I'd taken the membership (MHRIL=[protected] in 1999. It is a studio apt. I paid 10 instalment on time. Then there was a gap of 5/7 yrs and again I'd paid one instalment and thereafter the last one was paid in 2010/11. So, technically I did not become a member since 1999 but in 2010/11 and therefore not committed to pay ASF (Annual Subsciption Fee) till my last and final instalment. Therefore, I am only committed to pay since 2010/11 only.
Alternatively, if you see this mail below from you earlier, that proposal is acceptable to me, provided you allow us to use this 8 weeks during the next 2 years, till 2017.
Alternatively, you can give us only 4 weeks banked till 2016 and upgrade us to the next level (one bedroom set). I pay full ASF, as claimed by you and forget the balance 4 weeks.
This is a long pending issue. I hope that you will be able to sort this out to both of our satisfaction.

This is further to our telephonic discussion please note the below pending Annual Subscription fee you are requested to pay. Post realization of the ASF amount i.e. from 2006 to 2013 the lapsed inventory would be re-credited against the same years which would be further valid till 31st March 2015. This is being done as an extreme exception therefore a one - time offer in order to help you continue with Club Mahindra membership and plan holidays with us.
