    I have ordered a dress costing rupees 468 at club factory india pvt lmt on 11 april 2018. But after placing order, i didn't receive a single mail or message about my order and whenever i try to track it online, it shows wrong order number or pending details.
    Please let me know about the expected delivery of my order and if not then i want to get my money refunded.

        Club Factory sent mail regarding my order (Order No. SO[protected] has been processed and shipped by XpressBees. You conformed through mail that my order tracking number is[protected] and
        Tracking information will be updated within 3 days.
        But it has been spent more than 20 days that I have not received my order. I have already paid for my order also .

        There is no any contact no.. Through which we can contact them. Kindly provide ur Ph. No club factory team

It was a small plastic piece maybe to hand something or whatever but it was definitely not the thing i ordered.             I have not received my order yet. It feels like the customer gets no help from anywhere. Club factory shows tracking updates saying current location somewhere and ecom says its still in delhi.. This is such a lie by club factory. And ecom express is taking to long to even send it across. I want to cancel my order and get my refund... But they are not even doing it... I want it to be cancel as soon as possible...

            So what you have shown in club factory is right? If so then i should have got my products by today. Because sanvordem is 15 mins away. Request you to not put the blame on the courier company as its your fault for not delivering my products by now.
            My oder payments done but item not received shipped messages no received

              I placed an order on club factory mobile app on 25th of march and it was confirmed as on march 25, 2018, 12:43 pm.
              The order was prepaid and i paid 1961.15 inr through credit card. Transaction was successful.
              Order was dispatched on 29th march, 2018, 12:49 pm and informed that it would be delivered in 2-5 business days.
              The within next 3 days, the order was in indian custom - since then it is showing the same status. The customer service people are not responding and telling to wait. The product is already consumed 22 working days but there is no reply from customer care.

              The status is same and customer care people are now asking to wait for more 7 to 9 working days. These is getting unfair - one product delivery takes more than one month after a promise of 7-12 working days?????

              Now they have cancelled the order automatically and notified about refund though i have not received any refund and they wasted my whole month. This is literal cheating with consumers. A strict action should be taken against them. I have started posted this case in all the available social media and reviews. You guys will have to pay for my waste of time and refund both

It was on 08 April 2018 that the payment confirmation for this order was intimated to me.Thereafter neither the order has been delivered nor anything intimated regarding non delivery. Tracking no.for this order [protected].customer care club factory was contacted but the offier could not communicate in english/any indian languages and hence could clarify.

                  On 5th april 2018, i placed an order in club factory and i got order confirmation email and the details are order number so16515237 and tracking number[protected].

                  On 14th april i received an email saying the product is shipped. And they provided a link also to track the order. Funny thing is no tracking is found. The message says "please try again later, we are awaiting tracking info from the carrier."

                  Looks like club factory is a total fraud to me.

                  Dear Club Factory, usually any merchant or sellar will give the date of delivery. And you are saying asap. This shows very clearly that you don't keep promise and don't bother about customers. My order status still shows pending, without any dates and any tracking. The tracking itself is not giving any status update. I wanted to let you know that I am going to take next steps in here.
                  I have this same issue for my product that is ordered through credit card on club factory. It is in India Customs since last 18 days

                    It was an horrible experience in my life I have ordered for a combo of bags order number is SO16560889 . Such a cheap quality products. They charged 475.46 as its rate. When look for a return policy I need to pay 630 as my courier charges that I have to take it from my pocket . Normally good online companies they will take from as when we apply for refund. So this itself shows. It's is fraud company. I Will NEVER recommend this online for any one.

                      I ordered shoes on 11 april i got aftership tracking details (Order no.SO[protected] has been shipped by ecom. Tracking number is[protected]] but it's 14th april 2018 i'm still not able to track my courier. I tried multiple time to contact customer care but none of the numbers work is. I prepaid cash for this product but now i'm thinking that was a fraud transition by club factory. The worst part is they force customers to install club factory software for support but still there is no support available...

                          I have ordered a wrist watch on 12 th april 2018 but I don't have any correspondence regarding tha order.. you are requested to arrange to deliver my product as soon as possible.. as my payment has been received already by the company.. this is second time I have to register this complaint against the same company. As the company never deliver the product without coMplaint. My request is to take legal action against the company for mental harassment to the consumer. Or govt need to cancle the licence of the company.. this seems to be the fraud company.

                              Dear, Do not trust any numbers from other sites, and noted that club factory never asks personal bank information from the customers.
                              If you want to return your items, please check the returning option in your order.
                              You need to fill your information there, then send your items via your local courier to us(the returning address is mentioned in the returning option).

                                  I had ordered my products on 1st of april. It was supposed to be delivered via ecom express. I have been tracking my order every single day and since 10th april, it is constantly showing the same status - "pickup rescheduled for the next day". I had called ecom's customer care number, where they asked me to contact club factory for the same. Please look into this matter asap! I need my order urgently. This is really irritating. The customer care representatives of club factory does not help with anything they tell the same
                                  Info which i can track by myself. I want my product by tommorrow i. E 17th of april 2018. If not i would like to cancel it.

So there is no tracking information update.                                   How much time it takes in the clearance? Its been stuck for more than 5 days. Ridiculous!! Not helping! I want to cancel my order if not delivered by tomorrow! 17th April. Kindly take a note of this.. i want my refund.

                                  I have not received my order yet. It feels like the customer gets no help from anywhere. Club factory shows tracking updates saying current location somewhere and ecom says its still in delhi.. this is such a lie by club factory. And ecom express is taking to long to even send it across. I want to cancel my order and get my refund... but they are not even doing it... i want it to be cancel as soon as possible...

                                    I have order two piece of clothes from club factory with order number s[protected], s[protected].. Tracking id details eq[protected]in, eq[protected]in on 17/3/2018... These orders have stuck some where in indian post office in kerala. Would you send the confirmation detail and sending order back to indian post. So i could get my parcel. I have send multiple mails to [protected]@clubfactory.com but no reply. If you people need money you can ask gently and take our hard earn money, but such kind of frauders act is not permissible.

                                      I have called ecom express, they said they didn't received any parcel.
                                      Such a worst service from clib factory.
