I want to return one of the wallet i ordered through club factory. I am not convinced with the quality of the product.
Reason for return: the quality of the product is not good. It is not properly manufactured at one end of the wallet.

Will i get it delivered or not? I hope its not a fake company site. Please help me as i have already paid for my orders. I messaged them but they are not telling me the perfect answer. Kindly help...

      Hi, i got my order yesterday. My order number is so18064453. I ordered shoe of size uk 3 but i got us 6 size and is big for me. Why don't u guys check order before sending?? T shirt is also unfit for me. I want to return these two items immediately. Tell me the process. And please from next time do check orders, come on first we need to order and wait for 15 to 25 days and then we are getting wrong size just because of your carelessness. I need this issue resolved as soon as possible!!

        I ordered large size t shirt and i revived small size t shirt, i contacted club factory customer support 3 times on chat because they don't have customer care number, however there executives are asking irreverent question and asking me to bare the shipping charges to get refund. It was my first experience with this shopping site and its really disappointing. I placed 2 orders on 12-apr-2018 but only received one product till date that to wrong size product even that they don't want to replace and my another product still not received. My money deducted from my account.

          Kindly check and let me know why my order has not been received. Payment has already been taken on 21 April and confirmation been given on 23 April . kindly advise why it is taking so long and I have also been informed that it is being shipped by express bees but when I am tracking it says still in progress. It is a shirt of 700/-odd Rs.
          I have ordered since 15 days or more and the estimated date of delivery was given 25th of April but till now i didn't get it nor I got a call for the delivery.             I had ordered for 3 items from club factory. When i was delivered the package the slip stuck on it outside also had 3 items written on it. But when i opened it there were only 2 items and the 3rd item is missing. I contacted your support centre gave them all the information weighed the package and everything. Now they have stopped responding to my messages. My order no. Is so17694356 and the item no. Missing is xxx[protected]n. Please either refund my money or send me my product. And please reply to this atleast.

            Hi this is drea i have ordered shoes and accessories i thought this company will delivered to my address so I ordered itsims and I am eagerly waiting to those shoes for a long time those are very nice but there is no service to my address so I got disappointed any way products are looking nice

Out of sudden even though i paid online my one item got cancelled claiming no reason and said money will be refunded but not yet refund and second item has not tracking status till date.                     And when i called on customer care, i did not find any correct solution and asked me my atm card number and dot number to get it done.

                      I had ordered 3 products of total rs.3445 on 13 april and paid the bill using my sbi rupay debit card, but bcoz of size confusion i canceled it on 14 april before it was shipped on that day itself they applied refund of rs. 3445 and on 15 april approved and on 16 april i got msg and emails that amount has been refunded and they said to wait for 5-10days to available in the account but 10days over but till now i not get the refund. I call them several times they are not picking call then i chat they are saying to contact with your bank and saying that from our end all things are done and they send me some screenshot that shows the amount of rs. 3445 has refunded successful but i can't understand what to do and i call to the bank 4time they are saying to ask to them from where you have to get refund bcoz bank doesn't stop any refunds process, the refund amount directly goes to your account they are saying. My order id is so17597610. Pls help me anyone😥😥😥😫😫😫😭😭😭

                        I promise you that i will never repeat this mistake in future of purchasing from club factory site. I have opted for COD so taking pain to write this mail.

                        After almost 20 days of purchase i have not received my product & today received below SMS which is false. This order is in my home address & my security person, family members are available 24*7.

                            Order No.SO19283973 placed on 27.4.18 on Club Factory App has been confirmed. You can check your order status in the app. Received an email too about order confirmation. Cannot track in the app though the message says track status in the app. Need status update. Tgis isnt told anywhere that orders placed as guest users will not be visible. Please work upon the same and expect transparency. Give an update about the order no given above

                                  I have ordered an face pack brush and spray bottle from club factory the order no. Is so19286184 and the total amount is ₹131.21. And i paid the amount from my debit card. But they debited double amount from my bank account and they are showing the order is unpaid. Please refund my amount as soon as possible. And please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                      I ordered a watch as a guest user from club factory, paid through paytm for my order and received below sms on my mobile num [protected].
                                      "[club factory] payment for your order no. So19128517 on club factory app has been confirmed. You can check your order status in the app. Notice: we will never ask for privacy information like otp from our customers in any way"

                                      My order number is so19128517 but i am not able to track this any more.

                                      I did not also receive any confirmation email on the email id i provided while placing my order. Please confirm by when would i be able to receive my order. Please assist me with this.

So18875576 and i got a message from your site that ot will take 2 working dates but we didn't got ant mail or call or any message so actually i fed up with this shipping process i never seen such a worst shipping i hope you will rectify the problem and resend the product as well as possible can you post your customer care number it self it is easy to contact you right thanku

                                        I buy a product but do not returned
                                        I have order for the mens valet, till date the item has not yet delivered to me and order number is (Order No. SO[protected] and tracking number is[protected].
