I placed an order on club factory mobile app on 25th of march and it was confirmed as on march 25, 2018, 12:43 pm.
The order was prepaid and i paid 1961.15 inr through credit card. Transaction was successful.
Order was dispatched on 29th march, 2018, 12:49 pm and informed that it would be delivered in 2-5 business days.
The within next 3 days, the order was in indian custom - since then it is showing the same status. The customer service people are not responding and telling to wait. The product is already consumed 22 working days but there is no reply from customer care.

Updated by ankitmistry_2007 The status is same and customer care people are now asking to wait for more 7 to 9 working days. These is getting unfair - one product delivery takes more than one month after a promise of 7-12 working days?????

Updated by ankitmistry_2007 Now they have cancelled the order automatically and notified about refund though i have not received any refund and they wasted my whole month. This is literal cheating with consumers. A strict action should be taken against them. I have started posted this case in all the available social media and reviews. You guys will have to pay for my waste of time and refund both
