I had ordered my products on 4th april. It was supposed to be delivered via ecom express. I have been tracking my order every single day and since 10th april, it is constantly showing the same status - "pickup rescheduled for the next day". I had called ecom's customer care number, where they asked me to contact club factory for the same. Please look into this matter asap! I need my order urgently. This is absolutely ridiculous!

    I ordered shoes on 2nd april i got aftership tracking details (Order no.[protected] has been shipped by ecom. Tracking number is[protected]] but it's 14th april 2018 i'm still not able to track my courier. I tried multiple time to contact customer care but none of the numbers work is. I prepaid cash for this product but now i'm thinking that was a fraud transition by club factory. The worst part is they force customers to install club factory software for support but still there is no support available...

      Sir i ordered for a trouser size 36 waist to this cheater company. The order was prepaid. They charged courier charges from me. When i received trouser i found a tamboo size pant of bad quality. I requested them to return. They refused to

      I have already measured and conveyed to these dirty people. There is no print of size on trouser. What measurement these cheater factory wants. Take back the trouser and check yourself. These crooked people are passing time. They know that if they will take return of dirt they have supplied they will have to pay back my money.

      Please note that these are bad cheater people. If a customer has ordered size 36
      and he receives size 40 which is of no use to him, then and any supplier will take it back and apologize but these buggers are not only denying return but asking measurement which is not printed on it.

        Order number is so[protected] i ordered iphone6 mobile cover and they delivered 7+ cover when i tried initiating return request they asking me to courier the product.. Why should i pay for their mistake?.. I need a new cover or they should initiate the return request. I have mentioned correct size of th cover but by mistake they have sent it.. No issued but they should exchange or credit the amount and they cannot ask customer to courier the product as it is their fault

          I have ordered a bracelet worth Rs 69 via net banking.This is my first purchase in clubfactory. I just want to see how the products be. After ordering, I regularly check the status of my order. Two days after while I trying to check my order status one popup shows "Request failed with status code 404".I tried several time but the same thing happens.I'm so worried about this.What is the solution for this?

            I orderred 13 items from club factory.. Only 2 items are worth for money. So i decided to return m product.. But they never opted me for courier service to pick my parcel. I asked them for arranging courier service to pick my parcel about 1 week. Still there is no response. I was keep on message to support centre. They asked to arrange courier by myself.. So after return my product how can i believe my money will return back. Really fraud company

                Myself suprabha yadav ordered on 10 of april. However, i receive messages regarding my order but no idea is given for delivery dates. Please tell me exact delivery date. Order no so16424766.

                I required the items urgently otherwise may i have to return it.

                You mentioned it that custom clearance may take 2-3 days but not the location wthere delhi airport or some where else.

                Update me as soon as possible.
                Give me some option for change in delivery adress, if possible.

                  Hi,
                  I ordered an item from club factory. Order number was so16174880. One item out of that order is out of stock. Club factory claimed that they already refunded to my paytm account. But i didn't recieved. Niether in my paytm now in my hdfc bank. I need immediate action to be taken against it.

                  Club factory is claiming that my refund id is 105234. But i didn't recieved any refund. I want my money back.

                        I had placed 3nos of product order on your club factory site, and i had order in mar'2018 and as per your delivery process, it was showing that product will be delivery betweenn 8 to 9 days. After few days one msg received from your side that product will be deliver in 3 business days but till date i have no information about my product or my money. I think its a fake website. It no so please give the response.

                        They also provided the tracking id but after putting on site to track the same, the result is coming that, no information is showing.

                          I have ordered products on club factory on 17th February, 2018 of worth 2300. Rs till now there is no update about it ...when I approached support center they told that it was problem with the ecom express company to deliver but I spoke with ecom express customer care they told me that club factory company itself cancelled my order on March 26th when I questioned the same in the support center there is no reply till now
                          So can I know whether my order would be delivered or money would be refunded ???

                            I have ordered few items in club factory and i have received only few items .
                            my order no S03945813. I have ordered around 19 items and received only 3 items, tried calling customer care they asked to send the pics of the courier received i have sent them but still the amount is not refunded .

                            Total Amount paid is 1708.5(19 items ) And paid on 10 Sep 2018

                            Gave many complaints and asked me to send the weight of the box i did and also sent pics of the item received but there is no reply .

                              The courier company says there is no such order number received from club factory.

                              One of number from google in the name of club factory says me to tell all revert details of your debit card then the money will be refunded since my order has been cancelled.. This is fraud.

                              One of number from Google in the name of club factory says me to tell all revert details of your debit card then the money will be refunded since my order has been cancelled ..this is fraud .

                                I have order some items on club factory but when we check the status online after twenty days it was not shown anything about the tranist of the material, then i would like to talk with customer care no which was found by on net is [protected] when i dial this one # was talking about the refund and ask me to give me your credit no i will give it after that validity of card i have but after that the enough was happened they asked me to give otp which was the total transactions of 20000 of my credit card when i read the message carefully then i got that it was online payment to digital go i just shocked that they would like to use my credit card with three time wrong password and i have to block my card immediately so please guys be aware of these frauders and this kind of online sites club factory chutiya sites

                                  Product is out of stock..still they are not refunding the amount and taking the debit card information which is illegal...n saying that we will not refund the amount n will not send the order as well.

                                    I ordered a tshirt on 4 april i got aftership tracking details (Tracking number=[protected] but it's 9th april 2018 i'm still not able to track my courier. I tried multiple time to contact customer care but no one is responding call. I prepaid cash for this product but now i'm thinking that was a fraud transition by club factory. The worst part is they force customers to install club factory software for support but still there is no support available.
