I'm amazed at the games club mahindra and its staff are playing with me. This is a clear example of daylight robbery!

While appended is one of my mails sent to club mahindra employees viz - roma balwani, their investors email id, their communications team, etc.

In a nut shell, the group has fooled and duped me and now my ask is to give me my entire sum of inr 3lacs back to me.

Please note, i would not be entertaining any more phone calls enquiring about what happened, etc as i have explained this already to all your staff members i've spoken to so far - preeti, lalit and aravindan. I do not want any more convincing to continue with this membership.

I need a solution now!!! I need my money back!!

I'm literally fed up of writing in to you all at various email ids asking for justice!

I've been chasing your team since over a year now to resolve my complaint... Refund my money and close the membership. While we are far from having resolved this complaint, i'm shocked to have discovered that my membership has been cancelled without any resolution to my complaints and no refund being made. Not only this, but your team has been absolutely reckless and have not even bothered to inform me about having closed my membership. I do understand that i had asked for this cancellation but before that i had asked for my money to be refunded to me... That has not happened and my membership closed without informing me. I discover this only when one of your executives mr aravindan called me today at around 8:45pm and that was a call because of my post against this cheating by club mahindra, in the social media.

I demand my money back as that is rightfully mine!

I'm detailing my case below for your perusal:

I signed up for membership with club mahindra holidays in 2013. At the time of signing up itself i told them that i would want someone to plan my entire holiday for me and hence if theirs was only hotel booking and that too online, then i would not be interested in their membership. However, at that time they confirmed that club mahindra would help with my entire travel itinerary.In fact, they also stated that they have a team which would also help me with hotel options in locations where they don't have their own resorts. I was told to refer to their book called 'the big book of holidays' and then get in touch with their team who would help customise a holiday for me.
Not once did i realise that i was entering into their maze of false promises!
My plight began when i wanted to start using this membership and so i approached their member relations team to help with a holiday plan for me and my family.

Since mid august 2014 to october 2014 i struggled with club mahindra for assistance with travel bookings.
1. First i was told booking cannot be done so early for december
2. When i reached out in september and asked their agent to send me the details on mail, i'm told they are not permitted to send mails. I'm a working person and cannot spend time during my working hours discussing a holiday plan.
3. Somehow i convinced her to send the details on mail... But what she sent i could not access since the files she sent were in a non readable format.
4. I requested her to send the same to me as a word document, so that i can read it but she simply refused!
5. I told her to close the membership cause it was of no use to me if the club mahindra staff are so uncourteous and cannot help. I wasted over 3lacs of rupees in paying the installments and down payments and hvnt used a single holiday! But it all falls on deaf ears!
6. I reached out to lalit at their outlet in the atria mall from where i had purchased this membership and asked him to get this cancelled. He said i could go ahead and cancel but i would not get any refund. This is their attitude cause they have completely cornered the consumer.In any case, i thought i'll still give them one more chance, so i told him to fix this for me and help me organise my trip. Most places i asked for i was told i cannot a avail of the booking or there was some problem or the other. So i changed ny plans and gave him alternate options to get the details for me and also to let me know how many more installments are left to be paid and what would i get if i wanted to cancel this membership. He told me he would find th details and get back to me by 8sep14. After that meeting with lalit on 6th september, i did not hear from him. Neither did he call nor did he answer my repeated calls! Someone from his outlet told me that he was busy with family emergency. While i can understand personal exigencies, it was frustrating that they did not take the responsibility of getting somebody else from the team to take care of this.
7. Again i wrote and called club mahindra and then i'm called and told i won't get bookings in locations i was looking for as club mahindra didn't have hotels in those locations.
8. At the time of taking this membership i was told that even if there is a one of location where club mahindra didn't have a resort, their team would still give us alternate options... But none of this happened. As a result, i had to finally book my travel through another travel agent. What is the point in paying a membership instalment to club mahindra when i can ultimately not use it because of inefficient staff at club mahindra!
9. Now since september 2014 i have been struggling with them to cancel this membership and refund my money as i have not made use of their membership. However, they are troubling me with this too. Despite me clearly asking them to stop the emis and debiting my card account, my account still got debited in october 2014 when i again wrote to them! This is cheating on part of club mahindra!

One ms preeti met me on this issue sometime last year and because i refused to retain the membership, she was very rude! I've been writing to her and one ms roma at club mahindra but to no avail. Preeti keeps writing back stating i should rethink about cancelling this membership as they will not refund any money. She and lalit visited my place this month too and even before this meeting i told them that we should meet only if they are going to refund the money to me. However, after this meeting too i get a mail from preeti stating that they will not refund the money. Even for the meeting they rescheduled it by delaying it for an hour and then coming late by another 45mins. During the meeting too lalit and preeti started arguing amongst themselves on who to blame at club mahindra for messing this up for me! This whole episode indicates how club mahindra is not interested in keeping its customers happy. They don't believe in treating customers fairly but are only concerned about how to continue fooling people and making money out o[censored]s! In fact, preeti has even stopped responding to my mails!

At the time of selling the membership to me, i was given a very glorious picture. I was told that i would be helped in planning my entire holiday. I was then asked to upgrade to red studio so that i can avail of the facilities in december which is peak season. I was told that i can take guests with me too, only that my no. Of nights would be reduced basis the extra person joining in. But all of these are false promises. When i go to plan the holiday, i'm told they can't help in planning an entire holiday, i cannot get bookings in their hotels at some locations, i cannot take more than 3 people (Including me) when i had clearly enquired at the time of signing up if i can take 5 people along with me. So basically club mahindra has fooled me into buying this membership and now are giving me mental stress and trauma by not refunding my hard earned money to me!

My ask from club mahindra is to refund all the amount i have paid so far to club mahindra, cause i have not used your membership at all.

My decision to cancel the membership has been only since club mahindra has not been able to handle my request, and more so because of their pathetic don't care attitude. But this too is a nightmare as they keep saying that as per their policy, they don't refund and i can understand that but here i am troubled and harassed by the club mahindra staff and hence the decision to cancel. How can a company hold its consumers to ransom like this!! To make matters worse and prove that they don't care about their customers once they've duped us of our hard earned money, they've now cancelled my membership without even having confirming this to me!!

I request you to please urgently look into this and help me get my money back.

    Club mahindra are expert or train their staff only to trap people to be their member. Through courier i send my letter to discontinue my membership. Acknowledgment is with me.

    After that also through phone call, e-mail etc. Continuously i am trying to dis continue. But i think you don’t keep any staff for this purpose.

    Still now i am receiving sms to pay the money, interest is being charged in bank for not paying instalment. Why this harassment? Why you can’t discontinue my membership. Is it that hard?

    They are not responding to any e-mail, phone call anything. It was my bad day when i met mr. Lalit negi who influenced me to buy membershp.
    I have been investing stupidly and even after cancelling they are not ready to cancell membership and just exaggrating as much as money from me. It is a loot company.

      Inspite of all docs submitted and mails written to the concerned department stating that I am unable to access the site itself...no steps were taken and till today I am unable to access their portal to check on their resorts...infact when we wanted to go for a vacation we actually booked online through make my trip and got a better option. I am going to make stop payments of emis right away...

        I am member of club mahindra Mamber ID is 2657105
        To inform you that I am trying to book my holiday since last 3 months but till date I didn’t get any booking for a single holiday. I tried to book holiday for any destination it always showing not available, this is unethical at all.
        Till date i have already paid advance payment and 6 EMI still not getting satisfactory services. I am not happy with these services at all. I need my all money back on immediate effect and I don’t want to continue the membership.
        I have already sent my request for cancel my membership by mail at [protected]@clubmahindra.com . After that we got request number too i.e. 9231205 and i got a call from customer care too. I clearly informed for the cancellation and refund my money back but didn’t get satisfactory reply. They informed me that within two days you will get a call from Andheri office with the same regards, but till date i didn’t get any call.
        I clearly stated that I don't want to continue this membership at all. Since I have not used any single offer, holiday & package till date I expect full refund of money immediately.
        Awaiting for the quick response on it.

          ​Dear all this is to inform you all on the poor service of maindra holidays. In fact poor service is an understatement. Apparently they are not happy even when you pay in advance. I had paid advance ASF at the mahindra holiday center at vashi. The amount to be paid was told to me by the executive there and i did the prompt payment in full. Now 5 months down the line I am getting calls to pay around 500 rupees more due to inflation! On calling the call center to present my case the supervisor there has the odassty to tell me that advance asf is a feature provided to club mahindra members and even though nothing is provided in writing to the customer in relation to additional payment the customer is bound to pay the extra amount when asked whatever it might be. So basically club mahindra is thinking it is doing its customer a favour even though the customer is paying for the same. Also I fail to understand where have I as a cutomer have gone wrong. I paid in full, the amount told to me at the club mahindra office by a club mahindra representative. I would never ever recommend to take menbership with these people. Let me also tell you none of the resorts I have been to have been upto the mark. I mean at kerala recently even the swimming pool was in bad shape.

            Please take a serious note of it.

            It is an amazingly glorified way of fooling people. The booking for a holiday starts 4 months prior to the Holiday month and the site crashes in the very first minute of the start of the bookings. People pay a hefty amount for membership to get engaged to a company for their Holiday Experience and the best part of it, you would not get the bookings even four months prior to the booking date. Seriously an experience I must say. To add to this experience the relationship people even have the audacity to give a reason like "The particular property is a soft launch or a hot property and so they cant help much about it".

            *One question asked everytime you make a booking or any interaction with Club Mahindra "Based on your experience with Club Mahindra, how likely is it that you'd recommend us to your family / friends?"

            Please take the reply for this seriously... Family and friends are out of question, We would not even suggest the far most known person to engage oneself with this membership.

            Availability of bookings is a VERY SERIOUS ISSUE with Club Mahindra. You have probably over done the memberships in accordance to your capacity to accommodate members.

            Please look into it with a serious note. This is not at all taken.

            Hope this feedback is a serious business and it is acknowledged.

            I have put this complaint here, because online and on social platforms there are many such similar complaints and still no changes felt. More and more such complaints raising but nothing is being done, is what I feel.

            There is no meaning of the season wise bifurcation and categorization of membership. In any case, planning a holiday is difficult 4 months prior and when we make efforts to do so, still no reservations available because of the issue with the website.

            I feel, in the first place the system of making bookings available 4 months prior to the date is wrong, because many people just block in anticipation and cancel in the end, Which makes it difficult for the ones who actually want to plan a Holiday.

            In my case, I have the new year starting this June and 7 days of the new year would add and therefore as per your rule that not more than 21 days can be accumulated, the 3.9 Days that I have blocked in the waiting list for your Mahabaleshwar resort might get lapsed. I am not sure if my bookings would happen or not and therefore the days would be lost. PLEASE ADVICE WHAT TO BE DONE.

            To add to the frustration, today when I had called your customer care, the lady on the other hand placed my call to take advice from her senior and kept me hanging for long and later cancelled the call. So I was left back to square zero and call back and explain the whole thing to the new person (Which I even did try calling but this time the queue was too long and therefore I hanged up).

            I had received a Call from Mr. Pradeep (Club Mahindra Team) on Friday (06-05-2016) and he addressed my concern and heard me again. As per availability with them he had offered me accommodation for 9 members at that very point in time, but as it was not possible for me to take that offer, I asked him to arrange for all the 11 members. As there was no availability at that very time, he had asked me to wait for 2 days at max for a solution. On Monday (09-05-2016) in the evening I had received the booking confirmation as per my desired requirement. Thanking the team at Club Mahindra, especially Mr. Pradeep for taking the required efforts. Now, awaiting to enjoy the experienceduring my Holidays. Regards.

              My membership id is – 2520058, and i hate to say i am club mahindra member as i desperately now want to cancel my membership and get my money back. This frustration is not due to one incident, it is due to several bad experiences i had with club mahindra now.

              Let me list down very recent one,

              I was been told that lonavala booking for month of june opens at 9:30 am on 3rd may. I called at 9:30 am on 3rd june at 9:38am.

              Praveen, from call center answered my phone and i gave my dates on which i wanted reservation. He said sir wait system is upgrading (!!) then he said sir, studio is not avl, then i said ok, book hotel unit, then he said, ok i am confirming ur booking, and again he said sir system was upgrading, sorry the dates u asked is no longer there. Then i said give me 1 br, he said they are also not avl.

              All these happened by 9:50 (20 mins after reservation window opened). I was really frustrated by this time (As i was planning this from past 1 month), and i said please give it to your senior, and he put me on long hold and then call got disconnected.

              Are there any block booking that you do here, we as a normal member never gets a chance to book this resort. And the call canter service is really really pathetic.

              And after all these i got a call from club mahindra to give me few referrals!! Please stop asking for any referrals, as with this kind of service and non-availability of resort, if i recommend club mahindra to some of friends, my friendship will go for toss.

                I had purchased xuv 500 w10 on 27 may 2015 from dada motors ludhiana. I was given a purple club gift voucher for availing 2 nights and 3 days at certain resorts of club mahindra. I have been trying to book resorts, but none is available for any dates. What is the point giving voucher when you can't avail it anytime in whole year. At the time of purchasing vehicle they say you can redeem 10k rs voucher. Now, i feel like cheated after buying premium vehicle.
                Please look into my complaint at the earliest as the last date to avail my voucher is 3 june 2016.

                    They have worst after sales service. I bought the membership in DEC, 2015 on a condition that they would provide me an holiday in JAN 2016 for udaipur club mahindra, But later when I tried to book holiday with them they said its full and no rooms are available. dates where 22nd Jan, 2016 to 23rd Jan, 2016. I did send them the screenshot of other travel sites where booking was available, and later I stayed there as well on same day (I bought the booking on other travel site). Though I had membership, I had to purchase booking.Now its, 4 months since I have raised cancellation of membership as they were not able to facilitate what was promised by sales person. I have visited the office many a times and have been chasing Member Relation Team for months now. Please refund my down payment amount in full. Even the club mahindra executive Mr. Pravin Hathiram has agreed that the lapse is with club mahindra's service and they would refund the amount. I have the recording of same.

                      We had been contacted by telemarketing executives of Club Mahindra, then on 09th April we visited their office at Atria Mall, Mumbai. Sales Executive gave their presentation, showed us all their properties, ...big talks... of free offers... Finally discussion came up to commercial terms.

                      then He explained the membership fees, tenure, EMIs with free RCI membership to be used internationally and in India along with their own properties. We opted to take up the family membership of Rs.3, 55, 600 (White studio), they pressed upon us saying this is the most discounted offer only for today and u get it by paying 10% less 6000/- discount... and we ended paying Rs.29, 560/- via my credit card.

                      The discussion and presentation lasted for 2 hours, very quickly they got all my signatures, and id proof copies... Not once did they mention that every time we want to use our RCI renewal charges. When it came to give free vouchers they said we will send them to you as our Server is down. Later said we would receive a verification call, (call received on 18th April) during this call the executive mentioned free night stays cannot be ustilized at Lonavala resorts and only for FIRST TWO YEARS RCI MEMBERSHIP IS FREE AND LATER WE HAVE TO PAY RENEWAL CHARGES. Next very minute I informed the telemarketing executive do not mark the verification call as complete and do not process any further as I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT RCI MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL CHARGES ARE TO BE PAID WHENEVER I PLAN TO USE.

                      I called the executive who sold us the membership and questioned him, he was in a denial mode to listen (Dharmaditya) said he has mentioned to us. I said my husband and me both have not heard this. He tried to cover it up and giving talks of free offers. Seems like Mahindra feels all get lured with free offers. I told him please write a mail to me by giving all details of the membership plan and offers. He very much said will write and no reply in writing.

                      Next day 19th April I have written a mail to Dharmaditya Bagwe mentioning cancelling my enrollrement and not to process my application and asked to refund my money Rs.29, 560/-. Same afternoon I receive a call from him saying we will give you options, may be it is HUMAN ERROR that he did not mention the renewal charges, put his manager Omkar Parkar on line. this gentleman, was only interested in giving me EMI options and telling me, so what if you pay renewal charges, Credit card also we have to pay, renewal charges. Further, asking me how often am I going to travel abroad to use RCI properties, who is HE to ask me about my trips/destinations. It is my sole discretion. I was aghast at the marketing strategy that he tried to explain, saying use the free offers, see our properties u have paid 10% amount enjoy that then you can consider. If you still refuse to take the membership it is not a car that I can confiscate... I do not belong to the category of frauds and enjoying holidays in such cheap manner. Further, stating you know about Orange County who will give you to stay in just Rs.1000/-2000. what makes him think that I cant afford this Orange County. So cheap this man can be.. He said we do not have cancellation policy. I said why did your person not tell us, He replied U DID NOT ASK????? What audacity these people have. Club Mahindra executives are NOT AT ALL TRANSPARENT IN THEIR DEALINGS, I have read the no. of grieviances people have faced, unfortunately I have also fallen prey to their malpractices.

                      Anyway today 20th April 16 again I have written to Dharmaditya to cancel my enrollment and refund, my money. As I have informed very clearly NOT TO PROCESS MY MEMBERSHIP, ONLY ENROLLMENT HAS BEEN DONE, UNIQUE ID 2694977. I earnestly request you to refund my entire money of Rs.29, 560/- No call nor mail has been sent regarding cancellation and refund.

                      Hope Club Mahindra executives refrain from such cheap and substandard strategies to hook and press upon people to buy their membership. All I want is refund of my money. Not interested in membership.

                        Initially i took white studio and paid my first initial payment and then monthly instalment i started to pay. When i visited to thekkady first in year 2012, mr.Renjith from club mahindra approached me and requested me to upgrade my membership to red season and i have paid rs 87022 and rs 16952 on 15/09/2012 and later on i asked him to waive my instalment and i have agreed to settle full amount.He calculated the amount and paid rs 83441/- on 22/09/2012 and whatever extra amount is debited thro bank for instalment also i got back. Till last month in my id there was no dues and every year aisf dues also i am paying in time. Last week one of the member called my wife and asked my wife to pay rs 102000/- and she called me .Presently i am at oman and i have checked my id and the amount was appearing.This is totally error of club mahindra and they have sent me a statement of amount paid and to my surprise rs 83441/- was not appearing.See these people are doing such things after 4 years thinking that customers will not have any data.I have all mail correspondence, bank statement and after sending all these things i called them and asked them to correct the records. Club mahindra one member mr.Pradeep called me and confirmed me that rs 83441/- is paid and appearing in their statement and why they are not resolving this issue and they are taking time for more than one week.Infact i do not want to recommend such unethical organization and they take customers for a ride. I asked them to send details for cancellation of my membership. Next month i booked my holiday resort and by this time they are harassing .I have called many times from oman and for these will they pay the extra money. They are money oriented and there is no proper response from them. Mistakes are bound to happen but immediate correction must be made.If we need to pay any money to them they are not allowing to book for any resort.If customer money means one kind of treatment and if their money means one treatment .Is the way of treating the customers

                        I have complained on 11th April and Club Mahindra replied to my mail within 2 working days this will be resolved and then I called to call centre many times.They were also saying the samething. I got a call from one member Mr.Pradeep and he told me that the amount is received and why there is a delay in accounting

                        I am not clear and I want to ask some questions

                        I have paid in year 2012 and why there is a delay in accounting and till last month there was no dues in my Club Mahindra ID profile and how suddenly you people have updated Rs 102000/- as pending.

                        Mr.Pradeep says since I have paid at Thekkady, we are not able to get details and in today scenerio with so much of software advancement why such delay in accounting and then what confidence customer will have

                        then why your people are approaching us during our stay at resorts for upgrading our season

                        how then we can refer to our friends and what face we have to convince them?

                        I am a member of Club Mahindra for past 7 years and so for I was happy but why such problem happened?
                        Winning confidence back from customer will be quite difficult and we cannot weaste our time in these things after money is paid fully

                        Please settle this issue by today or else I need to go for some legal action and I do not have any other option

                          I have been making continuous appeal for the cancellation of my membership since 10/03/2015 but to no avail.
                          I have sent a written request to the Executive Member Relations Chennai Office dated 26/11/2015.
                          I with my wife, visited your Kolkata Park Street office twice. Long discussions took place but emphasis on selling of membership rather on termination of membership.
                          Then again I went to Park Street, Kolkata Office on 8th July 2015. I visited with my wife.
                          Your two female employees ( I am not citing their names) misbehaved and shouted at us. I have their names recorded in my personal diary. Their behaviour with a client was absolutely demeaning.
                          Then a female executive from Mumbai Office contacted me on telephone thereafter. I narrated the whole events to her.
                          Then about two months back a senior executive rang me to tell that the membership will be terminated.
                          However a month back, some executive again called me to tell that it is better to sell the membership.

                          My membership was opened 5 years back in one single day. But now when it comes to closing the membership Mahindra needs more than a year. I want to know when Club Mahindra Holidays will terminate the membership?

                          In this digital era, when our Prime Minister is pushing for better customer service, digital transactions and hassle free disposition of customer requests, then Club Mahindra Holidays act as a roadblock in that vision. Why does Mahindra require more than a year to terminate a membership? Is it to keep on adding maintenance charges every year? Absolutely unexpected dismal behaviour of your employees.The behaviour of your employees is very very bad. It has not been a great experience with Club Mahindra Holidays.

                          Club Mahindra Holidays did contact me. I was told by Mr. Deepak Yadav that my membership with Club Mahindra Holidays will be closed and I will get a refund of Rs. 34, 231 on 30th of April, 2016.
                          I asked if the refund will be credited directly to my bank account to which Mr. Deepak Yadav answered in the affirmative.
                          However as on 8th of May, 2016 I have neither received any message on the closure of the membership nor any refund of Rs. 34, 321 as claimed by Club Mahindra.

                            Ou are repeatedly doing the easiest thing, given that you had the preclauses on your side.

                            Don't seem to understand the plight of the customer, I had not used the services, I had not got a fair opportunity to use it, haven't received a fair response to the request for booking made before I decided to quit. Then what is the point in showing the clauses etc.

                            I know there is a deviation in the clause as much as your promise to serve the customer upto satisfaction and expected levels.

                            Then isn't it a fair expectation to get the refund settled on time.

                              Agent - mr.Kamlesh.
                              On feb22 2016 i had asked for full refund of my paid partial membership amount of 30, 000/- for their club membership and which got debited 2 days prior from my wife's account. We never used the membership as we made only partial payment and asked for an immediate refund. After 50 days when inquired i came to know that the agent - mr.Kamlesh did not initiate my refund. Now after 50 days they are saying that it will take more 30 days to get processed. The company policy says for 30 days, but still they are ignoring my request with no response from them unless inquired. When inquired the call center said that the agent never got a confirmation of refund from me. This is an absolute lie. Attached is the snapshot signed for refund on 21feb2016. Even his superior mr.Yogesh is unable to help. Please help on my refund.

                                I reside in chittorgarh rajasthan. Once before few days i received call from club mahindra that you have won free 2n /3d package from club mahindra. In order to collect the voucher you have to come at "hotel shivam fort view " chittorgarh. Somehow i managed to spare time from my busy hectic schedule from 06:00 pm .

                                At hotel shivam i found approx 8-10 representatives of club mahindra engaging with different invitees . One of them spent around 2 haurs to made me understand the different scheme and offers of club mahindra. Also i filled lengthy form of club mahindra

                                When i spoke about my 2n/3n voucher, he become rude and said it will come through email/ post to your submitted address.

                                Presently i am getting your emails/ sms, only left is my 2n/3d offer.

                                Irony happens when i again received call from your before 7 days that you have won 2n/3d voucher on your toyota etios car.

                                I request you to either stop this kind of fraud or provide offers promised by you

                                  I buy club Mahindra membership red studio on NOV15 by your representative Mr.Tejas Darji (employ ID 16960)(CME ID 9099) on installment basis of one year .
                                  Your representative misguides me at the time of selling membership:
                                  Misguide Issue:
                                  1) As per your representative no extra charge payable of extra person but when I book holiday resort then I know that extra charge 1500 rupees for per extra person.
                                  2) As Per your representative only two night minimum required staying at any holiday resort but when I read your booklet and talk to your customer care representative, I got information that minimum three nights I have to stay at any holiday resort.
                                  3) As per your representative ASF amount to be paid any time in year, no timeline and no restriction about ASF amount, but now I know that without paying ASF amount I am not able to book my any holiday.
                                  4) I compliant many times to [protected]@clubmahindra.com but not getting any result from customer care representative. Also they are not responding to my any mail now a days.
                                  5) Also your representative just avoids my call and lying now about any commitment at time of membership sell. He just rounds all talk and telling wrong statement now.
                                  I request you please do not sell your membership by this way, I know that you are not having any solution about my problem but believe me I not recommend any one for your membership

                                      My family is a CLub Mahindra Holidays member since 2009. For the last two years I have not availed any holidays or made any bookings thru club mahindra due to our busy schedule. For some unforeseen reason, we were unable to pay the ASF for the last two years ontime. In spite of informing them not to bother me with calls and SMSes reminding me about the ASF outstanding for[protected], I keep getting calls at least twice a week. Moreover, they make it a point to send an SMS everyday. Why can't club mahindra holidays forfeit the number of days from my account and adjust the ASF against it. They are very prompt to treat any nights over 21 as lapsed, so why can't unutilised days be adjusted against ASF for clients like us.
