven't received money yet. There is no one to help even customer support team is incapable to resolve my issue. It's been 30 days almost but issue not resolved

                                I have order 1 product from club factory on 28/04/18 i receive message 02/05/18 of shipping by xpressbees but i haven't receive the product yet and im not able to track my order also. Even i didn't any notification from club factory for my order. I am complaining because it has been almost 11 day of shipping message i got.                                     I have ordered 2 items in Club Factory on April 30th. And its May 8th now. I have no tracking of my order. There is no proper customer care number provided too. I have paid for my orders.
                                    Kindly refer to that and tell Club Factory to at least provide some tracking information on my orders.

                                        I have ordered some products on 10 th of april. It was asking for online payment so i did it and then placed order after a long time but product not yet delivered. After more than month and after taking continuous follow up no response from customer care of club factory team.
