I have been struggling to cancel membership and receive refunds from last one month on 23rd of july i opt for blue studio member ship at club mahindra vashi branch i paid 25600 as 10% for member ship the offer i received from executive (One time exclusive) is not actual which i received on mail the executive completely misguided and offer false promises i requested for cancellation within 10 days complaint no 9681027 i have been promised that i will received call from concern department but no body care to do so. Kindly look into the issue and arrange feedback.

    Hi,

    I have recently attended session at hilton hotel, chennai. I went there as some one asked me continuously over phone at club mahindra resorts, we also had a plan to take up membership in some club house.

    Right from the beginning the person who gave the presentation was so rude, he did not explain anything showed us some papers and asked us to ready. He would have thought that we wount take the membership, on one instance when i asked him for a query, he raised his voice, my self and my wife got soo irritated and walked out.

    We informed this to his manager and said that we are ready to take up membership but pls send some one else, he said will come to our place, so far no call from any one, i have also raised an complaint on their website, i have given all details there as well but it is useless. Really we had a plan to take but now itself their response were very bad.

    This is the service what you will get from mahindra holiday.

    When ever they ask you to come for an presentation please dont go, instead you can ask them to come to your place.

    And i have notice one thing, the person who called me over phone was continuously asking if i will come in car or not, as i was coming on car i had no issue of it. Is there some thing like you will give membership only for the ppl who have cars?

    Please dont waste your time by going to any presentation from mahindra holidays...

      Have sent numerous emails on this one and your contact centre number is not answered by any person but going in loop.

      Refer my email text sent earlier giving details... Over and above this i luckily got across to your contact center on 21st july who said this would be solved but still not done and am not getting any update. Below is the email extract -

      First of all let me begin the email with a very sad note that the customer service of club mahindra once you become a member is pathetic and i have observed this in my first year of membership itself.


      To explain the above dissatisfaction let me provide the details


      My credit card for monthly installments on your records had expired in the month of may 2016 and i had been chasing with your sales colleague mr. Nagsen bhosale from the month of april over phone and what's app messages on the procedure to update my new credit card details to ensure there is no default in my payment and the cheques i had given do not get debited. Upon non receipt of any solution from him inspite of several follow ups i wrote to your member relations email id and got a response after a week that i have to personally visit your mumbai office and give my new credit card details. By then it was already mid june and the june installment was debited by using my cheque i had given as backup.


      On 16th june i visited your andheri solitaire park office (Please note that i was on an assignment in dubai and travelled to mumbai to get this done as one of the reasons for my travel to mumbai) and provided my new credit card details and authorisation and was ensured by the reception lady and another colleague from back office that from july onwards it will get debited from my credit card and cheque wont get debited. To my surprise still on 7th july again the cheque got debited and the new credit card was not used.


      On 11th july i called up on your andheri office number (+[protected] and was transferred to ms. Sheetal by the reception. I explained all my concerns to sheetal and she assured me that she would call me back on my dubai number and confirm the status.


      It has been 8 days today and after 3 attempts to reach her again on phone thru the above number i still couldn't reach her nor have i got any confirmation or call back on phone or email.


      This is very disappointing and frustrating to not get any answers inspite of making so many calls.


      Hence am writing this email as one of the attempts to address my issue at the earliest and ensure that the cheque is not used for instalment next month onwards.

        I have attended one hour session at raghuleela mall, kandivali west, mumbai where they tried to convince me to take up a purple membership in accordance with my preference. I went there after talking to someone on the telephone (My number they extracted from my quikr queries on club mahindra memberships). I was also promised a 2 nights free stay at club mahindra resorts, however, they only gave me two movie vouchers and told me that i will receive the stay voucher on my email, which they noted. However, till date, i have not received any such email. Its a big fraud company and thank god they did this, so i could reconsider my decision of buying membership which i din't in the end. Fake telemarketing, fake on-site (Raghuleela mall) marketing, fake people and fake promises. All the people who have read this, please don't go for this on-site marketing sessions. Its a waste of time, money and mental peace

          Subject : a holiday you own.. Add stress & unhappiness to this - its true because once you have signed up you are on your own to figure out what's next with no support whatsoever.

          Hi team,

          I have been trying to speak to someone with a sensible head & the one who can make decisions, to arrive at a resolution in the last 6 months. But like the fate of most of the customers here there has been no response whatsoever. So please can you cancel this membership & process full refund. I have not been able to avail a single benefit or facility that was promised to me at the time of taking up the membership. And since you have not provided me any service or any time, apart from of-course sending me automated emails & asking robots to call me for an overdue asf which i wasn't aware of, please process the refund immediately. Its a pity that there is no single ownership of your customers & they are treated so poorly.. Either you don't care about your brand image or you have too much on your plate to manage & hence really don't care if there are a handful who complain. I hope you realize that even one customer can make a difference. And in the age of social media its very easy to get this done.

            My name is M.A.Kumar. I have joined Club Mahindra family as a member on 20.07.2016 from "Club Mahindra Kodagu Valley, Coorg" through your Holiday Consultant Mr.Ajith SC.

            After the said membership, an ID was sent to by SMS. Since was on Holiday at that time, I could save the same hence was misplaced. Can you generate a new ID or can you send the previous ID once again at the earliest as I am in the verge of creating my profile ?

              I was called with family to hotal Jiwan plaza, Patiala, Punjab on 20th April, 2016 by telling that we have been lucky to be chosen for 02 days and three nights stay at any of their resorts and were told to collect the lucky coupon.Their team had come from Chandigarh office to make members of club mahindra There we were promised that we can use the lucky coupon with in next 06 months and were lured into taking the membership of club mahindra in white studio facilty . I made a payment of Rs 29490 by credit card on same date and then a payment of one emi of Rs . 9435 on 7-6-2016.

              When i asked for accommodation against lucky coupon in summer holidays, i was told that the accommodation is first given to members only and if the place is empty then only lucky coupon winners are adjusted. Also i was told that the accommodation is given first to purple and red facility members and then to white facility members in this sequence of priority. This was not explained at time of making members .Also i was told that the booking will have to be done minimum 15 days to one month in advance .All these matters were not mentioned on the sheets in which the scheme was explained to us . At time of making member it was told that we can get the facility within one week of requirement .
              I do not want to continue to be member and want to get the the Total paid amount back( Rs . 38925/) . I have been trying to get this done through mails since early June to club Mahindra but have got no positive response for return of money .
              Please look into the matter and do the needful

I also send an email to [protected]@clubmahindra.com and got ticket number (MHRIL=[protected] saying we'll contact you within 2 working days. Sadly that duration is also about to complete. Please arrange refund as i've initiated for cancellation from my side within 3 days of purchasing this.

                  I was contacted by Club Mahindra sales team on July 16, 2016 and made many empty promises. Unfortunately, I fell prey to their web of lies. I made payment of full amount immediately. I was told that I'll be able to avail membership entitlements with immediate effect. But, it never happened. My membership comes into effect after 45 days i.e. September 01, 2016. I couldn't book my holidays as per my convenience and plan.
                  Therefore, I asked Club Mahindra for cancellation of Membership on Aug. 03, 2016. But I had to wait for 2 long days to get their feedback call. Their representative did not confirm when my payment would be returned. I wonder how they managed to be in the market for 20 long years. Unprofessional approach and sloppy service are the traits of Club Mshindra. No wonder top management is oblivion of the ground reality. I awaiting for return of full payment without any further delay. I'll not leave any stone unturned to get my money back.

                  I'd tendered membership cancellation application on Aug 02, 2016. There is no feedback received from Club Mahindra till date about refund. My persistent efforts of following up with Club Mahindra Call Centers have been futile. If I don't get feedback by today, I am going to file a complaint in a consumer court.

                    Dear club mahindra we are disappointed with the service provided by you when we tried to redeem our gift voucher.It was totally wastage of time &energy for a busy person.Firstly they told us to have a meeting and took ur 3-4 hrs and result was thing then they provided us with a voucher according to which we can have free stay in any of the mahindra club but when we tried to book ur rooms they says that ur voucher or redeem code is incorrect. We tried many times and again consulted their in charges but there was no response.

                        Membership # 2676101. I would like to complaint against fraud membership which got sold to us. Especially for pitampura branch employees - ankit behl / anjali chhabra.

                        1st year annual fee was supposed to be waived off & two employee coupons were to be given by ankit during our discussion at the time of signing the contract. We were informed that we are liable to pay in[protected] annual subscription fee. Whole day i am getting calls for asf amount for[protected] its really ridiculous to take membership from mahindra. They have taken close to 80, 000 from us till date & no services was given to us.

                        We have finally requested to cancell the membership & we need refund of total amount paid till date.

                        Pls do not take any membership from club mahindra. They are defaulters / looters

                          I became the member on december 2015. My id is 2666000. I am entitled for a five night free holiday in any club Mahindra resorts. But whenever I tried booking online, but no resort is vacant on weekends. But we can go out only on weekends. I tried booking before one month, even then I did not get.i want it in the south zone preferably Coorg or virajpet. So please see to it I get a one bedroom apartment on the last week of August. Otherwise please don't give us fake complimenteries. I am really fed up trying.

                            Hi team, we received call and sms from club mahindra marketer yogesh patil ([protected]) regarding promotional offer of club mahindra saying that we (me and my wife) are selected for some coupons (holidays, 4 book my show movie tickets) and they would give us if we attend their presentation in worli office as they celebrating 20 yrs of service in worli office.
                            Mr. akshay ([protected]) from worli office attended us and they told us that they have coupons of 3d2n holiday tickets, 2 bookmyshow tickets and one pizza voucher. we were surprised that with start itself there was difference in communication which telemarketer has communicated but after presentation akshay only provided us only holidays coupon one code but not either pizza or bookmyshow tickets and told that we would receive same on email id in next 48 hrs.inspite of calling both (yogesh and akshay) and giving mail ids several times on sms but yet we (me and my wife) both have not received pizza or bookmyshow tickets.
                            From last four days, none of them is receiving call. also i called on[protected]club mahindra worli contact helpline) but they are not aware of anything as such. kindly do the needful. rgds, anshul dubey ([protected])

                            Hi Team, We received call and SMS from Club Mahindra Marketer Yogesh Patil ([protected]) regarding promotional Offer of Club Mahindra saying that we (me and my wife) are selected for some coupons (Holidays, 4 Book my show Movie tickets) and they would give us if we attend their presentation in Worli Office as they celebrating 20 yrs of service in Worli Office .

                            Thanks Consumer Complaints forum for support ! I received one word file mentioning some codes from Club Mahindra but its has too many conditions . Even when I booked my tickets but no response has been received from Club Mahindra. Just after booking they conveyed that they will get back to me but yet no response.

                              We are getting a taste for what's in store with club membership, we have put in a request for Aug bookings somewhere around first week of June and the waiting list no. is 255994. We do not want our planned holidays to get spoiled in this manner. This was the apprehension expressed by us at the time of subscribing the membership, but were advised by the sales team that do not worry they will ensure the bookings. Our fears are coming out to be true. Our next month holidays are already spoiled do not want such thing to happen again hence we would like to cancel our membership.

                              As on date we have not utilised any of the membership benefits nor the freebies offered by you, so request you to kindly refund our money.

                              Moreover the sales person do not revert the calls now and are neither replying to our request of cancellation of membership

                              Till date there has been no written acknowledgement of the complaint. We are receiving calls which are promising that the cancellation has been accepted but not a single written communication. Even we met the sales office and the result is promise of cancellation and written communication next week.

On Sunday we spoke to your Sales Manager of Navi Mumbai office, who was to speak to us in hours time, seems his watch has got stuck since then.

                                  I attended the present ion on 28th nov 15 with my family at baroda. My wife mno is select for gift voucher and received call on 12 july. But we r buy so no appoint was set. I have confusion about second voucher. So i personally ask to manager said that is not possible you said that you avail one voucher to booking appointment caller. I received call on 18 july from dipak. I clearly said that i received one voucher previously and second not generate. He said that it issued to you and this for our new update product and book appointment for 19 july at 8:00 pm. On arriving at club m. Manager said it is not possible to issue. It is 15 km from my house in raining we reach there. I got sock. Now dipak told u have not said about previous voucher. I talked to his senior about that he check the recording and send to you. Dipak also said same. I called dipak on 19 july for recording. He talked very roughly, misbehavouly and not about previous voucher in recording. I asked for recording to forward me. He told that i send on 21 july to your email and what's up. Then after 21, 22 and 23 calling to him, but not picking up my called. Due to this incident i get irritated and loss respect in my family. I harsh and stress them for useless presentation in working days.

                                    My member id is 260632. When i took memebership in 2007 i was informed that purple season is december last week which i dont want to go for vacation so i did not took that and took the red season membership so that i can go anytime of the year. Now club mahindra is putting all busy weekends holidays in purple season. E. X the august 15th 3 days holiday is in purple season in many of the resorts even which are newly opened like the hadgat near saputara. Even the diwali especaily for which i selected red season membership... Club mahindra has put many resorts in purple in diwali time after taking my membershp. So slowly the membership is getting useless as i am not able to travel on my time and the price for which i paid is of no use now.

                                      I took club mahindra's membership in 03-may-2013 and paid cash rs.2, 700/- and cheque rs.20, 000/- [ cheque no. 666573 ] dated :- 06-may-2013. same has been debited from my account. after that i have paid rs.4000/- cash in june-16.

                                      Total payment :- 2700+20000+4000= 26, 700/- [ bank statement & receipt attached ]

                                      Member ship details as below..

                                      At the time of joining member ship, they confirmed that if we wants to cancel than rs.25, 000/- will be refundable or can transfer to your bank account. after that, i have not received any written / verbal communication till 30-apr-16, and i have not use services / non visit to club mahindra even once.

                                      I have call to club mahindra at 2-may-16 for cancel the membership as i need money and my wife is pregnant than he said “ok”, payment of rs, 25, 000/- will be refund to your bank account within 15 days and confirm my bank details.

                                      But suddenly after 3 years on 7-may-16 one esc from club mahindra hit my account & rs.8468 has been debited from my account reference number – mahendra[protected] [ bank statement attached ], that i was totally unaware, than i called again to club mahindra to know the about this & my refund status, then they asked me to call my head office, we don’t have any information on same. head office is also not giving me proper answer on it.

                                      After that i am continuously chasing them for refund of rs. 25000+8468 = rs.33468/-, but i am not getting my refund non any satisfactory answer or date of refund.

                                      On 7-may-16, when esc hit by club mahindra, my wife was hospitalized and at the time i needed a lot of money with disabilities.

                                      My sincere request to help me get my refund & punish them for this.

                                        I suggest all the members who is going to be member find out
                                        1. Every year is possible to provide accommodation in all club mahendra resorts.
                                        2. Some body books for one day that to on prime dates and our accommodation is effected bookings.
                                        3. London they are not having own resorts, how they are proving accommodation at london. With whose money he is sending new members to london. When there is no resorts for 15 years old members.
                                        4. When they book they say for children also eligible for accpomdation not as guest. But now they sat after 25 years your kids also consider as guest and you have to pay guest charges.
                                        5. There is no fixed maintenance charges /year. It increased from 2000/year to 11, 000/- per year. New members think twice to become member.
                                        5. Why i am writing this because every time i ask for accommodation, it is full, my accumulated 21 days this year. I am not able to enjoy the holidays. Every year i loose my accumulated days nothing else is happening with club mahendra.
