I had ordered items from clubfactory and i chose the cod order. They said they'd call me within 24 hrs but it's been 4 days and i haven't received a call yet. It has not just happened once but twice. I want you to please kindly take this into action.

Please take this into action clubfactory. I seriously require those items i ordered for.
I am an indian citizenship. And please don't tell me that it's been bannned in india. More to that i'm from arunachal pradesh. Please clubfactory.

    Order was being placed on 12th of may and estimatef delivery date was 30 april 2018 and today its 9 may 2018 and order has yet not delivered

    And the order status is still showing manifested from the date 17th of april

    Atleast ensure that order will be arrive soon its been 9 day yet order have not been received and that was a group order

    And if it will not delivered within this week order will be cancle

    So atleast ensure or change the order status inorder to keep us as a part of club factory otherwise hole troop wont recommend you as a satisfactrly app amd we will ensure to inform all the other batchmates and then will inform others so on👍

      I ordered two dresses from clubfactory (www.clubfactory.com) [order no. So15999370]. Since i got the same dresses for a better rate i wanted to cancel the order and club factory doesn't have a cancelling option. So the support center people of that app asked me to refuse the order when it's delivered and that it has been shipped already. I did as instructed. 3 days later i got a call from their customer service person to confirm whether i refused the product. I confirmed it. After 15 days i didnt find any updates on that product. I kept on enquiring with the customer service, they told once the product reaches their office it will be refunded. And when i tracked the product it was still in chennai and 20 days got over already. I brought this to their notice. They told we have to pay the shipping fee because we refused it. I agreed to that. They told it will be deducted from my refund amount. I agreed to that. And yesterday i got a refund mail regarding an order i placed recently nd i returned it myself. I told the customer service people that if i got a mail for this why is my refund taking so long for the previous order. And from then all they reply is their photo of the refund of my recent order and that it will take 5-10 days for it to credit. I texted them, explained them that i am not talking about that order, i am talking about the order i refused. And i also did sent them the screenshot of the order status and i told them its been more than a month now. Still they replied with the same photo of my recent order's refund. Kindly do the needful. I really need the refund.

        i checked with courier company regardinf my items but they have told phisically not received the parcel from club factory.

            Clubfactory has cancelled one iteam from my orders. The order that they cancelled was on 30 september 2017 amount which i had made payment via paytm online. It was said payment has refunded but never credit back to my account. I don't know how to go about, there was contact number but never could get a proper contact with the number they provide.

            After all the payment Clubfactory has cancelled 3 iteam from my orders. The order that they cancelled was on 03 may 2018 amount which i had made payment via Paytm online. It was said the products were out of stock but i did pay for them and said they will credit the balancr back which i never got my money back more over there was no proper contact number but never could get a proper contact with the number they provide.

                        I would like to bring your kind attention that we ordered some products from e-commerce online websites (Club factory) the product code is (So[protected] on 12 april but unfortunately we didn't received any parcel from any courier company untill now but rediculous thing is that after keep tracking our orders we found that parcel already delivered and we still don't know to whom they delivered the when we try to contact customer care representative they are saying you already received your products they are not ready to understand that they might delivered our products to some one else my orderd items misplaced and we lost 5000 inr.

                        Kindly make an investigation on this matter and resolve my issue.

                        It will be highly appreciated if you will take necessary action and make a refund for me.

                          I ordered two wallets from club factory. I didn't got any delivery i had already paid for the two wallets amount of rs 400. I got call from someone who addressed himself as customer care he said that my order is cancelled because o[censored]navailability soo i asked for refund then he asked for my debit card no. Cvv and expiry date i provided him with this bt when he asked for otp that i received on my no. Then i understood that he is a fraud soo i disconnected the call. After booking the order i got a mail in which they provided me with the order no. This is really a fraud company i want my money back in any way.

                            Hello!

                            I've received a few days ago a delivery from Club Factory which contained damaged items. I've ordered one pair of sandals which are ok, one dress which is damaged, another dress which is too small and a hand bag which is damaged and of very bad quality, it doesn't look like on the website.

                            I've contacted them to explain that I want to keep the sandals and want to return the dresses and the bag, but they reply after hours with the wrong answers, which don't apply to me, they close the chat after a minute and don't read my messages properly to understand my issue and try to help.
                            On their website is stated clearly that customers can return faulty or unwanted items within 9 days, but with the delay they reply that will be impossible.

                            I've paid £35.84 for the items, the sandals are £5.81.

                            I was offered $2 compensation to keep the items. 2 dollars for 30 pounds!!!

                            I can't wear small and damaged items.

                            They ignore my requests and reply with things that don't apply to me.

                            I so regret buying from them. I want my money back and everyone to know that they are frauds, they steal from people.

                                Its been 8 days order status is still showing manifested and main issue is that i have already paid for the order either return back the money or deliver the parcel and my another parcel status is in transit. Kindly deliver my parcel atleast. Order was confirmed on 22nd april 2018 and today its 4th may 2018. Atleast ensure that the order will be deliver soon

                                  I spent 1200 (Indian currency) for it... It really caused me pain
                                  Can you please not cause such inconveniences to the customer we are not dat stupid... Kindly please act to the mistake dat you have done and refund the money...

                                  I ordered shoes... Item no sbo[protected]n... Instead i got the wrong shoe... How could they deliver me the wrong shoe??? Why can't they deliver the accurate things we order from them... It really causes trouble to the consumers... I just hope they stop making this kind of error... It really is fustrating and funny...

                                    It is like 20days from now that i have yet not received my order.
                                    For the first time i have seen such pathetic service from any online shopping portal.
                                    When i call the delivery boy, he told that the order is misplaced/lost. When i call customer care they listen to the problem then keep the call on hold. If this kind of service they want to provide then why the hell they have opened the website

                                      I would like to cancel my order under the number so20271332 as i changed my opinion and will buy other stuff. Could you please confirm the cancellation? To can lroceeto buy the new stuff from club factory. Actually, i ordered it then after browsing the website, i found more attractive products that is why i decided to cancel my order.

                                        I ordered a shoe with club factory order no is so18417011. I got this shoes yesterday evening. I check it instantly. I look quality is not good which was showing online. Same time i request to return and refund my money. Now they are saying you can return itself with shipping charge. Bcz its not club factory issue. But why should i have to pay this shipping charges. Quality is fault of club factory. Now they are forcing me to keep this shoe with compensate of $1.3. But i don't want their shoe. Its in poor quality (Please find both images one of which i recieved and one is showing online) very bad quality. Neither thier any toll free number is working. M justing typing messages since morning

                                        As per your commitment (Find attachment) i returned your shoes at my ship cost. now you refund me only 897 . i need my money 150 rs also. Which quality you are showing on website, not providing same quality.you are making fool of peoples only. if you want to know quality issues i can mark them on picture. I NEED MY MONEY BACK 150 RS ALSO.
