I have visited to coorg & there club mahindra representative have offered us to join membership & that time no one have told me about annual charges. now whatever amount i have paid, i want my refund back, they are not reciveing the call & if they recieve they just say 1 thing that amount is non refundable. so as all have experienced same i do. i want my money back anyhow.

      I am a member since 2001. I am not at all satisfied with their booking of so called first come first served on the net where all kinds of travel agents rule the roost . We are not robots . The least they can do is call and inform. Today they called me for references on a Sunday they are so desperate to get more references and the least bothered about old members .

        Dear club mahindra,

        I am a member of the club mahindra since almost 3 years now. I was sold the membership by one of your agents after his persistent follow-ups of over a year of trying to sell this membership to me. I was very hesitant in taking the membership because of the issues faced by existing members in getting room availability. However, he sold me the purple membership on the premise that the booking can be done for any resort as early as 15 days in advance. I was willing to pay the premium for the same because i wanted the experience of holidaying to be easy and fun. However, all my nightmares have turned out to be true!!!

        Ever since i have taken the membership, i have used the club only twice - once for the lake pawna resort (In the initial days as the agent himself ensured the booking then) and once in kumbhalgarh (Which was months in advance). The funniest part was - even after being a premium member, i was not allowed to book more than two studios and since i was travelling with my entire family, i needed two more studios. Hence, i contacted one of the travel agent who 'sell' clubmahindra resort rooms was able to give me two rooms - which eventually were bigger and better than the ones booked by a purple member - me! The resort was good but the experience was not as satisfying as a decent hotel.

        Ever since then, i must have made at least 10 attempts on various occasions - only to realize that i was not getting any bookings even months in advance!!! Some of the available dates had one day in the middle of the period as not available and the only resorts which were available were either too far for a shorter break or were available in the off-season only!!! Finally, i decided to cancel my 25 years membership in less than 2 years! And this is what they mailed me:

        Greetings from club mahindra!

        This is further to our discussion regarding your request for cancellation of your club mahindra membership.

        We once again draw your attention to the membership rules about cancellation of the membership.

        The cancellation charges are as under:

        Amount paid till date rs 866250/-

        Deductions:

        60% cancellation charges of membership cost rs. 539999/-
        Cost of holidays taken rs. 15000/-
        Cost of rci enrollment rs. 2000/-
        Cost of gifts dispatched rs. 33750/-
        Asf overdues rs. Nil

        Total deductions rs. 590749 /-

        Refund amount rs. 275501/-

        Since the refund amount paid by you so far is less, we urge you to withdraw your cancellation request and continue to enjoy holidays with club mahindra..


        Cancellation fees of 60%!!! I was not even told that this is the surprise that club mahindra will throw at me!!!

        I decided to hang on and try my luck. I thought lake pawna was the closest resort to mumbai and would try to book it again. Firstly, the rule is that you can book it only once a year. Secondly, you have to book the resort starting from the 1st of the previous month - which whenever i tried on the 1st even at 12 noon - the reply would be - not available over the weekend.

        Once, i had received a call from the club that as a purple member, i would have an rm - someone who called me once to introduce herself but never called back even after repeated attempts from my side.

        The customer service team who reply on the phone will never mail about what they said as they 'do not have access to the internet'.

        All in all, i feel absolutely cheated as even if i had kept the money in a simple fixed deposit, it would earn me around rs 80000 every year. Add to that the annual fees of rs 15000 would make it rs 1 lac. With that amount i can easily take a short break anywhere in india with my family in a 4-5 star resort without any issues associated with club mahindra!!!

        I recently asked them how many members they have - they said 160000!!! And resorts - 41!!!

        If you don't refund my full money, i'll take major legal action



        Since i did not get any response from them, and again i had problems in booking:

        I am shocked that no one bothers to respond.

        Again, i wanted to book pavna resort. So i called on 1st june early morning. They told me bookings begin on 3rd june. I called on 3rd june at 10.45am, just minutes after the booking window for july month had opened. I was not surprised with their answer... No bookings available for any of the weekends!!! Ridiculous. I was sold this membership of highest order with the selling point that i will get into any resort in 15 days or even 7 days before travel.

        I want my full money back. I would rather invest that money and use the interest amount for holidaying in resorts of my choice.

        I hope to hear from you or you will hear from my lawyers and the media.

          I paid half amount of my membership in white category (More than 1.5lakh) all formalities from my side are done even after that i didnt get any validation call. My registration as a member is not been done till now. Its more than 3 weeks now and damn frustrating and harrasing. Never thought that world class claiming company has so pathetic and poor operations department.
          Above all the related staff is sooooooooo chilllllled and careless. They dont mind or care for their customer at all. Absolute hopless and helpess situation.

            My club mahindra member id is 2663887. I was sold to me by Mr Ashutosh from Pitampura, Delhi office at a campaign at Bhiwani in Haryana in October 2015. He promised me an eight night stay at any of club mahindra resort after payment of Rs 29600 as down payment and three EMIs of rs 8000 approx each. After such stay I was to decide whether to continue or discontinue such membership. I accepted and made downpayment payment. He got my signature on membership papers and fraudulently he got my signature on ECS mandate also of which I was unaware. For three EMIs he collected three cheques from me. Due to ECS debit in my account 5 EMIs were deducted from my account. When I contacted Ashutosh he said that he has made a refund request to Club mahindra. Later I asked him to book my holiday for six nights in June 2016 at three resorts in kerala which he could not do. Now I feel cheated and surprised how club mahindra employs such cheaters which make false commitments and cheat people. Now I request club mahindra to take responsibility of actions of its employees and refund my money.

              I am a member of club mahindra since @ 8 years now. I could not avail any holidays till date (Except one in their secondary hotel) due to:-

              (I) difficulty of booking of cm hotels
              (Ii) un-availability of hotels most of the time
              (Iii) my busy schedule didn't allow me to do daily followups with them

              I had received certain calls to pay my asf... Which i agreed to pay only for the days available in my account (Which was 21). But, inspite of promises to get back i did not get any counter-offer. My experience with them is very very bad.

              Now i have finally made my mind to surrender the membership and get myself detatched from cm. But, i am unable to go through the call center... And leaving sms, message at call center to get back are unfruitful.

              Need clear guidelines for cancelling membership and quick action.

                I want to register complaint against club mahindra as when I informed them that I am cancelling their membership without using any of the offer or package I expect full refund of money.

                As it was communicated to me that if you do not use any offer or package your entire money will be refunded but today their executive is telling that no refund will be given.

                My decision for cancellation was based on the feedback of this club that they do not serve well and never give accomodation when member demand.

                I request for refund of my money.

                I have many times asked to update my number & Revert on mentioned mail, but seems you people not at all interested saying your membership account is closed.

                On 2011 i had married & Requested to pls book the hotel for tour, Executive straightway denied, after that i had booked my tour from Kesari . What next explanation you want. all coupons & all membership card are is in BOX packed, what kind of service you provided to me you can better see it.

                  Dear sir,
                  This is with reference to above subject, we had informed cm office by phone & through personal visit of representative from our site about for cancellation of our enrollment for membership with cm and same also confirmed by them on phone & reply on mail that the process for cancellation has been started and in process, the amt. Will be credited in my account within 45 days.

                  The above membership was offer to me by inviting us (A couple) by phone from andheri, mumbai office of cm and was arranged the meet on dated 21/02/16 by representative who came at hotel sovereign daman near vapi.

                  The representative of club mahindra branch office andheri mr tushar abhnave and his senior ms arya, at above hotel and invited us for enrollment where we had clearly mentioned them that if i had better offer than this we shall immediately withdraw our enrollment/membership and it should not proceed be processed further and same was confirmed by them.

                  After enrollment on the very next day we got that the offer not the right and something was hidden by them and that we know from the other branch office of club mahindra. So we immediately called to mr tushar abhnave and explain the same and told him to cancellation of our enrollment and to credit our amount rs. 35, 700 payed to club mahindra through our credit card a/c no[protected] indusind bank branch vapi, ifsc code: indb0000085, holding by the applicant mrs jignyasa d kansara against the down payment of the scheme blue studio of club mahindra.
                  After few days we contacted on customer care and also the representative of club mahindra mr tushar abhnave since 21/02/16 and he ensure that your enrollment/registration has been cancelled and the down payment will be credited in your account within 10 working days.
                  In spite of the credit of amount, we got a message on our registered mobile number [protected] on dated 1/04/16 to deposit the payment of rs 9809 /month due on 7/04/16 which is very surprising and shocking for us.

                  The mail communication was also done recently dt: 17th jun & still the reply is same but the amount yet not credited.

                  Today i call to mumbia office & talk with ms. Pallavi kaur who has reply on my last mail. She also said that due to some technical problem hence amount is not credited & they need some more time with account dept. To check & update.

                  We hereby informed you and request you to take necessary action to cm in above matter and get the cancellation, refund of amount with interest and same it should be credited in above my account (As per all details) at the earliest.

                  Attached the copy of my communication done with cm for ref.

                    I had previously written a complaint on this forum about club mahindra hoidays. It is past 50 days now that i have not recieved my refund. I was serially given random dates and assurances that the refund would be credited to my account. But nothing has happened. So much for the tag of a so called reputed company. I feel cheated. A customer cannot be treated like this just because he used his own judgement not to opt for the product. I don't know how the actual services are going to be if one opts for membership, but for me this has been a terrible experience.

                      These ppl take money from you and never show availability for any resorts in the required time. The same rooms are available on other websites for sale but if you try to book them from their site it shows not available. So they sell tjose rooms at higher prices to non-members in peak season. What is the use of taking membership then. I had complained multiple times and everytime the response i get is "we will get back to you". They are utter cheaters and i want my entire money back.

                        I have given starting amount of Rs. 32600/- on date 5th June, 16 in our first discussion about club Mahindra holidays membership. They offered lots of thing to me in our first meeting as "They will book a Holiday for me in Himachal from 14/15 June, 2016 if I take the membership same day ". but after continuously calling to my Agent: Dheeraj, He failed to book the tour. I asked him to refund my money back. But he did not start the process still.
                        Pls. suggest what should i do.

                          In month of Feb-16, I have been called at club mahindra office at Metro mall, kalyan. saying I am a lucky person to receive a 3 days stay at any of clubmahindra resort and two movie tickets. When I went there it was nothing but a marketing strategy to call people at office and covience them to be a cubmahindra memeber. When I awas not convinced by them they have given me nothing by telling that they dont have a gift voucher right now, it will be courier to your home address.
                          But till the date nothing has been couriered to me.

                          Request all of you reader to never put your effort and time when you hear a call from Club Mahindra and never plan your vacations with club mahindra. Its not my frustation but its the story of most of the people who deal with club Mahindra.If you google you will get lot many reviews more or less like mine.

                            On 30th march 2016, while on my vacation to Kubhalgard, a sales representative of club mahindra Mr. Arshad Rajja who is reporting to Mr. Antariksh, made false claims mentioned below and lured us to buy their upgrade from studio apartment to 1 BR. Following false claimes he made :
                            a) Only members holding 1BR or above can buy the RCI members not other members.
                            b) Payment plan is very flexible and they will deduct the money only when I will be in financial position to buy this upgrade.

                            He even got our credit card details.
                            When I returned from holiday within 15 days they started sending me intimations that club mahindra would deduct money from May month only .

                            It was shock to me that on one hand Arshad claimed that they are so flexible and now within just 15 days they started calling/sending mail to start this EMI.
                            I have already sent several mails to [protected]@clubmahindra.com and to Rajja.[protected]@mahindraholidays.com requesting to cancel my request for upgrade and adjust my amount against the annual maintenance fees.
                            Instead of addressing my concern clubmahindra has debited EMI amount my credit card.
                            Please help me to resolve this matter

                            I am having very bad experience with the way clubMahindra guys are handling this case. :

                            1. I raised my dispute
                            2. Club Mahindra responded back with their own terms.
                            3. Club Mahindra deducted money from my credit card without my consent.
                            4. Then we discussed some resolution with Sapna Gupta / Antariksh of clubMahindra.
                            5. For last one week I have been following it up with club mahindra to send me minutes of meeting that we discussed where we discussed following points
                            a) My EMI can be started from August month .
                            b) My entire outstanding amount will be distributed in 48 EMIs without any interest.
                            c) ClubMahindra willl give me two night stay as compensation for the service.

                            But surprisingly as of now after following up a lot I am not getting any response.

                              I had applied for a club mahindra membership on 01 May 2016. the very next day I decided to opt out and emailed the customer services. Despite that an amount of Rs.30000 was debited from my credit card.I was told it will be refunded within 21 days. it has been a month now and there is no refund yet. my repeated mails have been replied with a standard template, ''we have referred the matter to Dubai office". i wonder why companies of the size of Mahindra have to risk bad reputation for such amounts. just shows lack of ethics.i wonder what the members have to go through!! Why does it even take so many days to refund an amount of Rs.30, 000. hope it is resolved at the earliest. the membership id allotted to me is 2697435.

                                Pathetic service of club mahindra representative vishal pratap. One of the promises he made during the sale wasn't delivered and he just stopped responding while he was after my life at the time of making the sale. After almost a month of no response i decided to cancel the membership.                                   I mr. Mayank dasadia have taken a red studio membership since 2008 for almost 3lacs rupees. Membership no is 575839.
                                  At that time i was told that this is a top membership and u will get the bookings prior 2 weeks.
                                  My complains are as follows.

                                  1. I haven't used more then 15 nights since i am a member.
                                  Whenever i ask for booking they always ask to pay my asf.
                                  I have paid till 2014 and still more then 40+ nights are pending for utilization. I never get booking on my first call so i have to call them back to back for the confirmations till the last day of the bookings.

                                  2. I am planning prior 3 to 4 weeks then also i am not getting the booking instead of red membership.

                                  3. I have called customer care more then 5 times in month of may 2016 and have to wait for 20 min to speak to there executives.

                                  4. Lastly the floor manager mr. Sri ram had a word with me on 11th may 2016 and told me will revert back with the confirmation in 24 hours but still waiting for his call.
                                  I have asked for lonavala bookings in any two nights in this month but not available.
                                  I have asked for mahabaleshwar booking for 3 nights in this month but not available.
                                  5. When they are not satisfying the old customer then why they are selling new membership and fooling the consumers by giving the advertisements.
                                  6 i have paid more then 80000+ as asf but when u ask for room confirmation its booked sir sorry we will put u on waiting list is the answer we get.
                                  7. Why they are selling the nights in the market?
                                  8. The same nights are available in the market through agent but the members don't get it. What is the meaning of taking such membership? They also are aware of this.

                                  9. Lastly i have given a complaint today and the no is 9244750 for all the above queries.

                                  I request you to please solve the matter by giving the old customers the bookings and instead of making them fool.

                                    Here i just wanted to escalate against the false commitments and cheating done to me for
                                    Refunding my money against cancellation.

                                    Joined club mahindra in june 2015 as a member. Before joining kamal kumar told that he will arrange everything i requested. And after joining kamal kumar is not even answering my phone call. If answered also his replies are not satisfied. And finally it seems that kamal kumar has given many false statements and promises for the sake of making me to join the club. Is that fair to blabber something just for making a person to join. Iam totally disappointed of this kind of service in such a reputed resort.

                                    After loosing my patience, i wrote an email to kamal kumar stating my request/problem. I have forwarded that email to you. I din't receive any reply for that mail. Last week mr. Vali called me and said he will waive the annual subscription fees for 1 year instead of arranging house boat and reimbursing 202 aed which has been charged for foreign currency exchange. I asked him to send an email stating the alternative changes that is arranged by him. But asusual i din't receive any mail regarding that too. How can i believe you people as you are not keeping up your promises. When i asked for an email statement, there is no response.

                                    And also my munnar booking is still pending. Mr. Vali told last week that everything is okay regarding munnar and he will book within 1 or 2 days. But still it has not been booked.

                                    Really fedup of posting reviews and sending emails to your team madam.
                                    Please arrange the four things that i have requested as soon as possible.
                                    1. 3000 inr voucher
                                    2. 2 night munnar booking 25.10.2015 to 27.10.2015.
                                    3. Houseboat stay for 1 night
                                    4.3.67% exchange amount which is 202 aed.

                                    Mr. Vali already said that he will waive the 1st year asf instead of housboat and exchange fee. If so, kindly send that statement through the mail. I don't want any voice calls to take place anymore.
                                    If you can't arrange all the 4 requests, kindly cancel my membership.

                                    Really very much disappointed even before starting a holiday in club mahindra. Don't cheat the customers like this. Please advise your faculty members not to give any false statements and cheat the customers for the sake of making them join.

After making the down payment, i have n't received even a single call from you people. Is this is the kind of service you render to your customers.

                                        I have taken membership in club machines holiday resort on month of March and paid down payment of 36750 and one emi of Rd 17354 and yet to pay another two installments to avail holiday but would like to cancel my membership but they do not refund it and telling it is completely non refundable because of some clause 8.2.I have not used any of their service, still they want to take all the money which I have paid.I am not sure if there is any law which allow them to do like that.Please help me in this .I found many complain from other people those who faced same problem.

                                        I am not sure how this online consumer complain works, it it does not work and I do not get my refund then I will hire lawyer for it and will file case . I am not sure if I win it or lose, but I will ensure that other people will not get cheated . I will use all the possible way available in India to expose it whether it is media or any online way or taking it to PM . I will do it .

                                        Member ID given in message 2639057 Sales representative presented lot of offer and in actual during the confirmation call these offers are not existing. Cancel my application and refund the downpayment.
