I lost my old account, i had a club factory account.I accidently logout from it.and i tried a lot to get back in and also tried to change my password.but they were saying that the mail id and number are not registered.then i got depressed becoz i have done 4 orders from that account.and delivery yet to come.and i accidently created new account from same mail id and number.plzz help me to get back my old account.

But till now I m not getting any message please send my parcel soon as possible
I placed an order on the 29th sept and payment of rs. 1592.90 was done through internet banking on the same day. After a couple of days was informed that the product could not be sent because o[censored]navailability of raw materials. Strangely i have not got the refund till date
I have returned the item recieved vide SO56810303 and refund was intiated for Rs 1024.37 vide Refund ID: SOR415544 dated[protected] but I have not recieved the refund back into my bank account till date.

I have ordered electronic items on club factory which are not working when I received them. My order reference is SO[protected]. When I try to return on club factory it showing invalid reference. Please look into the issue.
I had ordered a Sukkhi Modish Gild Plated necklace set for women on Club Factory and it arrived today. But the product is damaged and I woukd like to return it and also refund my money. But I accidentally logged out from my old account an now I can't log in anymore so this is getting difficult for me. My product id is (SO[protected].
I am really disappointed as it is the second time I'm facing this kind of problem. So I hope to get proper guidance for my complaint.

    I placed an order from club factory on 31 march 2018. On 04th of april i got one message from club factory item was dispatch.

    Still its pending... Many times i contact with club factory customer cater and xpressbees customer care. But no reaction from their side. They are trying too fool us. I was tacking my order jst now also. It showing my order was already reached at pune on 19th of april. Still anyone contact us. Many times i called rhem which they giving numbers no one will take my call also. Its a fraud company. Even though they have my numbers also no one will contact u. Here am seeing many peoples are complaint againts their services.

    Even though they are not willing to reslove my problems. They are trying yo fool us.

      I had placed order containing order no. So17827857 on 18th april 2018 with club factory. On 21st april we had given call on number [protected] for inquiry of our product the executive had said that your product is returned to club factory as they couldn't trace the address and asked for your bank details to refund the money we have received the otp on our mobile which the concern person of club factory asked us to share and we did the same after sometimes we have received the messages stating withdrawal of rs. 20, 000 has been done from our account. We neither received the money nor product ordered and at the end of the end up loosing rs. 20, 000 i am requesting you to personally into it and please try to help me out.

      Dear, please do not worry, we already send your parcel to the shipping agent. It is in transit to India and in customs clearance now. So there is no tracking information update. 

      We have been trying to push the express company to transport as soon as possible. We are urging the express company to update the logistics as soon as possible. 
      To protect you from fraud, please do not trust any other Club Factory customer care numbers posted on other websites. Never share your complete card number, OTP, order details as well as other personal information to anyone.
      And you can call your police to help if your money was lost.

          I ordered my products with club factory on 14th april. The order id is so17322307. I m unable to trace the order in the app or the given link.. There is no response from their customer care as to whether the product shall be delivered at all let alone when. All they have done is fed me with lies so far regarding completion of order. I just want my product delivered.

            Hi,
            I ordered a jacket from club factory, after I ordered I changed the size of the jacket so the initial order showed *0. I got the jacket though, but the quality was so bad I had to return it. I din find a return option for the jacket but I sent it to the courier guys even then, out of 4 items I returned I got refunded for all except that jacket. Im trying to contact the customer care, but in vain, nobody is responding. The number which ls updated in Google connected to someone in Bihar who asked me my ATM card number though I don't share it. Please refund for the jacket.

              I ordered earrings on april 15, 2018 and it was shipped on april 17, 2018. From that day on, i'm unable to track down my order. I have complained to the courier company xpressbees regarding this issue but they haven't responded yet. I have also contacted club factory's support group but they are of no help either. All they said is that i can only track it 5-6 days after shipping, so as for that it's been more than 7 days and still i have no clue regarding my order. I literally start feeling that you guys are just bluffing me. It's been high time now, so just tell me about my order or if guys are unable to do so, then just refund my money.

                This complaint is against the fraud conducted by newly opened company clubfactory india private limited registered at hno-b 392 ist floor, nirman vihar, near metro station, new delhi east delhi dl 110092 in by following persons:

                Yun lou - room no 602, unit 2, block 2, zohngrong, chengshi huayuan, xihu district hangzhou city, china.

                The company is selling online products and sending cheap material to its customers. The company does not have any return policy. It says if someone is not satisfied with its product then return it at your cost and we will refund the money if product will reach us in safe conditions.

                Because of this policy they are sending cheap material to customers because if customer have to bear the shipping charges so he will never return the product as it will it will cost him more than refund.

                My wife also given order vide ref. No. So17117422 on 09.04.2018 and goods were delivered to us on 21.04.2018. Out of 4 products 2 were send of cheap quality, so we were frauded by company for rs. 764.69.

                Company denied to pick up the product and asked us to return the product at our cost in safe conditions. The shipping cost will cost us more than the refund amount as well as we have no time to go to courier shop. Because of time problem online shopping was done but company make benefits of it and cheated us.

                Several reminders were sent to the company via email and phone but they flatly refused to pick the product and refund the money.

                I have given order to buy original product but not for return the product and bearing shipping cost. Deliver me original product and pick your product back or not its your problem, But I want my ordered original product.

                It seems that your company is doing some fraudulent activities to divert the money from India to China. complaint of the same is done with Enforcement Directorate, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Registrar of Companies and many more authorities to investigate about fraudulent activities.

                Sir, you did right.it is a big scam going on.Club factory is doing a big fraud by charging the required prices but giving the apparels in small sizes and inferior quality than the one they display which is not customary. Once it reaches the customer then instead of return or refund they play with customers.
                They have a fake review section where no one can post the reviews also. Then the numbers they have given is also not reachable
                The packaging is horrible, sending in small packs which damages the product.
                Kindly look in to it . I am taking this matter to court now.

                this company is cheater .. very disappointed... i ordered 8 out of which 7 were only delivered and no refund has beeen done for the same .. and also in those 7 items i got one as damaged piece ..
                My first shopping experience with club factory is worst ever .I order a mobile case of order no SO80019946 & delivery package AWB[protected] . It is not satisfied with it because it is not of that quality I expected . Now I want to return it and refund my money. As I place order through google chrome there is no description of my order placement and any other information . As I do shopping with Snapdeal and Flipkart through google there is no such problem, they give complete description of order . I don't understand how to return it, moreover there customers care, , doesn't attend my call and give any response . It is such unethical and unprofessional behaviour that would affect goodwills of company . I request them to look into my matter and what steps should I take to return product and claim for my money back .
                I ordered a track pant . Firstly it was delivered very late . Then the size was extremely small also the quality was very bad. I applied for refund without a delay . The cost was rs480 and they are returning only rs 288 . The product had just arrived and they are cutting rs 192 just for returning rhe order.
                My order was cancelled.. And refund money is not provided in my bank account still it is 12 th day.

The order has been delayed and I no longer wish to receive it as the purpose of ordering it in the first place has been solved. I do not wish to receive it and then apply for a return as I have been reading the previous comments and have come to the conclusion that the customer is put through hell and not cared for once he /she pays for it and the company receives the money. Its sad what you have been doing to ur customers and I do not want to go through this myself.
                I order my items but every time the cancel my order and reason is given that the item is "out of stock" but i have seen every time that the particular item at fom that place shows that "item is in stock". And every time the refund at there app balance not on the place from where the amount has been paid to those people. Then what a customer should think about the company that it cheats with people's and after my experience i will tell to my friends to not use this app for online shopping.

                What is a guarantee after receiving product you will credit amount in my wallet and
                why should we courier it, its your job for pick up the products..
                I ordered two item on same day at 29 August but the first item I ordered at5:4pm and the other at5:11pm only minutes different I payed online for both item and I got messages for order confirmed on both item.. But after that I only got message and update for first item and I got the first item on September 1 but for the second item I got no messages or update till now.. Its september 5 already and you guys are denying my call... My so order is[protected]

                  My order is being rescheduled for pickup on a daily basis by club factory since 19 april 2018. When i contacted the courier service (Ecom) they informed me that club factory is rescheduling the pickup.
                  Today i tried to get in touch with club factory to get the order cancelled but they did not reply on chat option available in the application.

                          I received a mail stating that my payment was failed and I had to pay for the same order again and the money was debited twice due to which a new order was created.                             I returned 4 products purchased from club factory in the month of march. On 17th april i received the message "a refund of inr 1484.4748 has been issued through paytm wallet to. Please pay attention to your account activities."
                            Since then waiting for to get the refund credited in my account mentioned.
                            There's another refund msg also for another product which i received today, i. E. On 23rd april "[club factory] a refund of inr 479.6396 has been issued through paytm wallet to. Please pay attention to your account activities."

                            So the total of refund i am waiting is for rs. 1964.1/- only.

                            Kindly let me know by when can i get the amount credited in my bank account.

                            I purchased some jewellery from clubfactory but it haf very poor quality..
                            I bought one vanity and of purse from club factory it was broken so returned it but still they had not returned my money tha amount was 1601rs.they also left knee message was when I requested for return that they will charge 90 rs for return and it was mentioned no were in there app ..it's cheating that they are doing with coustmer..I my opinion no body should use this app...

                              I placed an order for 3 wallets of the color pink, wine, black. The pink one delivered is dirty but it's ok its the same as i ordered. But the black one is of wrong patterned and wine one is the wrong color delivered, they gave me blood red color wallet which has inside color as pink. The company offered me compensation s of 50 % but i just asked them to refund the return shipping charges along with product refund. I have a screenshot in which they said they will refund it as its there fault but now again they are saying that i had to bear the shipping charges. Moreover, these guys do not have a customer care number for complaint. They only talk to chat support. Please help me to get the refund of my return shipping charges. Please find the attached images of the product i ordered and the product i got.

                                Cheater company. Never go for it.
                                All the reviews on club factory app, number showing sold items and product images are totally fake.
                                Product are not genuine for even after discounted price for they are offering.
                                Every image of product is photoshopped very well to trap the innocent customers
                                My experience:
                                I purchased a jacket when i got it, i was totally shocked after seeing the product. It was very low quality. After that, i decide to return it from the app. I made a return request and since last 3 days it is showing that return is in shipped status. I was waiting for further status, but nothing happened.
                                One day, i wrote a mail regarding return as below:

                                I purchased a jacket which does not meet my expectations.
                                Now i want to return it and money back to me.
                                I have made already a return request through your app, but it is still showing in shipped status since last 2 days.
                                Please help.

                                I ordered a pair of shoes about 1 and a half week ago and now unable to track my order on internet and haven't got it either. I have already paid the amount but it's really inappropriate from your side that any order can't be tracked by your tracking system. Plz do the needful and appropriate action.

                                  I had returned 2 products from my Order #SO11628706. The refund was initiated on 30-Jan-2018. I have not yet received the fund. Tried calling Paytm but customer care is for shopping done on paytm . Bunch of Auto voice records. Doesnot give option to call them for refunds queries for shopping on other apps.
                                  It's a fake company providing data entry jobs ..they cheated me and many people so please be careful and help me to find that frauds

                                    Hello, i placed an order two weeks ago and when i tried to place another one a failure message comes up with the legend "payment failure", i already tried with 2 credit cards, debit card, pay pal, trying to buy through the web site, from another smartphone, re-installing the app, from another account and none of them worked. Can you please help me to take a look on this issue?

                                      I need to return an item that is too small even though i ordered a bigger size as was suggested, i've tried for 2 days now to get an address to send it back to no avail, phoned uk customer service still no reply even after leaving a few messages, online service is appalling i've gotten no sensible replies to my queries just saying they were looking into it for me the. Saying it's been too long for my last reply so the conversation is closed, the item number is amc[protected]n it came with another 2 items, order number for that is s[protected]. I only wanted a refund so i could send for a bigger size because i was told yous don't do exchanges. I don't think i'm going to be doing that now though with what i'm finding is an appalling way to treat your customers. I'm hoping you can help me with this, hopefully by giving me an address to return the item to.

                                      Dear, so sorry for the size issue, you may return all items sold by Club Factory within 9 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is unused and in a good condition.

                                        I order 2 pair of shoes in the month of january order nunber-so12326542 and when i received the order the material wasn't the same as it appeared on website. I didn't like it so raised a return request and courierd the package to the address provided on the app. The return number is son[protected]. So far i havent received my refund and i tried to contact the customer care via chat or phone didn't receive any response. Very poor service. There is no proper way to contact your company its just a fraud.

                                        Well I have already checked with the courier company and they said that the courier was properly delivered to the address you mentioned above. Even I tracked with the consignment number. And I am aware of the fact that if the courier doesn't reach to the receiver then I should return back to me. You guys are just playing around. And now what if I get it back the courier, do you want me to sent it again and spend 450 rs on it. Who will give me the courier charges? Then if you say pictures will look different they why the hell you don't describe it properly in the description of the product. I have already lost lots off time and money in it and ur service is still hopeless and never expect 5 start from me if you have something in minus let me know
