    My membership no: 2628334 In June I cancelled the membership because of poor communication & non-suitability. We got communication for that. In November 2015, City back accidentally deducted an EMI. We immediately raised dispute and wrote to club Mahindra to reverse the credit. We forwarded all earlier emails. Now instead of reversing, they are asking further payments for December. because of lot of harassment even in rectifying their mistake in name ID, we had cancelled the membership. Now it continues.

      I have taken club mahindra white studio membership in june, 2015 trough Mr. Pawan Awasthi from lucknow branch and have paid 63000/- till date. We had been misguided in many ways at the time of registration regarding complimentory offers and our holiday booking time period. We have been trying to contact our representative but he has gone underground somewhere and even the branch executives are not giving any clues about him. I don't expect any support from club mahindra team after successive efforts. I just want to know how can this forum help me in getting my money back.

        This is how club mahindra cheated me…. Take some time out if you want to save money I purchased their membership On December 2013. At that time the sales person showed me few pages written membership rules. In that point no 12.1 Mentions clearly Direct Dependant and children with age less than 25 are excluded from the payment of GUEST FEE/charges. 1 of my sole reason to purchase their membership was that my parents could travel to their resorts without any extra charge. I decided to take the membership. I paid 50% amount and balance was on EMI. In these 2 years I booked Kanatal resort for my parents in 2014, then booked Club Mahindra Varca Beach property but unfortunately I had to cancel it. Few months back I booked their Mac Boutice Resort in Bangkok. My parents enjoyed both the vacation ie Kanatal and Bangkok. Suddenly few months back some executive called up saying Direct Dependant will be considered as Guest and will be charged extra. On inquiring why we should pay guest fee for direct dependant they said because you have taken Membership in the name of company. I asked them then how come you didn’t charge me for the 2 vacations which they replied it was a mistake from the executive. I asked why you are telling me this after all EMIS ARE CLEARED and is it written anywhere that direct dependant will be charged additional. To which they are yet to reply. After exchanging 100’s of mails finally on 10th of September Mr Sanjay responds that Parents will be considered as direct dependant and Guest fee will not be charged if they carry sufficient document. But after that I again got their mails and call from jennifer (MANNERLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYE) that guest fee will be charged to direct dependant. If they do not pay accommodation will not be provided. From that day onwards they have not bothered to REPLY TO ANY OF MY MAILS. The person who sold me the membership has left the JOB, Mr Sanjay is not replying to my mails and CM is harassing me. COMPANY EARNING CRORES AND JUST FOR RS 1100 THEY ARE HARRASSING THEIR MEMBERS… SHAME

          Hi - I am a RED member of Club Mahindra since year 2009, my membership ID is 1569544. This posting is for the benefit of those planning to take up new membership of CM. It is definitely not worth taking the membership as they have very few resorts but many members and hence you just can't book a resort of your choice when you want to go on holidays. In my case, I have close to 20 days of holidays accumulated, all will be expiring soon. Whenever I call them for booking a resort or try booking in their website, I always see everything booked, nothing available. Never in last 6 years I got to see any resort available - even when I tried booking 3 months in advance (it is different that you can't always plan your holidays 3 months in advance) I have paid more than five lakh rupees so far - including initial payment of 4 Lakhs and yearly Annual Subscription Fee (ASF) of about 19 thousand (increases year after year) Considering all this, I do not suggest you to buy their membership - please do feel free to reach me for any further clarifications or help needed. I tried selling my membership but since I was not even getting half the money spent, I have stopped trying selling the membership. Nowadays you have plenty of options to holiday and hence don't get stuck with CM membership - which you can't utilize.

            Hi Pls note my club mahindra id 2648198. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service that Club mahindra has to offer. I was promised 1 international stay in rci resort after payment of 3 emi Firstly none of you informed me as how to go about availing it. I had to call the person who sold me this package and he asked me to rci call centre. I called rci call centre and quoted my club mahindra no. He said that my no doesn't exists in their records. When I call club mahindra you ask me to call rci back and ask them to contact you.how absurd it can get. And when I insisted that it's club mahindra who needs to resolve then you ask me to drop a mail. What's the whole point of talking over the phone!! Utter waste of my time! Some body please wake up and act !!

              I had become a member of club Mahindra in March 2015 under Red 1 BR category.I was promised 3 weeks of holiday for the 1st year.After a couple of months I tried booking for holidays but could not get any bookings.I could not get any bookings on 3 occasions.I felt cheated, so I cancelled my membership.My member I'd is 2623598.i paid 1.30 lakh uptil now.When I asked for refund they denied.This is a fraud company and they have cheated me.As I have not availed any of their facilities I am entitled to get a full refund as a consumer.Kindly help.

                  Dear Sir, I have made the Downpayment towards Mahendra Holidays Membership Aplication No : JUL/2015/25YRS/087642 on[protected] of Rs 27, 700 . The Repsentative form Club mahindra told us that we can canel the Membership at any time before 10 days. Even though we have written the letter to the company they have create the membership ID (Member Ship ID : 2650695). The Representative from Mahindra told us that the Membership is canceled and the cancellation ID is 83344307. After this they have claimed 25, 275 on 07-OCT-2015 on my Credit Card without the additional factor of authentication Prescribed by RBI, and i have raised Dispute Complaint against this transaction ( SR[protected] after this ICICI created new Dispute request SR[protected]. and as of now they have refunded me 22, 000 and still they have to refund me 3, 275. Till now we have not got any communication from Club Mahindra Holidays. Kindly help me in getting back my Down payment which i have made towards the following.                     Hi Have attended club Mahindra session and on successful completion on this they have offered me cinerewards gift voucher.

                    As per process when we try to register this voucher its throwing error like 'Sorry ! the last date of Registration is over. We are unable to proceed.'.

                    Though Voucher is valid.

                    No idea where I can contact .. also this kind of service was not expected from club Mahindra.

                        I have got a call from Club mahindra sying that they have selected me for free package tour from club mahindra. and they have requested me to come down to their office with my husband and attend a short seminar on the same and then they will issue the voucher. We have attended the same for atleast 1 and half hour and atlast they give me only movie tickets voucher and when I asked them what about travel voucher which they promised to give me on telephone; so they told they shall mail me. But they have not mailed me and when I am trying to reach them they are directly disconnnecting my call.

                            request you to kindly revert back my money immediately which was taken on[protected] at 8 p.m. as advance for white studio membership. The reason for withdrawal is as given below:- (1) They called me at 6 p.m. in Hotel Hamir (Hamirpur H.P.) and in one hour whatever they explained I relied on it and paid the advance money 29560/-(swap through credit card ending with 3539) and auto debit authorization slip for further 12 EMI for taking white-studio membership. (2) The information given by club Mahindra executives from Chandigarh (Vaisali, CME ID-13667 and marketing executive Vipin) was inadequate and wrong (They told that this offer is cheaper than open market and valid only for today and offered online through Chennai which was not true and I feel to be cheated in this respect) and when I came at home and came to know some facts which was not as explained by the executive (one regarding annual subscription fee which was to be paid annually as per agreement clause) and the offer was same in the open market and valid for entire December then I decided to withdraw immediately and I called him and massaged him for my intention of not taking the membership. However I requested your executive for not submitting the form and revert the money back but after talking on phone even on today, no satisfactory assurance is given by Marketing personnel Vipin. Also Vaisali Madam told that in such case of not taking membership they will adjust the money in future Holiday bills of staying in club Mahindra. (3) Also, after detailed analysis I found that the membership do not suites to me as per my requirements and due to which in nutshell I am not interested at all in taking any membership of club Mahindra. (4) My request is to do not enroll my application for any membership and revert back my money which was wrongly taken because of inadequate information and time given to think for its suitability to me. Also requested to take back the promotional complimentary offer provided by your executive. Kindly take necessary action at the earliest. I will be thankful to you.

                              I have won a gift voucher for international holiday in dubai for 3n/4d through crossword bookstore. I have been patiently following up with mr.Anand kumar ( chennai branch ) for more than a month now. I had requested to book dubai holiday check in : 6 feb. Check out : 9 feb. Finally, he promised me to send confirmation by 7 dec 2015 afternoon. But he did not do so. All my calls & sms went unanswered till date. Is this how club mahindra treats its customers?? its been a very frustrating, humiliating experience so far...I have lost all my patience. And all this because of you guys... One thing you must know that i am not begging for the holiday. You should confirm the booking promptly & respectfully with full honour. Now finally, i want my booking to be confirmed by 3pm today. Failing which this whole issue will be raised in social media ( facebook, twitter, trip advisor etc etc ) & your top authority. Dont blame me for all this then... Enough is enough...                                 very true club mahindra is the froad(420) company and they have not given any booking but i was invited in magic holidays they have given me proper idea and gift also and most important part they given me the good presentation and i opted the membership also but next day i got call from mahindra holidays they was very much unprofessional and told me that you will not get any gift ...

                                  Hi this is anurag gupta this side from jaipur n i have enrolled new membership plan of club mahindra viz. My membership no. Generated 2 days before is 2670017 . I have made the payment of 56770 for the same including 10% down payment n three advance emi as requested by your executive to avail a freebie of 10n/11days package which he provided n offered me on enrolling the new membership . Your executive committed me the following committements while giving the membership : 1 10% dp n three advance emi n i will get the instant 10n/11days vacation which i have already planned for jan for kerala n he confirmed me to provide the rooms in tht . 2 12000 cash back of which 6000 he adjusted in dp n rest 6000 i will get back in one month in form of dd. 3 10000 rs food vouchers. 4 to provide me the following rooms on following dates which particularly he mailed me up also before taking the cash payment for the same . 5th jan 2 studio floating cottages in ashtmundi 6th n 7th jan 2 studio rooms in allepey 9th n 10th jan 2br room (one ) or 2 studio in munnar 11th jan 2 studio rooms in cherai your executive has six different discussions with me including his senior mr anil n mr vikas pratap for the same n two different times out of the six meeting ur executive rahul confirmed me for the things n when met me than again he had a problem that sir i got approval from my boss for the above terms n conditions but my boss super boss denied n than i should make dp of 15% n start the things as all over india nobody got the new membership on 10% dp in nov month so the corporrate head is denying for the same while before coming to my place he confirmed tht he got approval for 10% dp n both the times i denied him n send him back tht i dont want any other exceptional offers except wht was been mentioned above which i have overmentioned above . On 28th nov he called me up n said tht sir i had a talk with dsa n kindly dont let anyone open tht i got u the membership thru dsa while i m ready to provide u the membership with all the above stated comitments . I agreed to him n next day afternoon thts 29th nov he brought his senior mr. Vikas pratap with him n said tht branch has agreed to give u the membership on the aforesaid things n mr vikas is his senior n assuring me to provide the things which i asked for . Still i had doubt a lil so i asked them to mail for the room confirmation from there official mail id tht they providing me a new membership on committment of providing me the above mentioned rooms on following days on enrolling new membership n since they mailed me the same frm there official club mahindra id so tht was an assurance to me tht they are saying me the truth n gonna fulfill the comitmment of providing aforesaid rooms on the promised dates mentioned above . They cofirmed me tht since i m givin them 10%dp n three advance emi which they require to confirm my holidays i will get my room confirmations within 48 hours on basis of cash payment receipt. Now when i called mr rahul next day i.E 30th nov he said me tht today my file will b logged in as been month end so i will get the member id on my cell no n thereafter immediately they will get me the room confirmation. On 1st dec morning i got my member id no n informed the same to mr rahul n to get my rooms booked . He asked me to text me the membership id n said he is busy in outside the office on calls n now mr. Anil his senior looking out for my reservations . In the evening mr.Anil called me n said tht i will get my bookings done by tommorow n affirmed tht he has my schedule n i will get the bookings accordingly. Next day morning i got msgs frm club mahindra for the room confirmation n this is sumthing which was not believable . They have made sm different bookings for me . I called mr rahul for the same n he again said me sorry sir i m busy into other calls n mr anil will now onwards looking out for your reservation . N he is asking mr anil to call me n co ordinate with me . Thereafter mr. Anil didnt called upon n than i took no from mr rahul n called mr anil n texted him on his wats ap also for the same tht these are not the dates promised to me n kindly get in the exact dates n places which were committed to me n he said me sir due to month end there ar huge no of red membership sold all over india n those clients suddenly blocked the resorts required n committed to u n lets sit n make sum alterations in ur plans n schedule it up & since my membership is of white season n the new members are of red season so prefernce will b given to them for bookings. I stated him clearly tht while selling the membership ur executive clearly told me ki its white season going on in kerala currently n he has checked it online n than only givin me confirmation for the membership n even though if it would have been red season too than in freebies for enrolling the first time i will get an upgradation too n will get the rooms n availablity in any condtions in the above stated locations n no of rooms as required . N i stated reschudiling my plan is not possible for me now as i have already booked my flights n schedule accordingly n i dont want any other options of date n resort as i already confirmed thrice before taking membership for getting the no. Of rooms n reservation stated above on the following dates n places . Again i called in the evening i called back mr rahul to clarify my things or cancel my membership n refund my money if he cannot fulfill the committed words n he said me sir i m out of office on various calls since morning n i matter is been looked out by mr anil n i will just knw the exact position by him n let u knw n since than he is again disappeared again n no revert back from his side till yet . Even though for the munnar booking which they have done on there own mind frame they have booked 1br for me while its already cleared in the mail they mailed me tht either will b provide me one 2br room or two different studio rooms n when u said to mr anil tht y booked one br nyhow than he said me dont worry sir one br automatically gets converted into 2br on the spot when i check into the resort while in iitself shows tht he is gain lying as i m been a very regular travellor n knws tht in all good 5* hotels v get in the rooms as been booked n mentioned n nothing like free upgradation happens except in sum cases where its already mentioned tht free upgradation of room will b provided n tht too if available . Kindly cancel my membership n givin my full refund of 56770 as per company policy of getting whole refund if cancelled within 10days on enrollment as your selling exectuives n his senior befooled me by making fake committments n now making excuses n asking me to rechedule my plan according to availablity i other resorts while i dont wat to have any such membership where from the beginning only company executives makes false committments on behalf of company n than try to influence customer again for changing his mind plan rather than fulfilling there own committments . Kindly do the needful n refund my full amount of 56770 n should take strict action against the your executives mr anil, rahul n vikas pratap who makes such fake commitmments on behalf of company for just selling there products n sumhow completely change n try to convince the customers frm fulfilling the aforesaid commitments while selling the membership.                                     I'd taken the membership (MHRIL=[protected] in 1999. It is a studio apt. I paid 10 instalment on time. Then there was a gap of 5/7 yrs and again I'd paid one instalment and thereafter the last one was paid in 2010/11. So, technically I did not become a member since 1999 but in 2010/11 and therefore not committed to pay ASF (Annual Subsciption Fee) till my last and final instalment. Therefore, I am only committed to pay since 2010/11 only.

                                    Alternatively, if you see this mail below from you earlier, that proposal is acceptable to me, provided you allow us to use this 8 weeks during the next 2 years, till 2017.

                                    Alternatively, you can give us only 4 weeks banked till 2016 and upgrade us to the next level (one bedroom set). I pay full ASF, as claimed by you and forget the balance 4 weeks.

                                    This is a long pending issue. I hope that you will be able to sort this out to both of our satisfaction.

                                    I'd received a call from one Mr.Anuj Srivastava now (Mob.[protected], who claimed to be from Club Mahindra and wanted to know the details of the case. He claimed that "Indian Consumer Complaint Forum" did not send any details of the complaint to club Mahindra but only my name and my phone number. He was not at all ready to listen to the details but what I want. He was very snappy and was firing me as I had made a complaint in the forum. Very unfortunate experience at the end. I guess this is how Club Mahindra addresses their clients. Before I take a legal action, I guess Club Mahindra can always give it a last hearing.

                                      My membership number is 2649252.

                                      1- Called to customer care on 1st dec 2015 to book resort in Goa from 3rd March2016 to 6th March2016
                                      2- Customer care told like in varca beach they can book only till 4th because renovation work will start from 5th of March.
                                      3- I have 3nights of free voucher so i wanted to use it.
                                      4- Customer care told ok to proceed for 2 nights in varca and one night in Palm Emrald. After booking confirmation for varca she told emrald and other resort is not available and already booking is completed.
                                      5- I told her in advance saying i have a fixed train ticket, i want for 2 days if she will not give then what i will do.
                                      6- When i started complaining her then she told i will give you waiting in other resort and started doing it, but later telling that one day she can not book in any resort. it should be atleast two.Now i dont know what i will be one extra day in Goa.
                                      7- Please provide booking to me for 5th of March 2016. In any resort of Goa.

                                        I have been a member of Club Mahindra Holidays having membership no:264028 since last 8 years and every year I have to fight, quarrel, beg and argue with them for my holidays. I am having RED membership and I am entitled for 7 days holiday in most of the seasons in their resorts across India and Abroad. This year I had asked them for a holiday in their apartment in Dubai from 5th Jan 2016to 9th Jan 2016 but I was denied as always for my holiday saying rooms not available, This is their trend every year and when I argue and threaten them then they finally release rooms for me, but this year they have not granted me my holiday and now I am fed up and tired of arguing and begging for my holidays. I had paid 2.5 lacs as membership fees some 8 years ago and right now the membership fees is more than 4.5 lacs. I want a refund for my membership fees and compensation for the trauma, agony, and stress I have to go through for arguing and begging for my holidays.
