    I didn't get my order no. SO19719277.
    I got the message that It got shipped by ecom to india, and till yesterday status was showing as"delivered by 18 May", today is 21 May and now, My club factory app got logged out automatically and after log in I am not able to see the same order anymore.
    And I haven't yet received my product.

    Please help me with the delivery or else return my amount.
    Please take action ASAP.

      refund not received transaction thru paytm

      My order no so16881717 as per feedback received from club factory my payment refunded thru paytm transaction no [protected]... Still i have not received this refund in my hdfc bank account.

      Pls confirm as i am not getting any feedback on paytm customer service. Given helpline nos. Are too time consuming...

      The 4items that i ordered is so delay.. I ask help from customer care and they said it has been cancel... I dont cancel it tho and i seriously need my order, its for occasion thing... I already complain about late delivery but you said to wait kindly 3-4days and get it but still cant get... So please let me know when'll i get my order...???
      This is the first time and worst experience ever...

              The product that i have bought is wild pearl hook earings of rs 61.21. I have paid it on 24/04/2018, order no so18881122. The couriers service (Express bees) from shillong have failed to deliver this thing thought it was mentioned as delivered. When contacted they fail to give any satisfactory response.
              I am afraid that if i order an expensive article it may get lost.

                  I had ordered two products the order id and the tracking id to which are mentioned above. Its already been 12 days since i had ordered the product and i am unable to recieve a clear status of my order. When i had ordered the product i was said that the product will be delivered within 15 days and i dont have any information about the product as of yet.
                  On calling customer care of clubfactory i recieve the message that the product has been shipped and will be delivered asap. But on calling the e-commerce website they say that they havent recieved the courier as yet and the product will take 5 to 7 days time for delivery after they recieve it.
                  On tracking it the information i get is delivery rescheduled.
                  Kindly look into the matter and resolve it asap.

                      I have not recieved my product so20420149 from club factory. I was supposed to get it on may 14th, i didnt. And when i checked my app account it said i have already received it.                         This is srinivas emani... I have done a purchase.. Or (Transaction) of 914 rupees odd on 17 th may.
                        And immediately after 30 minutes i found the online marketing site (Club factory) was not a genuine one... And i called customer care people to stop the payment. But they told me it is already cleared. And they suggested me to post a mail to you people (Icici customer support)
                        To get the merchants details... Who claimed the amount from my account and the phone numbers and the mailing details of that merchats... Please help me out on this. Or else i would like to go for cyber claim compalint

                          I have ordered an item on 07/05/2018, i have received it on 17/05/2018 but it was defective one, i called to customer care number but they are asking for my debit card number to refund the money, how can anyone ask for your card details they are totally fake and fraud. But i am still unable to return my item, how to return it, there in no option to return an item, how can they ask for shipping charges, why we will pay shipping charges, bloody hell they are. They should pick up the returned items from home as other online sites does.
                          This is totally worthless to shop from club factory.

                              Hello,

                              The order so14806908 has been placed on march 7th, 18 through club factory app, and payment also was done via online.

                              The last update is from april 6th, 18 saying:
                              "mexico, in int exchange zone.in the destination country, prior customs".

                              Now, we are on may 16, 2018 and there is no update.
                              Please take strict action against club factory. I have been trying to contact them through the app at the customer service "live chat", but they only repply when i'm offline, and then they close the chat session, since "i have not answered". This situation has been recurrent in the last month.

                              I have more than 30 days trying to cancel the order, without success. I also called the mexican post to track the parcel, (The tracking number is lx[protected]cn), but they told me that club factory didn't send the requiered documents for the export and import of the goods, that's why they can not authorize the import of the parcel. So in resume, my package was lost in the clearance. That's why i'm asking for the refund of my money.

                                To whom so ever it may be belong,
                                I had ordered black sword key chain on 25th April 2018 and the product got delivered in the first week of May 2018.
                                There is an issue with the product where in the case does not holds the sword firmly due to which the sword automatically comes out when bent.
                                Please look into this matter and try to replace the product as soon as possible.

                                    I have purchase three items from club factory but one of them was different one from item i have ordered so i have return that one to club factory, they also refund my ammount (While i have opened club factory app) but i didn’t get that in my account, it’s being 15-20 days but still i didn’t receive that ammount, they give me transection id - [protected], and ask me to call over paytm customer care but once i have called paytm customer care they give me another number and once i called that one i they give me another number at the end no result or no refund

                                      I ordered for a pant and received some other size. I called the bloody customer care for exchange and they tell me i have to pay the courier charge to return back my product. After which they'll take 25 days to refund deducting 2% money. Why the # should i pay and loose my money again. I want my bloody refund. This is the worst website ever. If i don't get my refund, i'm gonna file a complaint
