I order online 5 pcs of diff kind of product with order no - so6296717 on 31.10.2017. At 04.11.2017 i got a msg that your order has been shipped by tracking number[protected]. But still now i am not able to locate my order. The tracking id with gati connect shows invalid. There is any other contact number where i can track my order. Order amount is aprox 2300 inr. If it is not possible for club factory to deliver my order, plz refund it.

Club Factory customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I put the order no. So6397138 for two products. I check the status for the same product and found massage i. E. "manifested [delhi_gateway (Delhi)] incomplete shipper pickup address and shipper not contactable.

You provided tracking number i. E.[protected], with reference to the same number, i talked with gati team, however they could able to track with the same number and said provide correct tracking number.

So i shall be thankful if you can arrange my products on top priority along with adequate tracking number soon.

I got a message from my bank that payment is done but in my order shows that payment failed try again maybe your card information is wrong.. If really info is wrong then how i am getting an otp or an amount withdrawn from my account. Please gave my order or return my money in my account

My order no so6170603 vide tracking number[protected]. Order was placed on 28th october. The app shows the shipment is stuck at delhi due to incomplete shipper pickup address and shipper not contactable. On contacting the shipping courier gati shipping courier at india, they are unable to help and advises to contact club factory directly. But club factory nos. Taken from the web are just not contactable.

Need to get this delivered immediately.

Why is there no response to customer's grievances? Very poor customer service. Very disgusting app. Fraud. I want my money back. Why did you deduct the amount if you don't have the product in store?

Not returning my money, check android app, This online site cheating too many customers, who gave permission these kind of company to do business, this company is selling fake & duplicate products, after order i[censored] try to return, he is refusing to return money, also not returning shipping charge, This site promises that wallet money can be transferred to bank account through Paytm or PayPal, but No such option is available, I try to transfer my money from wallet but no option available, when I asked, 1st they said same as mentioned in app that we can transfer from Paytm but when I ask for snapshot then they said sorry u have to purchase we can't return.plz need help bcoz its completely customer harassment and more then that, save people of India .

I had ordered a bag and a junk jewellery around 2 weeks back but club factory automatically cancelled my order. They took the money and cancelled the order. Now either i want the product or the refund. Disgusting shopping app. And till date worst experience. Should file case against you in consumer court. Fraud app!!! Customer service is too bad. I mailed them but they did not even bother to reply. I need my money back. This online shopping site should pay compensation for harassing its customers. I would never recommend this app to anybody. My first and last encounter with club factory and probably the worst experience till date. Close your fraud company. Don't fool people

I received a watch I ordered for my husband it arrived and was broke sent message to customer support and got a message saying it must of been damaged in transit and offered me 5 dollars refund that’s a laugh I live in uk and I paid £16 so I refused and got another message saying we offer you 6 dollars are they thick I want another watch or refund they should not be able to sell if this is how they treat customers
