Clubfactory has cancelled one iteam from my orders. The order that they cancelled was on 30 september 2017 amount which i had made payment via paytm online. It was said payment has refunded but never credit back to my account. I don't know how to go about, there was contact number but never could get a proper contact with the number they provide.

I ordered a shoe with club factory order no is so18417011. I got this shoes yesterday evening. I check it instantly. I look quality is not good which was showing online. Same time i request to return and refund my money. Now they are saying you can return itself with shipping charge. Bcz its not club factory issue. But why should i have to pay this shipping charges. Quality is fault of club factory. Now they are forcing me to keep this shoe...
