    We have taken the membership since a month now and we want to cancel it since I didnt get the promised services and vouchers by the group.
    inspite of repeated calls and messages the representatives are not replying.
    I have also written the feedback on the website and there is no response to that either.

    I want my refund asap.

      Dear sir
      i would like to draw your attention towards the negligence shown by the club mahindra personnel on telephonic conversation.

      on the last thursday, there was a meeting conducted at lords hotel adipur, asession of 1 hour explaining about the club mahindra amenities and facilities of membership, we spare time specially from our busy schedules and went to the meeting and attended it properly, now on the second side, the call from your company came regarding this meeting as the person told me that you will be receiving the gift voucher to personally experience the club mahindra place but till date whenever i call him but he has the same answer that let me check with the errors and till one week has passed away, no such voucher has been received by us on the mail eventhough i have text the mail ID to his mobile no. i.e. [protected]..

        Dear Mr. Nitin Gupta, (CLUB MAHINDRA ASSOCIATE)

        Thank you for the 1st reminder past 18 months that i to make a stop payment on my membership emi's. (dtd. 18/2/16)

        That too on an email which i have given u over a phone call few minutes back... lolz.

        I appreciate your concern towards my monthly emi payments, not yet received on my MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT.

        Attached is the snap shot of the request made from my end in the month of Aug 2012. i.e. around 3 1/2 year back, which is not considered as on date.

        Also would like to know when i had spoken to ur previous colleague (Mr. Mahesh Khedekar) abt sending me a complete table of payment history along with emi & principal deduction since the inception of this account accordingly, why hasn't that been sent with this email, can i know why??

        Instead i very well see the reasons why & how u call me a defaulter & consider cancellation of my membership with CLUB MAHINDRA inspite of paying u a sum of total Rs.2, 23, 000/- (Rs. Two lakh twenty three thousand) till date!!

        The membership itself was only of a total 2, 40, 000/-.

        However i need a complete explanation why have u even failed to update this default to me in the past 18 months on an email or a phone call!!

        Which was notified with a change of email id & phone number, to u on a written mail as on Aug'12 ??

        Ur team could not do the needful of even updating the needful & mandatory (my contact details) 4 yrs. back, however when now u are pushing the closure of the membership in spite of already paying almost 70% of the total deal amount. U had the need to call my friend who referred me to yr company & manage to get my contact details, which in reality was ignored by ur company around 4 yrs informed by me to updated from your end!!

        Do u really think i'm responsible to pay these dues, with the interest part!!

        Wow, this is truly hilarious.

        I will not be begging to get me a waiver on the emi missed or unpaid for the interest to be waived off on top of the principal, as in reality, ive stopped to take ur payments into consideration 18months back due to no, acknowledgment on ur primary responsibility (updation of my contact number) which is promised by ur team when we are sold these 25yr dream holiday vacations.

        I[censored] wish to drag this further without taking the right ownership o[censored]r set of errors for a total of 3.5 years in a row, I'll be certainly ur guest to pull this up against the company & would not mind doing so with a complete documentation that i have been keeping handy for so long.

        In spite of requesting u to change my details in Aug'12 i kept paying & paid a total of 28 emi's without u even considering to update my contact details!!

        Brilliant job i say from entire CLUB MAHINDRA TEAM.

          Very very disappointed with the sales team of Club Mahindra at Raghuleela Mall, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. We were attended by a sales person named Sundip Pal and was told by him whether we become a member or no we will definitely get a 2 nights/3 days stay at Club Mahindra resorts and issued a black & white printed voucher, however while booking we noticed that the voucher given to us is fake and does not have any voucher/coupon no. for registration. Therefore we intend to take action against this fraud by Club Mahindra team. I am Sharing Club Mahindra Voucher issued to me FYR with my details hidden on it.

            Hello Team,

            I got a gift voucher for club Mahindra holidays when I bought XUV 500. In the voucher it's clearly mentioned that is valid up to 09-Oct-2016. But I received a mail mentioning that it's valid up to 09-Apr-2016. I have sent a mail with attached pic of voucher to purple club and club mahindra regarding this issue. I am working in IT sector and planning to redeem this voucher in the mid of Aug or Sep. At sudden they are forcing me to redeem. Is this the right way to do. I need clarification on this.

              Such a worst comapny ...westing of time and doing cheating ...not getting proper room as per our time ...call center not working ..even no reply on email ..i am going to file case ..whom so ever who is not satisfied contact me ..will get our money back ..when i got this membership - 2616739..Amit from mumbai told me that i can accesss all the resort world wide ...when planning australia newzeland ..none of the RCI resort allow me..and even they told that you are getting this free so u dont get preference ..even with out asking me today they deposit my check ..i called many time to customer care but nobody pick up phone...lets join togther and fight with these cheaters...

                I have a club Mahindra membership ID 2593132
                and I got complementary RCI membership ID C80177162

                I am entitled to get 1 week free week as a complimentary. This was valid till Aug 2015.

                However when I contacted RCI India and also Club Mahindra and asked them for the Complementary week... (In Bangkok as I am now based in Bangkok).

                Their places were not available and the places they told me was 3 star hotels rather than resort which is just 1, 500 to 3000 THB per night.

                However the person Radhimol had confirmed that year 2016 they can give me a better choice. I had clearly talked to her and she had confirmed that I can avail this week stay even in 2016 before my RCI membership expires.

                As RCI would agree that they do not interact much on mails. We send mails and after 48 hours they would call us which now I understand that they try to avoid any written documentation (so cunning)

                Also to be noted is :
                Club Mahindra had not sent my KIT in time and I got my Card and Kit after 6 to 8 months of time because of their own courier mistakes from Chennai

                Now when I contacted RCI they say that the 1 week is already expired however if Club Mahindra sends mail to RCI they can give me.

                I have sent mails to Club Mahindra and its been 4 days now + 2 days of weekend that no response from them.

                This is a very bad service.

                Today I got email from Club Mahindra
                I had sent mail to Club Mahindra and they say they should get back in 2 working days... its more than week now.

                After posting the details here on Consumer Complaints

                I got below mail from Club Mahindra... today... This is a Fraud now

                I have paid 50% amount at time of registration
                I have paid 24 EMI and I have not taken a single holidays
                I was entitled for 1 Week free RCI and 1 Week Free Club Mahindra holiday after 3 EMI is done but when I contacted no CARD was with me and how to do when you send me kit after 6 to 8 months !!!

                So bad Service
                I got a mail from Lakshmi Devaraj (Member relations)
                She gave me dates from Club Mahindra system and says that I did not get kit cause my address is out of courier service.

                However, I get all courier as normal and even Club Mahindra Letter did come as normal but was only Letter no kit. It did say there is a Kit but there was no kit

                Also I have forwarded her all mails to tell her that the dates she giving is not correct

                19 Feb was the mail sent

                The Auto responder said we will get back to you in 2 days

                Today is 24th Feb 2016 ... 2 Days not yet over Club Mahindra

                Please return my money

                I asked you the option of leaving this membership and you did not get back to me yet

                What type of people are you ... do you have any face ?

                  We had taken a membership under the name of Jainil Shah in July 2015 by paying an amount of Rs. 38000. We cancelled the membership the next day itself(July 23, 2015). We spoke to the representative, Mr. Vaibhav ([protected]) who asked us to send n email conforming the cancellation and promised us the refund within 15 days. Unfortunately, he stopped answering the calls and replying to us. He asked us to speak to his manager, Mr Aalap Bhatt ([protected]) who also promised us that he would look into the matter. We have been following up with Aalap from more than 7 months and still have not received the refund. he has stopped answering the calls as well. We have proof of all messages sent and cancellation email as well. We need the full refund back and an apology from Club Mahindra as well as the employees involved for being so irresponsible.

                    I have taken membership of Club Mahindra in 2011 for 2.2 lakhs - Blue.

                    Later i found that they are big fraud and many hidden cost to it. I dont blame the property but certainly this is not right for people who would like to save money on holidays.

                    If you go for EMI - they charge you 15 % ROI - I am not sure how can they even charge interest on member ship fee ? This is highly illegal and they will be sued badly for this.

                    The Reason of annual maintenance fee is not justified. This is close to 13, 000 Rupees as on date. This will be proportional to inflation which company decides.

                    There is no refund on cancellation and not sure why ?

                    Despite me asking them to cancel this policy for more than 3 years they are not ready to listen.

                        Though the vehicle is going great but this gift voucher is letting me down.

                        The Mahindra XUV500 purchased 3 yrs back but the Club membership which they promised still in vein our family tried so hard contacting customer support by email phone but no these guys all doesnt bother about the customers.

                        This is hard that they guarantee things and never adhere to their promise.

                        Atlease they have given you Voucher but for us nothing.

                        It was horrible experience and waste of time for us and feel bad why we went with these people.

                        I would suggest if you like XUV500 go for the vehicle and the vehicle is good. But dont get on to these Club Mahindra promise which never come true.

                        Tried redeeming my club mahindra holiday resort gift voucher which I got with the purchase of my new xuv500. But it is too hard to get hold of you customer service number or via Internet, It always shows not available. By the time it shows available the voucher would have been expired.                         1. Tried contacting club Mahindra customer care number- they told me to send the mail.

                          I am extremely disappointed with the customer service that Club mahindra has to offer.
                          Request you to kindly revert back my money immediately which was taken on[protected] at 9:35 p.m. as advance for white studio membership.
                          The reason for withdrawal is as given below:-
                          (1) The executive came to home and in one hour whatever he explained I relied on it and paid the advance money 29560/- for taking white-studio membership.
                          (2) The information given by club Mahindra executives was inadequate. I was promised 4 weeks of holiday for the 1 year i.e. 7N/8D from Club Mahindra and 21 Days Bonus for 25 years any where India or Abroad .

Dear Sir, Ref: Further to our letter through E-mail( Dated- 19 july 2015, 26 august 2015, 13 october2015). We have requested to you in above mentioned reference letter that please refund the amount deposited by us due to nothing happened as committed by your marketing representative but you have not responded / reply on our request, in spite of resolving our issue, your representative is giving us threaten calls/ SMS and also you are taking the instalment through ECS forcefully from my saving account without our will. It looks that your motive is only that how the amount is collected and people are trapped to become the member of your club Mahindra by your marketing representatives & nothing else. Firstly we request to your good self that instalment through ECS should be immediately stop . We never think or interested to take any such type of membership neither we approach to you for the same. In our opinion, We have been trapped and cheated by the representative of club Mahindra who are marketing in various places in India who are making false commitment by trapping the innocent people to become the member of club Mahindra . We have received the telephone call from representative of club Mahindra with the help of Harpreet Ford, Moti Nagar, Delhi ( Mr. Santosh & Mr. Ranjeet Jha ) BRIEF HISTORY IS AS UNDER – HOW WE WERE TRAPPED BY YOUR REPRSENTATIVE . We got a call from representative of club Mahindra ( Mr. Santosh On 24/05/2015). Mr. Santosh told us on the telephone that we were rewarded a gift voucher of club Mahindra property two nights three days on the occasion of new purchased of Eco sports car from Harpreet Ford. We told him that we have not purchased till date. We have to purchase Eco sports, we enquired only from Harpreet ford. Mr. Santosh told us OK Sir, please come tomorrow at Harpreet ford along with your family. We will approach to give you heavy discount on Eco Sports car along with gift voucher two nights three days of club Mahindra property. We agreed and went at fixed time 3.00 P.M on 25/05/2015 at Harpreet ford, Delhi. We saw there heavy rush about 20/25 families were seated on different tables along with representative of club Mahindra. We Met with Mr. Santosh asked what discount on Eco Sports, Mr. Santosh told us firstly we discussed on free voucher from club Mahindra selected you among thousand peoples and appointed Mr. Ranjeet Jha for detailing the importance of club Mahindra properties. Mr. Ranjeet Jha Started to guide us about the club Mahindra . he asked us have you know earlier about club Mahindra properties. We said no. Then he advise us please make the program in summer vacation to any property of club Mahindra. Then we demanded the two free vouchers for watching club Mahindra property. Then he reply firstly you cannot go in summer vacation as well as club Mahindra properties on free voucher. Club Mahindra will provide you Hotel accommodation on free voucher . we asked how we can go for watch on club Mahindra properties in summer vacation . He told us club Mahindra properties are only available for its members. We asked if any cash paid system for watching the club Mahindra properties is available. Mr. Ranjeet Jha advise us take the membership. Today only best offer giving by the club Mahindra as compare that you can check on website of club Mahindra how much cost its membership. We said no. We are not interested to take any such type membership before we watching two/three properties of club Mahindra. If we like the club Mahindra properties not only one membership, we will take three membership and also our friends circle 20 to 25 families would also be interested. After discussing the importance of club Mahindra property the representative asked the background of our family. The representative asked us about the hotel property in which we accommodate then we told the representative we accommodate in a 3 star property and we have a 3 brother family and are planning a vacation in the coming June 2015. So your representative told us about the club Mahindra tree house property in Binsar and also assured us a sure visit and he also assured us that he will plan for us a holiday on 11 June 2015 after that the representative told us the amount of RS.27200/- towards the membership of club Mahindra and paid three instalment of Rs.8, 468/- July, 2015. Aug, 2015 and Sep, 2015( total Rs. 52604/-) then we will be eligible to get 8 days for watching the club Mahindra properties and also get a refund of Rs. 6000/- and Rs. 8000/- refreshment vouchers, now your total expenses will be of Rs. 38604/- for getting 8 days of 5 star facilities of club Mahindra more over we will give you 2 free voucher instead of one and also converted into booking club Mahindra resorts properties along with 8 days i.e 8+4= 12 days in a club Mahindra property in Rs. 38604. He assured us that your planned will not be disturbed on 11th June 2015 for Binsar valley as well as kanda ghat but your instalment should be upto sep. 2015 cleared before 11th June 2015. We agreed as guided us by the representative and ready to pay the whole amount by cheque but the representative refused & asked us to pay some amount by cash and some amount by cheque. Then We paid Rs.15, 000/- through cheque and Rs.12, 200/- by cash on table at Harpreet Show room and in the late evening Mr Ranjeet Jha came our house for some documents has to be signed by us and collected the cheques towards instalment upto sep. 2015 of Rs.8, 468/- he was in hurry not to disturb our vacation planning on 11th June 2015, we were thinking Club Mahindra services is so fast We paid three cheques of Rs. 8468/- from three different account of three brother ( Bishan Singal, Surinder Singal and Pawan Singal) and signed the documents . After clearing of the payment from bank account we contacted Mr. Ranjit Jha, he then asked us have you received any document from the head office of club Mahindra we said no, then we said if the documents were not received before 11 june 2015, are we able to plan a vacation on 11 june2015, Mr. Ranjit said if documents were not received by you before 11 june 2015 then you can not plan, first you will get registered on club Mahindra family then you can go on only. Mr. Ranjit said don’t worry sir you will get the documents before 11th June 2015. We got the documents from but Mr. Ranjeet Jha said sorry sir, he showed helpless to plan on 11th June 2015 that instead on 11june2015 he would book us a holiday on 22 june 2015 and told us to contact on 20 june 2015 after then when we called Mr. Ranjit jha he told us that he is unable to book a holiday on 22 june 2015 and he told us that he will book a vacation on 29 june 2015, when in the morning when we tryed contacting Mr. Ranjit jha he did not even answered our calls and till now . we tried again and again to contact Mr. Ranjit jha when he picked up the phone and told us that he is busy and after sometime he did not even picked up our call. When we tried directly booking through your club Mahindra website, we found everywhere alredy booked. We also contact your representatives at Bengaluru office, they replied that your membership is not valid for booking in hot season /vacation period. They said if you want to go in summer vacation then you have to take upper grade membership. We have replied them that we have to check only club Mahindra property before finalised become a membership of club Mahindra Instead of booking us a holiday you are sending SMS/Email free movie tickets and other things which are not even related to club Mahindra holiday booking . We are harassed and cheated by your representative’s also broken the heart of our kids, that you cannot fulfil of any cost. Now, we are once again requesting to your good self please refund the our deposited amount along with 24% interest at the earliest to avoid the legal litigations. While selling the said Membership, your sales personel alongwith all false promises, he had also clearly stated that that the membership is fully refundable any time if we are not satisfied. Please note i have paid the full amount and still not getting any hotel bookings when am required. Your sales personel had mentioned that, we can book the hotel in any season but yes we will loose (debited) certain days if we intrude in other season, but the current fact is we cannot book the same anytime as its alwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaays full. I have seen non members getting booking anytime as required, which i too get an offer, however no bookings for members. I had requested for a refund earlier too, but the team from mumbai had persuaded me to stay for which i had given a try after that too, i am not able to get through the holiday dates, as usual full. Now, its high time I request to the Mahindra Club, who are one of the trusted brands in India, to keep up the words and please refund the full principle amount, i dont mind if i don't get the Interest amount. Your immediate response and action will be appreciated

                                    Membership I have enrolled for Club Mahindra Membership Program in Sep 2015, 1. At the time of enrollment the team member gave all wrong information(I have recorded the conversation). 2. Your team member never answered my call.(I do have record's). 3. I Complained about this several times but no proper answer's and follow up.( i have recorded the conversation). 4. Never received the Kit. 5. I have send e mail in regards to this but no response. 6. I asked for refund of my money still no response. 7. Kindly note that i have instructed my bank not to process the EMI. 8.                                         My membership no: 2628334 In June I cancelled the membership because of poor communication & non-suitability. We got communication for that. In November 2015, City back accidentally deducted an EMI. We immediately raised dispute and wrote to club Mahindra to reverse the credit. We forwarded all earlier emails. Now instead of reversing, they are asking further payments for December. because of lot of harassment even in rectifying their mistake in name ID, we had cancelled the membership. Now it continues.
